We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Norte. We loved loved loved the location - super walkable, close to the beach and quiet. The pictures didn’t do the place justice. A perfect house to host a large group - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with a massive outdoor hangout area (which is where we spent most of our time). Frank was incredibly responsive for the few things we needed. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Would come back to stay here next time we’re in Sayulita in a heartbeat!

Absolutely loved this house! Perfect location, easy walk to town and to the beach. The yard and pool felt so private. The outdoor space was our favorite! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house! We have been visiting Sayulita for several years and really enjoyed Casa Norte and the location. Having 4 bedrooms on the first floor in the main house (3 with private bathrooms) and the private 1 bedroom Casita worked so well for our family. The kitchen is well equipped with beautiful dishes and glassware. Drinkable water and ice from the refrigerator, a definite plus. We spent most of our "at home time" outdoors around the pool or the palapa. Both are furnished with really comfortable furniture for lounging. It worked great for a Tequila tasting party. The washer and dryer was also a much appreciated feature. In my opinion, this location is perfect. It is walkable to the beach, so many good and fun restaurants, many shops, and the Friday market. We did have a golf cart but our younger family members walked to the main plaza easily. The property manager and the owners were super responsive and great to work with. Looking forward to returning next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Norte. While staying here we spent most of our time outdoors as you’re in a private little oasis. I thought it was much prettier than pictures. Well stocked kitchen but if you don’t want to cook plenty of restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner nearby. Very responsive host!

Amazing place, only a block from beautiful beach access. Lots of good little restaurants and small grocery stores near by. Very private and peaceful, could hear the bands from nearby bars at night, but that was kind of nice! Lovely pool and outdoor area.

The host was very helpful from time of booking till our stay ended. They have a helpful online package put together for suggestions to book airport cab service (That happens to be right next door), a catering service to the home that was amazing. Shared all details for accessing the house, all the amenities etc. The home was actually nicer than what we saw on line, as it was just renovated. It was gorgeous and perfect for four couples. Nice bright kitchen with windows that open into the outdoor sitting area, All the bedrooms had their own ensuite. The outdoor area had an amazing large area to relax, dine and beautiful pool to enjoy. Storm was a great host and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

We cannot rave enough about our stay at Casa Norte! We have been to Sayulita before but came with a larger group this time. The home has everything, and the location can't be beat! Close enough to town, shops, restaurants, etc to walk but far enough away to be away from the noise. The house was private and felt like a little oasis. We spent most of our time in the amazing pool - perfect temp and the umbrella with table inside the pool is a nice touch! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms (showers specifically) were stunning! So nice to have a washer and dryer, too! The bonus villa bedroom and bathroom were absolutely dreamy! Frank was super responsive and helpful in hooking us up with transportation for travel to and from the airport, as well as golf carts for the week. It's right next door to the golf cart rental and transportation company (who were awesome!) so it made it super accessible and easy to get there and leave. We can't wait to return to this house!

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Location is perfect! It is very close to the beach (4 min walk) and to the town (8 minute walk). We chartered transportation from the airport through the Airbnb and the rental company turned out to be located right next door. They also had golf carts for rent, which was very convenient. They have a restaurant next to the rental place that has great breakfast and dinner. Sayulita is magical! We had an amazing stay.

Fantastic spot for a Sayulita trip. Just a bit outside of town so you have space and quiet but so close that everything you need is easily accessible. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing stay, such a nice little Oasis right in the heart of Sayulita

Casa Norte was a perfect setting for our large group. The enclosed courtyard and pool were perfect for the kids and the large bedrooms (many with en suites) were roomy and clean. Pool maintenance and house cleaning services were a bonus given our weeklong stay. Located just on the edge of town, it offered easy walking to restaurants,shops, and the beach with little nuisance from the lively Sayulita evenings.

We had a great stay and were so happy to be on the quieter north side of town! We enjoyed nearby restaurants and beach bars at sunset. The 2 blocks to the beach became our morning and evening ritual. The living and dining spaces are outdoors as shown, and as visitors from Minnesota we soaked up that time outside! The palapa and pool are lovely and the kids (ages 3 and 5) swam like fish all week..the shallow end was super fun for them! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a perfect week stay for my family of six and two grandkids. The grandkids were entertained, either in the pool for hours or at the beach a couple blocks away! We all danced, played games, and enjoyed great food. It was a perfect stay for spending quality family time and enjoying the Mexican culture and food nearby. Very beautiful place to stay and beds were heavenly. Unfortunately one of us slipped on the steep wet stairs coming from the small casita, and suffered a few bruised bones. So just be careful!

we had a lovely week here! perfect amount of space for our group of 3 couples and 4 kids. the pool was a huge hit for the kids. cleaning services every couple days was a nice plus! frank was also very fast with his responses. good location... easy walk into town but far enough that it wasn't loud from the town! would definitely come back.

We dealt with Storm from Apex Management. Storm's responsiveness was most excellent. A great guy and responded almost immediately after we sent a message. The house worked out well for us. We were five adults and an eighteen month old. Plenty of space. We appreciated that everything that we needed for the baby was there. The house is in a great location. A great bar/restaurant at the bottom of the street. Just a few minutes to walk to the beach. The beach is great with chairs/tables/umbrellas set up for rent with bar and food service. A very beachy/surfy/laid back vibe. We would recommend renting golf carts for getting to and around the town center (the house is very securely gated with room inside to park the carts).

We spent our first family vacation at Casa Norte. It had everything we needed. Frank was always responsive and helpful with questions. The golf cart rental and car service to the airport is right next door. It is a close and easy walk to the beach and town. We did need to get a golf cart for the elderly members because it's cobblestones and a hill but that was also easy and ended up being helpful to have anyway. The bathrooms are clean and the kitchen is well appointed. Beds and sheets are comfortable. Great place!! We would come back.

What can I say this home was So nice for our woman’s get away. Frank and his team were wonderful from arranging our transportation Stopping at grocery store. This home is so lovely spent great time in pool. You could not ask for a better location. We also rented a golf cart which was so much fun. Thank you Frank for a wonderful home.

Great stay! Perfect for our girl’s trip!

Casa Norte is a great place to stay in Sayulita. We traveled with our adult children and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, plus great gathering places outside. We spent our evenings under the palapa playing games at the table and many hours poolside. Our favorite part was the walkability to Sayulita. There are great restaurants on the next block, and the center of town was just a 5 minute walk away. Most importantly, the beach was only 2 blocks away. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this rental.

The house is very nice, delivering what it promises, very well located and with a lot of equipment, the cost is a little high but in itself, Sayulita is expensive. Everything was very clean and Frank was always available for whatever we need.

We had an amazing trip and loved our stay at Casa Norte! Frank's team was so helpful- starting with info and tips before we arrived, helped us coordinate an airport shuttle to and from the house (we stopped at a large grocery store to stock up for the house on the way), gave recommendations for activities like massages and boating, and were very responsive during our entire stay. The house is everything we hoped it would be, just like the photos. We were very comfortable here, and so grateful for the pool during the hot afternoons! Our group was 2 families (4 kids, 4 adults) and we all slept well, had plenty of room to hang out and relax with each other or privately. We rented golf carts (conveniently located next door) to explore the town and local beaches. On days we didn't have the carts, we walked around town easily. Glad we didn't rent a larger car, would have been hard to park/navigate the streets! The house is located close to beach/shops but not too loud- the perfect location.

Our family had the most amazing time in this home. It was a perfect set up for our family (6 adults and 2 small kids). The home offered 3 large bedrooms within the main house and another nice private bed/bath across the lawn area, spacious kitchen, relaxing outdoor "living room" for lounging around and the pool was fantastic. Frank was extremely responsive with any questions that we needed. Great location, moments to the beach and great eateries. This was a wonderful find and we all agree we would definitely come back to stay here again!

Franks place in Sayulita is a dream! It came with so many extras like yoga mats, sunscreen, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels etc. It’s walkable to everything making trips into the town so easy. Beds are big and rooms are clean. The outdoor area is so beautifully decorated you won’t want to leave your backyard. We will definitely be back!

This is a really great house if you want to be in the middle of town. It’s walkable to everything. Great coffee around the corner; good restaurants, awesome drinks at the Pineapple Paradise, super close to the beach (2 min walk.) The house was simple, well designed for 8 people, and clean ( just the way we like it!) The pool was cold so kids didn’t want to hang out there too much, but the beach was better anyway. Staff was extremely nice and the communication prior to our arrival was excellent. They allowed for a late check out, which was a HUGE plus for us! Thanks for a great stay!

Casa Norte was exactly what I hoped for. The location is the perfect distance from town to keep it peaceful while still not stopping you from making the short walk on a whim. If you want to explore or surf I recommend renting a cart next door. Otherwise the walk to town and the beach is no biggie. The property itself was spacious for my family of 6. We even had an extra bedroom. They were extremely responsive to answer questions and get things fixed if needed. By the end of our trip, my family was already talking about when we should come back.

We loved our stay in Sayulita! It was by far one of our most fun girls trips. The hosts were over the top communicative and helpful along the way.

Fantastic place for a trip to Sayulita! The place is managed by a local team who are available via messaging at any time of day for help. They gave great recommendations on transport, massages and a local chef to do a private dinner at the house (highly recommend - Bocadito Catering). We were greeted on arrival at the house and everything was explained. Well stocked - shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, TP, etc. The pool and outdoor furniture were clean and well maintained and even when my dad accidentally broke one of the sun loungers, they were quick to remedy and expressed care and concern versus being worried about the item. Location is solid - walking distance to the beach and good bars and restaurants. Walk into town is a bit further (10-15 minutes) but completely doable. There is a golf cart rental place next door (which we also highly recommend for their service!) which makes the trip super fast. Cleaner came every other day which was great to keep things tidy. Overall, could not have been a better stay and would not hesitate to stay again!

Casa Norte was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay in Sayulita. From the beginning, Frank, Nick, Yaishy and the rest of the team were SO welcoming, warm, attentive, and quick & easy to communicate with. Our every need was anticipated and if we needed anything, it was addressed quickly. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and comfortable. We loved the layout of the house and the decor. Having the 3 bathroom was wonderful for a 5-person girls trip! The house and property was even 10x more beautiful in-person (and the photos are already beautiful). Perfectly located, we walked to/from down, a quick 7-8 minute walk to the action. We did rent a golf cart one day to head to a further away beach. The air conditioning was strong and wonderful! Plenty of space to lounge. I stayed in the casita and loved having my private “castle”

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Casa Norte. From the time we got picked up from the airport to the time we got dropped back off, it was enjoyable. Communication with quick and easy, the house was in great condition. We were traveling with 6 friends and one infant so we knew there would be some difficulties have a baby around the house (sleep schedules, new place, etc) but the house was perfect. We loved having separate bathrooms. We have nothing but positive things to say about casa Norte and all of the staff that helped make out stay so great. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10.

We loved the place, the pool and the location !! A great place to stay in Sayulita

This home is really a home, kitchen had all amenities you may need. Bedrooms where nice and big with closets and comfortable pillows and mattresses which made for wonderful rest at the end of a day of exploring town which is only a few blocks away. Convenience store, pharmacy and groceries around the corner. Golf cart shop right next door which was very accommodating also provided our taxi to and from the airport. There is a nice big gate to drive golf cart into the house driveway with a plug for the charger. Pool was great with a big umbrella to keep cool from the sun, was maintenanced and cleaned at least twice during our stay. Plenty of reclining chairs, pool towels and shower towels provided by with a washer and dryer which made traveling home with clean laundry very nice. The palapa was our gathering area with a nice big table and day bed with comfortable couches and beautiful decorations. The house host was a just a text away and responded very quickly. Emma the house cleaner left the house spotless. Beach was only two blocks away and there is a place to grab a cocktail if you walked to the left towards town. Wish we never left. We had the most lovely stay at Casa Norte, the entire team was so dedicated from start to finish. They were accommodating when we needed help with early baggage drop off, helped us coordinate transportation, and were responsive to all our texts within minutes. The house is stunning in such a walkable part of town, we really enjoyed the outdoor living space and pool and I have never had a host treat us as well as Casa Norte did!

Casa Norte was the perfect home base in Sayulita! Nick and Isa were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the first moment that we arrived. They helped us to arrange for a chef and massage therapists to come to the house, and left us a welcome basket that we thoroughly enjoyed. The house and casita were perfect and even more beautiful in person! The pool and outdoor space were incredible, we really couldn’t have asked for more! The beds are definitely firm but didn’t keep us all from sleeping soundly. Casa Norte is located just a few minutes outside of town and so close to so many great little cafes and spots for juice and coffee. Stay here if you get the chance!

everything was great, great place.

This is a great house in a fabulous location. You can walk everywhere and the pool is wonderful. We had 7 of us on a family vacation and the space was perfect. I especially loved that the kitchen was so well stocked for cooking and lively Emma came three times a week to sweep and clean. The only little thing if someone needs to works is that the wifi is weak - I have heard this is true a lot in Sayulita but saw some houses are starting to advertise fiber optic wifi so maybe that’s a solution for people who need stronger wifi. But, overall a wonderful place!!

Nick and Gabbie were hands down the best hosts we have ever had. They were so friendly and helpful, made check in super easy - and had a bottle of tequila, snacks and beer waiting for us. The pool was heated when we arrived and the house was immaculate. They really did think of everything - down to the best beach towels and labels on the light switches! If we needed anything, had questions, they were so quick to respond. The beds were comfy, kitchen was fantastic and easy to cook in, pool was amazing and it’s a great and quiet location with awesome restaurants around the corner. They provided a beautiful place with incredibly thoughtful touches. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Casa was incredible. It was beautiful, well equipped, and comfortable. We were traveling with two small children and they had pack and plays and everything for us there. Our daughter was in the beautiful pool for hours a day.:) Frank and his team were so responsive and helpful with ANYTHING we needed. We had an incredible time? We would for sure love to come back!

Perfect place near the sea and downtown

Our stay at Casa Norte lived up to the previous reviews and scores. Super location, if you are interested in the quieter end of the beach (which we were). The pool was a nice reprieve whenever we got too hot and sandy at the beach (which is only a 5 minute walk away). The place is well a laid out for two families, and actually shows better that the pictures. It’s more spacious live. The concierge crew were outstanding. Helpful, responsive, kind… could not have asked for more from them. If I had one critique it is that we travelled during a holiday week in Mexico. There were lots of fireworks and music throughout the evening. This is less about the house itself, and more about the stay in Sayulita, at that time of year. Heads up to families considering travel in early December.

location,location,location! this house is in the best area for everything. we've rented houses all over sayulita & this one was by far our favorite! we loved the outdoor sitting area & the kitchen was amazing. there were 7 of us & we never felt crowded. the tropical house, literally steps away, is a favorite of ours for breakfast . I think the only negative I can think of is the pool doesn't get a whole lot of sun, but that's such a minor detail compared to everything else great about this house. the water went out in sayulita during our stay,one call to the team & they had the water tank filled w/in a 1/2 hour, amazing efficiency! would definitely stay here again! thanks to all for an amazing stay

We had a fantastic stay as Casa Norte. Nicholas, Frank, and their entire team were very helpful, easy to work with, and it is clear they take a lot of pride in keeping the house clean and well maintained. All the pool toys were big hits with our kids. I was a perfect location for us - quieter street but the beach, restaurants, and some shops are all within a block or two. Zero complaints and we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing place! We really really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were always available and super friendly and responsive to all our requests. They went above and beyond to offer a lovely welcome basket and it was a beautiful villa. Very grateful for the AC and the cleaning staff (they left the place spotless each time) and the fact that we were close to town but still in a quiet area. We will DEFINITELY be coming back to stay here!

The house is super dad! It's well worth it

The house is a beautiful oasis in this hidden gem of a town. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire booking and stay process. They helped arrange a car to and from the airport. The driver was very kind and even took us to the market on the way to the house to get provisionals for the week. The host also set us up with a chef that came to the house and prepared lunch and dinner during our visit. The Chef was phenomenal and I highly recommend booking a meal with him. The pool and backyard were just the tranquility we were looking for on this vacation. We enjoyed lounging poolside and swimming in the large pool. The palapa and seating area were perfect for enjoying our meals and listening to the evening storms. The house is very spacious and the housekeeper kept it immaculate. I could go on about our visit but I will leave you knowing we will be back soon and will absolutely book this air bnb again!

The house is fantastic! The pictures do not do the house justice. The welcoming committee was also very hospitable and made us feel at home. The casa is so cozy and matches the energy of Sayulita. I highly recommend staying here and using a golf cart to explore the town and surrounding areas. You will not regret it!!

Easily the best experience I’ve ever had through Airbnb! The location is amazing, super easy walk into town and the beach. The place itself is awesome! It’s just as cool as the photos :) Check in and check out was a breeze with warm faces there to help out in anyway possible, they really go above and beyond! Will be returning to this Airbnb asap!

Frank’s home in Sayulita was perfect to start out our friends wedding week in Mexico! The communication was excellent before and during our stay. Our concierge Yaishy met us at the house (with tequila and beer) to show us around and set us up with our golf carts. The home was beautiful! The private pool and outdoor patio table, couches, and furniture gave us plenty of room to enjoy lunches, drinks, and games. The rooms were very comfortable at night as well. We love this area as it’s so close to town via golf cart but far enough that it’s still quiet and just a few minutes walk to the beach. We would recommend this place to others and would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Frank and team for a wonderful stay!

Top notch communication and hospitality! Great house in a great location. The team on the ground was always available and super responsive. We had a water issue one morning that effected most of the town and the team had a water truck to the house within minutes to resolve the issue. Couldn't have asked for more. We had a great stay and great time.

We really really loved our stay - The house was perfect, exactly as described and the communication and support provided made our stay seamless - from helping us with a chef, organizing our rides, and helping us rent a golf cart (must rent!). We also had to work during this trip and the way the house is organized, the great wifi, heated pool (for those breaks between calls haha!), amazing outdoor space, and atmosphere made all the difference. Casa norte is very well located within minutes of Playa sur and playa norte. The heated pool was excellent for cooler nights. The space in the house is great! Frank and his team were super helpful, assisting with transportation and ensuring we had a great stay!

The house is very nice, we found it very clean. They welcomed us with details that make a difference like snaks and beers. The bathrooms were spotless and well stocked with soap, shampoo, toilet paper. There were other details like disinfectant wipes on all doors, and upon entering, a loose boat and more wipes. Book this place!!! The property was stunning - the perfect place to stay in Sayulita. We came as a girls trip, and had the best time - we all agreed this was the best Airbnb we’ve ever been to. Highlights for us were how perfect the house is laid out and equipped for hanging by the pool and multiple outdoor lounge areas, and making margaritas in the kitchen. The decoration and layout for poolside relaxing were perfect. Check in and check out were a breeze - Frank helped us organize a shuttle to and from the airport, and everything was so organized. The property was also super safe feeling, and just a short walk to restaurants, the beach and shopping. I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay! Thank you Case Norte team!

We LOVED Casa Norte. It was perfect for our group of 8 and helped us have a true, relaxing vacation. The host was incredible, providing a warm welcome from the time we landed to our departure. We felt completely taken care of during our weeklong stay- tips on touring the town, help with reservations, a welcome gift to help celebrate my birthday, cleaning service and attentiveness/checking in throughout the week to ensure we could enjoy and relax. Hands down this was one of the best air bnb stays I've had. The house is full of character with amazing outdoor living space, has lots of privacy and roomy bedrooms plus we spent many enjoyable mornings (and evenings) poolside just lounging. The location couldn't have been better with ability to reach the beach or conversely the center of town within 10 minutes. We were also close to some hiking trails - perfect for running. Our host was so accommodating ensuring we had everything we need. Truly a wonderful experience that has left us all with fond memories of Sayulita and daydreaming of ways to return soon. Great little oasis close to the beach and a short walk to town. We had a great time.

As myself also an Airbnb host, Frank was always so quick to respond and very helpful. He made everything very easy from lining up shuttle service, a chef, then having the house manager greet us upon arrival to go over the property. Property and pool area is beautiful and very secluded as the pics show. Easy 5 min walk to the beach or the towns square. Overall a great positive experience.

Wow!!! I wish I could give Casa Norte more than 5 stars. I cannot express how incredible the team (Frank and Nick) was in every little detail, question, concern that I had along the way. I planned my 30th Bday trip here last week and Casa Norte was beyond the perfect spot. Nick left an extremely thoughtful bday gift welcome package which made the stay feel so comfortable and welcoming from the second we arrived. I cannot express how AMAZING the communication was with Casa Norte. Frank answered all of my questions before even booking and Nick went above and beyond with letting me know important details before arrival, to tracking down the Turtle Sanctuary details for us, to recommending dinner/breakfast spots, etc etc etc. THIS is the house to stay at in Sayulita!!!! We will 1000% come back here. It felt like our home all week. The pics represent it very well, there was plenty of space for all - truly a home well thought out. Perfect for a vacation rental! I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Frank and Nick!

We had a great stay at Casa Norte! The villa was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. Nick was an incredibly hospitable and helpful host, gracious is offering local recommendations and checking in with us during our stay. We LOVED this house. It was the perfect home base for my birthday weekend. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed and the decor throughout the house was lovely and felt very special and local. They made out group feel very at home with a quick and friendly welcome with surprises!! The pool was gorgeous (and necessary) - perfect for humid August. Will absolutely be back.

We love Casa Norte! This was our second trip to Sayulita and in this house with 6 friends. It is very comfortable, has a lot of great features including the pool and AC for those hot nights. Nick was a very informed and responsive host. We will be back again! I have already sent two groups of people this way and will keep sharing the referral. Muchisimas Gracias!

Casa Norte is just as pictured if not better! The house was sparkling clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids and the bedrooms/home layout worked perfectly for our needs. The house is right around the corner from a ton of really good restaurants, breakfast spots, etc - Nick was our local contact and gave us really great recommendations on where to eat and what to see. After a long day wandering around the town we loved coming back to Casa Norte for happy hour in the pool! All around a great stay, great house, great hospitality - we can't wait to get back to Sayulita!
