I went to the same building 2 years ago , a lot has changed .The pool wasn’t heated less people for services , there was no more beds on the terrace only long chairs and there was no pillow sheets at all in the studio .

Stay was ok. The unit is run down and needs some maintenance/upkeep. Amenities and location made it worth it. Lots of stains on couch and bed/sheets. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling which was pretty gross.

The unit was nice and clean and great location. The balcony overlooks the tops of other buildings. There is no bike for this unit. It's just in the pictures. There were 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 beach towels. No wash cloths, bath mat, kitchen towel or wash rags. Also no hair dryer even though it was listed in the ammenities. Went to shower later that evening and no hot water even after running the water for 10 min. Got a hold of a manager the next morning who said they would send someone out later that morning. Came back early afternoon and our door was left unlocked. There were more towels left. Hot water still didn't work and the bathroom had water all over the floor and white plaster bits. Got a hold of the manager again and he came by and determined the hot water tank needed to be replaced. He was able to move us to a different unit which was much nicer and had hot water and towels. Overall this unit and building itself is good, the ammenities could use some upgrading.

I used Osman's two apartments. Both had many perks. The ground floor apartment is very quiet, it provides intimacy. The apartment on the 3rd floor is very well lit, has bike and safe. The building is new, has beautiful common areas: pool, lobby. Located close to downtown Tulum, just a short walk to the hypermarket and plenty of restaurants. If there are any problems in the apartment, Osman responds quickly.

They were very friendly. I love the safety of the building and the amenities. Pool had a bar/kitchen service and it was great. It felt like a hotel with the comfort of a home.

The stay seemed incredible to me, the only drawback is that the internet was not good, it was not a major problem for me since I only used the apartment to sleep but, in general very good, the girl at the apartment reception was always very attentive and gave recommendations to go out and helped me get an ATV with an agency, communication with Osman was good, the climate of the apartment is very good and it is close to many things and places, if you rent the ATV the hotel area and beach clubs are 15 minutes away, in general I would recommend it and of course I would return to Osman's Airbnb

Great stay! The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has all the necessary amenities in the kitchenette, and the balcony is very nice. The property with the pretty pool on the rooftop is beautiful! Osman was a great host, very responsive and attentive! We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great stay overall. The room was on third floor and faced south, which provided great sunlight and view of the jungle. It was pretty quiet overall. The room looked exactly like the pictures and the air conditioner was nice and quiet. The host was very responsive and friendly. The bathroom was clean and had great water pressure. It would be nice if there was a hair dryer but it was not a big issue. The sheet on the mattress was a little short but the mattress itself was super comfortable and supportive. We highly recommend this place!

nice condo one of the cleanest airbnb i rented to be honest far to beach but i knew it when i rented it their is bike but i didn’t use i rented out scooter cheaper than taxis in tulum.
