Pros: A quiet, cozy place away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, with a completely private beach, internet, a clean pool, a nice barbecue area with a TV, good lighting, and a bathroom. The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are well laid out. The bathrooms are nice, and something that sets this villa apart from the others is that it includes a person to help you with cleaning and cooking. The beach is a 1- to 2-minute walk from the house. The downside: when you enter the sea, there are stones for about 6 feet (2 meters); it is recommended to enter with some foot protection. After that, you find sand, and you can swim with children when the waves are not too big.

We had a wonderful time at Villas Las Matas. The host sent us a video with the details on how to get to the house and it was very helpful. Definitely a great place to come back. The house was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. Though the beach is just a 2 min walk from the house, the beach is not the best for swimming since it can be considered open waters by the locals, however it is great if you just want to sunbath. The pool in the house was great. Just bear in mind that since the house is surrounded by lots of vegetation there can be tiny insects like mosquitoes. But nothing that a spray of insect repellent can’t solve. The area is very peaceful since practically is just the house in the nearby. So you can hear the waves and have that zen moment. Thanks to the hosts our stay was amazing!

Nice place, everything was in order, the host was very friendly, the manager was very friendly and answered very quickly. When we arrived there was no wifi signal and the The gas stove had run out of gas and the manager fixed it very quickly. I definitely recommend it. If you're wondering if the place is safe, it certainly is. We went out to buy groceries at night and the people in the village were very friendly and helpful

Very nice entire family of 13 could go! Weather wasnt the best for ocean swimming, thankfully there wqs a pool.

Excellent attention 100%, the Casa very Bonita, there is a person who if you want to make your food I think that is a super extra for the stay, It would be good they will illuminate the access street to the house as it is long the stretch and dark Otherwise Super well full recommended the house for a vacation

It is a house that has all the amenities for a family group, as described in the publication. Pool area and games exelente for the kids; fully heated hot water in all bathrooms and the kitchen comes with everything you need. The service staff is very attentive. Perfect place to clear with the family.

This house is perfect for the whole family, Irma is soo sweet, she was there all the time incase we need it something. the way to the house is just amazing . we really enjoyed our stay here and we are definitely coming again 😀. thank you to the lady who helps is with coffe and hand made tortillas 😋😋
