Welcome to Casa Flor, a cozy home surrounded by nature, plants, and trees — the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Manuel Antonio. 💨 Air Conditioning & Ventilation 🌬️ Air Conditioning Notice The air conditioner is located only in the living room. Please, if you leave the house, go to the beach, or head out for any activity, we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioner. 🌿🌳 Also, since the house is surrounded by nature and trees, it won’t be too hot when you return. The sun doesn’t shine directly on it, and the natural surroundings help keep the house cool. ❄️ The air conditioner is quite large and cools the living room very quickly, so the house refreshes in just a short time once it’s turned on. 💙 We truly appreciate your help in saving energy and taking care of nature The bedrooms do not have air conditioning, but each room is equipped with fans to keep the space cool and comfortable throughout the night. 🛏️ Bedrooms Bedroom 1: One double bed + 2 fans. Bedroom 2: Two single beds + 2 fans. 🚿 Bathroom & Hot Water There is hot water available in the shower only. 🍳 Kitchen The house offers a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. 🧺 Washing Machine In the hallway, you’ll find a semi-automatic washing machine (common in Costa Rica) with two compartments — one for washing and one for spinning/drying. You’re welcome to use it carefully during your stay. 🔥 Outdoor Area Outside, there’s a grill for charcoal or wood, perfect for cooking outdoors. You’ll find a lighter and fire starters in the kitchen. If you’d like to use the grill at night, there’s outdoor lighting, and the switch is located next to the black chairs outside. 🚗 Parking There is shared parking with other guests. Please park in the space marked “Casa Flor.” You can see the parking area in the photos. 📍 Location The additional photos show the neighborhood where Casa Flor is located, in Manuel Antonio, just a short walk from bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Nearby, you’ll also find El Mercadito, a lively new spot in Manuel Antonio with food stands, live music, games, and more — only a 4-minute walk away. Other things to note 🏡 Important Information – Casa Flor 🌺 New in the house! Very soon we will have a small display with necklaces, rings, keychains, beach sarongs, handicrafts, and more typical Costa Rican products. 🇨🇷✨ 🔒 All items will be inside a locked glass display case. 💬 If you would like something, please contact Catherine — she will be happy to help you. ⚠️ Please be very careful with the display case, it is fragile. 🙏 🛍️ There is no obligation to buy; it’s simply an option if you’d like to take a little piece of Costa Rica with you. Please note that the house is designed for a maximum of 4 guests only. We do not have extra beds or linens for additional guests. This is a friendly reminder, as we’ve recently had situations where extra people were brought without prior notice. 🔒 One room in the house remains locked, as it is used to store cleaning supplies. 🧹 For stays longer than 15 days or one month, our team will clean the house once a week to keep it in good condition. 🛏️ Bed linens and towels will also be changed during your stay. ✨ Additional cleaning is provided free of charge. --- ⚠️ Important Notice We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the property in excellent condition. If anything gets damaged or you experience any issues during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to respond promptly and ensure the best experience for you and future guests. 💐 In Costa Rica, power or water outages may occasionally occur due to maintenance work or issues from the utility companies 💡🚰. If you notice that the whole neighborhood is dark, it means it’s a general outage, not a problem with the house. Please do not touch any switches or the breaker, as this is beyond our control and will be restored once the company fixes it. Thank you for your understanding 🌿
