The pool was the perfect temperature (not too cold!) and was a welcome oasis. The cleaning maid was right on time, detailed, and so sweet. She even folded the laundry of ours that she found in the dryer! The living room was just perfect for relaxing on the big L-shaped couch. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was sublime.

We had a great stay at house! The host was very helpful and friendly. Location was great. Lots of noise with FIGA but it wasn’t a problem. Everything we needed was provided.

Our family of seven loved the house for its beauty, convenience, cleanliness, and lovely lap pool. It was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom and shower. And there were extra bathrooms and showers besides! We loved the beautiful floor ceiling tiles in the kitchen, the coffee shops and bakeries near by. All of us had a great time visiting Oaxaca from this elegant comfortable Airbnb. I should add the daily maid service was luxurious.

Alejandro's house was a great home base for our visit. We had a party of 3 elderly ladies and 2 daughters helping them along on this trip. Alejandro was helpful from booking thru after we returned back home. We left something behind and Alejandro has gone out of his way to get these items back to us. We would gladly stay here again on any future trips to Oaxaca.

This is a phenomenal Air BnB, I highly recommend it. It's comfortable, clean, well decorated and in a great location. The pool was also really nice and heated. A daily housekeeper comes with the place - her name is Isabela and she is lovely. She is not intrusive at all, kept the place so clean for us and even washed our clothes. The host is very nice and responsive. I would love to return!

I stayed here with my family for almost a week and it was amazing! The home is beautiful, very spacious, extremely clean, and so comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect and felt really peaceful and safe. So many cafes, restaurants, and parks were in walking distance and many of the Oaxaca sites, like Santo Domingo Church were under a 10 minute walk. Alejandro was the best host! We were in Oaxaca for my sister’s wedding and he made himself available whenever we needed him to figure out logistics for the weekend (before and during the reservation), including arranging airport transfers. He was quick to reply to my messages at all times of the day. 10/10 highly highly recommend!

Restaurants/breakfast nearby. 3-4 blocks to pedestrian street, main shopping (Calle Alcalá). Off street parking, lovely pool. 9 in house hosted 5-6 others at times. Housekeeper every day.

The house is very nice, exactly as described in the photos, with a delightful aroma, and it's clean and quiet! Everything is very close by on foot! A very nice area!

We loved our stay. The house is located in a nice area with lots of cafes and amenities. The house itself is well appointed and well laid out. Plenty of room for our multi family stay. Our housekeeper for the stay, Isabel, was the best part! So nice and thoughtful.

I have stayed in many rentals in the past and this experience was by far the best. The house is gorgeous - brilliant design with plenty of room, both inside and out. Alejandro was a superb communicator and went out of his way to accommodate. Isabel came in daily to clean and help out - she was an amazing addition to the team- hard worker and very sweet. We were visiting for a wedding and many of our friends stayed at a gorgeous hotel but their rooms were small and cramped so they visited us often. It’s in a great location. I was with four women and we felt very safe. Do not think twice- book!

This must be the best airbnb house in Oaxaca. We were there for Christmas. Two kids - 9 and 6, my husband and myself and it was a dream. Isabel, the housekeeper comes every day (which is probably more than necessary) and she's so lovely. When the washer/dryer were broken she took our clothes to her house and washed them herself. The house itself is perfectly decorated, super comfortable and huge. The pool was the perfect temperature at all times and the kids were in it every day. Its a good depth for kids to play in by themselves also. It is on the edge of the GORGEOUS Jalatlaco neighborhood, which is def my fave part of Oaxaca but its also a 12 min walk to the center for sight seeing and restaurants etc. I've stayed in a lot of airbnbs but the memories we made in this perfect house will stay with me forever.

What an absolute gem of a home in a gem of a city! Could not have been happier with this rental and everything it provided. The home was gorgeous and spacious, the pool was incredible, and the location was absolutely perfect. The home was furnished thoughtfully and could have comfortably fit double our party of 4. We were sad to leave but are already scheming our return.

My family and I had an amazing time at Mariana and Alejandro's place! The home was immaculate, one of the most beautiful Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The artwork, beautiful furniture, open space and gorgeous pool and outdoor area made the house look like it came out of a magazine! The neighborhood was also amazing, so close to great restaurants, bars and one of the best coffee shops right next door. It was also close to Santo Domingo and Jalatlaco (art district). Mariana was very flexible with check-in, including meeting us at the house when we arrived and continued to communicate with us during our stay. One of the best things of the house was Isabel the house keeper who cleaned the house everyday. It was nice coming back after our adventures to a tidy home. The home was perfect for our family of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids), everyone was more than happy to have their own room and bathroom. And the pool was a HUGE hit! Thank you Mariana and Alejandro for a wonderful stay!!

Perfect all around!

Our group of 8 stayed at Casa Beelia for a week during our daughter’s wedding week in Oaxaca, Mexico. It was an absolute supreme experience, thanks in part to our accommodations at this property. The house was spotless, and daily housekeeper Isabell did an excellent job of keeping it that way. The lay out was absolutely perfect for our group. Alejandro and Mariana were very responsive and offered local recommendations that were top notch. (Chef Fred’s brunch the morning after a long travel day was an incredible way to start the week. In-house massages from Javier for the five ladies the day before the wedding, leveled things up even more.) Casa Beelia felt like our private and peaceful oasis tucked in the middle of a busy city, which made for breaks from the chaos, and an easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and wedding events. Highly recommend!! This is the way to do Oaxaca!

A great stay, the house staff was very friendly, the house exceeded expectations, definitely a place I would return to again and again.

The house is divine, comfortable and clean, a few blocks from the historic center. Wonderful breakfasts, Isabel and Carmen spoiled us and we felt at home! Close to everything, but quiet at the same time, it feels very safe. We were a group of friends and we were very comfortable in the house. Mariana is always attentive to our needs and available by phone. Very nice decoration, very cozy and with many amenities such as wine cellar, aroma vaporizer machine, good speaker for music, umbrella, washer and dryer. Excellent tableware, pots, glasses, all top quality. Sheets, towels, pillows, all new! Crafts and artwork decorate the house, definitely an excellent experience. Don't miss it and don't hesitate to stay, you'll want to come back!

I had such a wonderful stay at Casa Belia in Oaxaca City! The space is beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with great amenities that made me feel right at home. Its location is also perfect — just a short walk from some amazing restaurants and everything the city has to offer. Mariana, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. My only regret is not booking my stay for longer. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful holiday in the gorgeous house in Oaxaca. The home is perfectly located between the central area and artistic neighbourhoods of Oaxaca. It is beautifully designed and furnished with excellent facilities and very comfortable beds. The terrace and pool are very clean and we enjoyed swimming every day. The housekeeper Isabel was very helpful with everything in the home. We really enjoyed the Oaxacan cookery class! We used the local gym which was large and well facilitated. Alejandro and Mariana were excellent hosts, and were very responsive to all our requests. They made us feel very welcome. Their communication was impeccable. We hope to return next year. Thank you Alejandro and Mariana, and Isabel!

RUN don’t walk to this gorgeous Airbnb in the center of Oaxaca City. Alejandro’s well appointed home was the highlight of our 2-week trip to Mexico and one of the best Airbnbs we have experienced. If we could leave 20 stars, we would. The location, the amenities, the attention to detail, the quality of service, the gorgeous decor - this home has it ALL. Mariana met us at the house to welcome us and made herself available if we needed anything/had questions. Isabel, the wonderful house cleaner came daily and left the home spotless. We even started a load of laundry one day and by the time we came home, Isabel had finished it and folded our clothes. Everything - from the super comfy beds to the quality of the linens to the little details that can often be overlooked (tissues, bottled water, extra pool towels, complimentary beers) - was top notch. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay and generous hospitality - we genuinely cannot wait to return to Oaxaca City and stay again.

the house is totally worth the cost!! impeccable and with all the details of a hotel, location 5 min from the temple of santo domingo. The house is for 10 people, we were 12 so they also offered us a loft so we could all fit. My family and I were happy, one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at.

Amazing place to stay. We loved cooling off in the pool (it was HOT when we were visiting). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which was perfect for our group. Would highly recommend this beautiful house!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. Location was fantastic and lets you be close to the action without all the noise. Cleaner was there every day and we came back to a spotless home every evening. Pool was perfect for our group. Rooms were clean and well-equipped. No complaints at all!
