Very good property!!! We will definitely return because we love Zacatlán, but we hadn't found a place where the whole family could stay on a single property just for us!!!! Grateful to Lucero and her staff.

Lucero is an excellent host. The communication was excellent, and the place is as described. We had a great time. We enjoyed the house, the campfire, and the swing. Everything was very pleasant, spacious, and comfortable for a large group.

Beautiful and quiet place. I stayed with my whole family. We felt right at home. Each room has a bathroom, which is great for everyone's privacy. It has everything and more than you could need to have a wonderful vacation. We will definitely return.

The place is quite spacious, very nice and well maintained, with enough bathrooms for all guests to be comfortable. We were able to have a campfire and everything was great. There is only one small detail: next door is an event hall, and the music could be heard. Fortunately, the noise ended at 9:30 pm, so we were able to rest well.

This accommodation is located in a strategic place, close to downtown and super easy to access, Lucero is a super host, always attentive to us, super friendly and helpful, the whole family felt at home. The place is cozy, from the design to the super comfortable mattresses. We had a great time by the campfire that provided warmth at night. We will come back here whenever we go to Zacatlán. It is a very nice, clean place and the host is also very friendly. They are remodeling but it did not affect my stay, it is really nice.

The invaluable thing about this stay is definitely Lucero's service at all times, attentive, respectful, friendly but above all, helpful. As for the property, it is as described, it has large and open spaces, ideal for large families and the rooms are very warm. Which fit perfectly with the cold weather we had. On occasion, there are some maintenance issues, especially with the bathrooms, such as inverted water faucets, some water leaks, and due to the weather, the hot water takes a while to come out. We will definitely be back!

It's a very nice house. Both Lucero and Mrs. Isabel, who helped us with the cleaning, were very attentive and kind, always willing to help and improve our stay. There are some areas for improvement, such as adding some kitchen items they don't have, improving a couple of high steps that hinder the mobility of older people, etc. However, overall I think it's a very nice place worth visiting.

Excellent place to live a few moments of peace with the family, the place is very close to the center and everything you need. Perfect for relaxing for a weekend. By the way it is very flexible regarding check-in and check-out times. I generally highly recommend it.

We had a very nice stay. Due to technical issues, we had a problem with the water, but they helped us solve it immediately. They were always attentive and gave us suggestions for activities, food and, in our case, recommendations for services (food, chairs). We had an amazing weekend, the house exceeded our expectations and the attention was quick and fluid.

Very nice house just like the photos, big in case you go in a group, a very good option for family gatherings, excellent for each bedroom to have its bathroom, warm bedrooms which is very good for the climate of the place, for children and older adults, or in case you are cold. The palapa and grill of the best, very good size, you can eat in the garden that is spacious, the children enjoyed it just like the swings, you can make a fire pit, burn chocolates with the little ones or see the moon and stars lying in the garden, extra points for having a bathroom in the garden so don't bother family members who sleep early or don't want to be outside, another extra point is that the cars have them inside the property. Nearby places to buy nurseries if you require, or if you want to eat out, walking in 10 minutes you are in downtown Zacatlan. Lucero and her husband are kind, attentive, respectful, enjoying their house and undoubtedly on another visit they will be my 1st option. 😊

A very good place to stay. Small details need to be improved, such as the heaters and showers, and the sheets, bedspreads, etc. need to be updated a bit, as they look a little old. Close to downtown and plenty of space for about 15 people. Put a little more security on the front door for more peace of mind. Overall, everything was great, as was the service from Lucero.
