We had the best time staying at Yogiraj’s place. Everything was absolutely perfect!! There was no expense spared when building the condo, subzero appliances, hardwood, and natural stone throughout. The space is even more impressive in person than in the photos. Eloisa was very responsive and worked with us to ensure we had everything we needed and more. Aurora, the cleaner kept the place spotless everyday and is very sweet, thoughtful, and kind. We could not have had a better time!! The community is wonderful and we went all of the four clubs, each is unique and brings something special. We cannot wait to come back again!

This was our second time staying at this amazing villa with our family of 5. It is one of our absolute favorite places to visit. Everything about it is wonderful, peaceful, and fun! I can't say enough wonderful things. We will definitely be back!

We were in Punta Mita for a wedding at the St. Regis and this was the perfect place to stay. A 5 minute golf cart ride there and everything else within ~10 minutes on the golf cart. We had 2 couples and one other person with us- the bunk room is definitely tight but the single person staying in there didn’t mind it because it was dark and very cool. Eloisa greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful. Overall - would recommend this place and would stay there again.

Very nice, as described condo. Punta Mita is fantastic and the price point for this place was value for the location and amenities. Eloisa (concierge) was super responsive and helpful (she booked reservations, AtVs, helped troubleshoot, etc.) and met us for check in, which is a really nice approach. House keeping was fantastic. And the round trip airport transfer set up by Eloisa (Eric, in a Suburban) was terrific. No complaints; be aware of the (new, in our experience, and we’ve been to PM several times) association fees. Amounted to about $300 for our family given the number of people. Overall great trip. Thanks, Yogirag and team.

Great spot! The bunk room is a bit tight, but otherwise an awesome space. Only ~5 min drive to all the beach clubs (~10 min to El Surf Club). Great terrace overlooking the golf course.

We had a good stay here. It was central inside of Punta Mita. The beach clubs were very nice.

The penthouse had a great view, was nicely furnished and fairly well appointed (there’s no wine glasses to try the nice Mexican wines we found … made do just fine though!) It was perfect place for us and our son and daughter in law, we had space to hang out together as well as enough privacy. In house laundry was an added bonus as our travels were continuing on from there. The grounds of Punta Mita are lovely for daily walks or runs, beach clubs are great for lunches and fun sun time. We took in several restaurants on the grounds as well as exploring the town of Punta de Mita just outside the gates. The golf cart was a blast for getting around everywhere most especially with our 30 year old son who insisted on being our chauffeur haha! It was a fun holiday and I’d certainly return to this nice condo.

The local contact and daily cleaning were great. Aurora the cleaner was awesome. She also cooked for us a couple times and her food was great. Our local contact was very responsive. Our kids loved the place. They’ll offer to shop but we might just get our own stuff next time as there is a small grocer just outside the gates (or just be very specific).

The place is identical to the description. It's nice, always clean, and the service at all times. The breakfasts are very rich and the people are very kind and attentive. They helped me with the cake, to decorate it nicely for my daughter's celebration and to book a dinner. Definitely the plus is the access to the beach clubs, in short to rest and if you go with children the best is the sea breeze, there is minimum consumption but if you go to eat there and spend the day it is an affordable rate and the club is worth it. The included cart makes it much easier to move around. Overall, I had an amazing vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and is more spacious than the pictures show. We felt like we had all of the amenities to make our stay comfortable. And there were plenty of towels for shower and pool which is important! Having access to the beach clubs is a major plus, but there are great restaurants in town too. We appreciate that a golf cart comes with the place because it’s definitely a necessity. Eloisa and her team were so helpful and quick to respond to any requests!

Great condo in amazing Punta Mita. Love the beach clubs, proximity to downtown PM, and the team of Leti, Eloisa, and Sam really took care of us throughout our stay. I would recommend their condo and will be coming back to stay there.

We loved this unit for the location and the access to the beach clubs, but even more for the wonderful concierge, housekeeper and chef.

We loved our time here. The condo is just like the pictures with beautiful space inside and out. Eloisa arranged our transportation and gave us a number of activities she could book. We chose to have a private chef come one night and it was wonderful. The resort is gorgeous.A few notes - bring cash. The car, groceries, chef and breakfasts were all cash only. Additionally, the beach club waiters all ask that you tip in cash. We originally planned to stay behind the gates for our whole trip but ended up in town for dinner several nights and loved it. Zicatela, Mina and Pescadora were awesome. We loved the beach clubs. Surf club has a $50 pp minimum food/drink charge but is well worth it. Chairs are right on the beach and the waves are awesome. Pacifico is relaxing with lux chairs. The beach is rocky so we didn’t do as much ocean there. Kupari is lovely - soft sand and an expansive quiet beach. Sufi has no beach but a gorgeous infinity pool.

The condo is very well updated with comfortable beds. It was in immaculate condition when we arrived and stayed that way thanks to daily cleaning service. Loved the spacious balcony as well, but our favorite part was the central location and the golf cart. The golf cart was very speedy and the condo is in a perfect location to quickly get to any of the beach clubs. Because getting everywhere was so easy, we were really able to enjoy all the amazing beaches and restaurants in the area.

The house was very comfortable… close to the village of Punta de Mita. What really worked very well for us was the access to the Beach Clubs. I think it was the best of all the vacations!

Vacation was superb. The condo and location is amazing. Beautiful patio with an excellent view. We enjoyed all the beach clubs and the food was excellent at the clubs. The staff were exceptional! The best part of our trip was Aurora and Eloisa. Aurora came everyday and made us a fantastic breakfast and took wonderful care of us. The food she prepared was delicious. Eloisa’s our concierge was extremely helpful and attentive. She booked our excursions and answered any questions we had. She was very responsive. We will definitely return.

We have stayed in Punta Mita before but this condo was better than the others we had experienced. The terraces extended the living are and were wonderfully furnished. The bedrooms are roomy and well appointed. Aurora, our housekeeper, made beautiful breakfasts and kept everything looking fresh. Eloisa, the concierge, was helpful and flexible. I would happily return to this condo!

I’ve never stayed in this location in Punta mita and I really liked it. Super fun area and I loved the pool area and looking at the golf course!! Great home

Wonderful property situated peacefully behind the guarded gates of Punta Mita! Received a very informative introduction about the area and amenities upon our arrival. Having the golf cart absolutely made our trip the best! Do not rent anywhere in the gated area of Punta Mita without a golf cart, as you need it to get to all the amazing beaches, restaurants, resorts and town! Home was spotless, and decorated beautifully in the style of Pottery Barn, or Restoration Hardware along with some traditional Mexican artifacts. The views from the massive deck were stunning, looking over the pool, lake, golf course and partial views of the ocean in the distance. For us, nice, high quality linens are important, so we were delighted that the bedding was snowy white, 100 percent cotton. The kitchen has everything you need and it’s well organized with newer utensils, flatware, plates and glasses. Five stars, and 6 for the staff and service!

Our stay was fantastic, and Aurora made it even better—she's a gem! The private dinner was divine, and the boat trip was unforgettable (just be sure to bring reef-safe sunscreen). Generally speaking, be aware of the exchange rate if paying in USD; the rate used by the services was lower than the market rate. If possible, bring pesos to avoid this issue. It's worth the ATM fee to take out pesos. Lastly, note that safe drinking water is provided; we over-ordered and didn't need to at all. Overall, we loved our stay, and would come again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place. The description matches and the photos are very clear. The attention from Lety López, Eloísa Ávalos incredible, very friendly, attentive and attentive to our stay. Mrs. Genoveva took care of us and prepared the very delicious breakfast, she and her daughter were very good people, very friendly and attentive, they all made us feel comfortable and that gives us an extra plus to the place that in itself, it is wonderful and welcoming. The very useful golf cart. We visit the peaceful beach club and Kupuri, very comfortable, offer all the services and the staff very attentive, In other publications they have commented on the topic of hot water in the bathrooms. We didn't have any issues about it. It is definitely a place to enjoy, rest safely, comfortably, and friendly for its wonderful staff. I've visited other places in the beach, but none amazing like this place. Eloísa can help coordinate for someone to prepare some special food for you in the apartment.

This is a beautiful place to visit in Mexico. Exclusive neighborhood world class activities, great beaches plus 5 beach clubs to choose from our favorite was Pacifico not to big love the beach and the best place to watch the sunset! Aurora the housekeeper made delicious mexican food and Eloisa the concierge gave us great restaurant recommendations and was very responsive. Golf cart is a plus to explore the compound. Definitely a great place to stay!

My family and I had a great time. Aurora was very friendly and cooked breakfast for us daily. The golf cart was nice to have as we used it to get around to the beach clubs and dinner spots.

Super awesome stay! Came for a weekend with girlfriends, the place felt very safe, Leti, was really responsive, and helped us arrange massages, cabs, whatever. The golf cart was so nice to have and the chef was great! Super sweet and would definitely recommend! Thank you!!

Everything about this stay was awesome! Plenty of space to relax around the condo and access to the beach clubs gave us tons to do throughout the day. The golf cart was a perfect must-have for our group of five. Highlight of our stay was Aurora coming each morning to cook breakfast- not only was her food delicious, but she is an absolute delight!!

Lovely condo in a beautiful setting-the view couldn't be beat. Purified water jugs were even provided. :) As other reviewers have mentioned, hot water in the primary shower is lacking. Middle bathroom shower has it though. Aurora (cook/housekeeper) was delightful, as were Eloisa & Lety (concierge/prop. mgr.). The golf cart was awesome since we went to town for dinner (really enjoyed Tuna Blanco, Mina, Mita Rustica). Access to the beach clubs was a big plus. We spent most of our time at El Surf since we had surfers in our group, but Kupuri was the fave due to the pool. Bahia Beach Club is new, but smaller with food carts. Towels provided at each. FYI: -Sport Membership is included- tennis, fitness club, etc. Not golf, unfortunately. -Rent surfboards in town, not at clubs. Far cheaper. They'll strap them to the cart for transport. -Some beach clubs have minimum food & beverage minimums. El Surf is $50/adult & $25/kid. Kupuri & Bahia had none. Check before you go. We had a great trip!

Paradise! The location was outstanding. We loved the beach clubs, delicious breakfasts by Aurora and incredible private chef dinner our last night. The huge terrace was amazing. The golf cart was clutch! I can’t wait to bring my family back! This was an all adult trip (5 women) but it would also be so great with kids!!!

This is a very nice, spacious unit in the gated Punta Mita community. The included golf cart was fun and allowed us to visit the various beaches, hotels and restaurants within the community as well as the grocery store and restaurants in the small town of Punta de Mita outside the gates. Plenty of space for our party of 4, but unit can accommodate up to 6 (2 in bunks). Indoor/outdoor living space quite roomy and comfortable. Nice views from the balcony (unit on third floor). The manager/concierge, Eloisa, was our point of contact. She is very helpful and speaks both English and Spanish. She arranged a great half-day boat trip at a reasonable price. Daily breakfast and cleaning service was a nice, included surprise. Save some cash to tip the cooks/cleaners at the end of your stay (US$ accepted). The only issue was that the shower water never got very warm, but the air is usually hot so not a deal breaker for us.

Yogiraj's condo in Las Terazzas was absolutely wonderful! Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was immaculate, the location was great, and the views were beautiful. What really stood out for our family was the outstanding service provided by Eloisa, the concierge, and Aurora, the cook/housekeeper. Eloisa handled all of the dinner/fishing/shuttle arrangements in advance of our arrival and everything was very smooth. She also was very responsive during our stay when we had questions or needed to change a dinner reservation. In addition, Aurora was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She cooked specialty breakfasts for us several days (including quesadillas with homemade tortillas that she made for us!) and prepared the mahi mahi (pan seared and ceviche) that my husband and son caught. She kept the condo so tidy and was also so sweet. Our family definitely wants to return!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. The golf cart is a must. We loved riding around to all of the beach clubs.

Everything was excellent, a rich breakfast and the person who attends very attentive. We love coming to Punta Mita and this depa is very nice and clean. We would definitely come back. The only thing is that there was noise due to maintenance in the tower and other depas. Better to go to beach clubs, because there was noise and workers during the day. 100/100 - perfect vacations

Great Punta Mita getaway! Easy in-and-out, excellent value, delicious breakfasts. No complaints at all!

Our experience in Punta Mita and, more specifically, at this property was absolutely amazing in every way. The accommodations are set up perfectly for our family of 6. The golf cart included made getting around the beautiful grounds easy (and fun). We enjoyed each of the beach clubs and were impressed with the service. Eloisa did a wonderful job helping us plan transportation, recommended and secured reservations for some dinners and helped make us feel at home. The golf cart ride to Punta de Mita was even shorter than we were imagining and we had amazing meals there! We also were so appreciative of our housekeeper. Waking each morning to an amazing breakfast was a special part of our trip. She even prepared us a traditional Mexican breakfast on our last morning. Overall, an amazing vacation and we can't wait to come back to this property!

We loved the stay at Las Terrazas. It's our first time staying in this part of Punta Mita- we have stayed at Porta Fortuna and El Encanto previously. We loved the included golf cart, and the breakfast daily with Aurora the housekeeper was a nice plus. She stayed everyday to clean the place from top to bottom (including areas we didn't and it also got everybody out of bed! The concierge was offsite but always responsive when we texted her. The place was new, and plenty spacious for our family of 4! We did not feel like we were on top of each other at all and we used the patio for working out. We would love to stay here again!

Las Terrazas was absolutely beautiful! We appreciated the early check-in and later check-out. The pictures don’t do it Justice- this unit is beautiful with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous decor, and a spacious terrace. Aurora, our cook/cleaner was friendly and immediately made us feel at home with her delicious guacamole. We had preordered grocery deliveries which made things seamless. Eloisa, the property manager, was communicative and easy to reach. We loved our stay and we’ll definitely book when we return to Punta Mita!

You must stay here. The condo is beautiful and looks exactly like what you see in the pictures. The staff manage this condo very well and all your needs are thought of in advance. Eloisa, Lety, and the property management team were extremely helpful in all aspects of our stay. Eloisa specifically was amazing, always available and helpful with last minute details including helping us get same day delivery Birthday cake delivered for our babies! Aurora, the housekeeper was just incredible and she kept the place spotless each day. The breakfast she prepared each morning was the perfect way to start our day and was divine. She was even kind enough to decorate the home with some balloons to help celebrate our kiddos birthdays! These are special, thoughtful extras that Yogi’s team add to make your stay spectacular. We are already working with them to book again! 10 stars across the board!

We loved our stay In Punta MIta. Yogiraj's house is beautiful, spacious and clean. It was great having the golf cart-definitely need it to get around the area. Our daily breakfast with the housekeeper was such a nice part of the trip. We had groceries delivered prior to arriving which was so nice. Eloisa was incredibly responsive and helpful. Our favorite beach clubs were El Surf and Kupuri. Our favorite restaurants were Lobster Paradise, Punta Mercedes and Dos Catrinas.

We loved our stay! The condo was super clean and a lovely environment to relax in (we enjoyed meals al fresco on the expansive terrace) just as described. The concierge team, Eliosa and Lety, were terrific. They reached out to us ahead of time to start planning for things like a snorkeling tour, transportation to and from the airport, spa treatments, a private chef meal, advance grocery shopping, etc. Eloisa was also super responsive, usually just a text away on What'sApp. Belen made delicious breakfasts and was an excellent housekeeper. When the golf cart that comes with the condo broke down, Eliosa quickly got us a replacement that we used for our stay. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Yogiraj's place in Punta Mita was great. The home itself is even nicer than it looks in the photos, and the resort is really great. The concierge helping with the house, Eloisa, was really responsive and friendly and overall we had a great time. We are looking to try to book again for next year already!

Our entire family could not be more happy with our vacation. The unit was absolutely perfect - spotless, spacious, beautiful and with amazing indoor/outdoor living space. We wanted for nothing. The resort itself is visually stunning, peaceful and uncrowned with lots of variety. Yogiraj, Letty (the concierge) and Belen (the cook) were all first rate on every single interaction. We can’t wait to return to this unit and would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone who is looking for the highest end luxury vacation. Absolute perfection!!!

Beautiful house and perfect location. You have pretty much everything you need inside of the gates and a couple minutes golf cart ride your in town with great food and people. Highly recommend if your wanting to visit Punta Mita.

Yogiraj has created the perfect getaway tucked behind the gates of Punta Mita. From the concierge services' expertise local knowledge and communication, to the daily cleaning service, this truly is a gem of a retreat. The unit feels extremely private, with expansive views from every room. Waking up to gorgeous sunrises reminds you of the paradise you're in every morning. Everything from airport transportation to groceries in the fridge went seamlessly. We travelled with a seperate group staying at another location in the walls, and I have to say our experience felt superior as far as amenities, privacy, and communication. Would definitely stay here again, and as someone who operates AirBnB's myself, Ive definitely taken some notes on creating a seamless experience from this trip!

Amazing condo with a huge balcony overlooking Punta Mita and sliver of the bay. Great location in Punta Mita for exploring all of the beach clubs. The condo is really clean and modern with super comfortable beds and furniture. I would rent a golf cart to get around the peninsula and take a trip to El Surf Club for a lesson on some of the best learning waves I’ve come across. As the instructor put it, Playa La Lancha is a wave machine.

This was a beautiful place. It was easy to get to, safe, clean and very cute. The cleaners came daily and Lety was amazing at helping us with our ever need. We will definitely be back !

First visit for us and it was an absolutely lovely, well-equipped villa with all the amenities. Great for our family and we can’t wait to visit again!

Fabulous apartment in the gated community of Punta Mita. The water was turned off our first night due to an issue needing repair in a neighboring unit. While it was not ideal, we recognize things like this happen sometimes. Thankfully Yogi and the property manager Lety communicated the repair timeline very diligently and addressed the issue as quickly as possible. Lety and her staff were very hospitable and helpful with any concierge services we needed like booking reservations, securing a babysitter for a few of the days, and renting baby gear. The apartment had all the amenities we expected and the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics. The location was close to town and the beach club access was really great with our child. Very family friendly and a great place to call home for a week.

Your place was great, Concierge service was wonderful and Housekeeping very friendly and efficient. Great Wi-Fi speed for those that need it. Make sure and arrange a golf cart so you can explore all of Punta Mita. Eat at the restaurant Naef in town for a great meal and setting.

Gorgeous sunlit top floor three bedroom condo in beautiful Punta Mita. Large and tastefully decorated living room, bright patios and comfortable king bed. We’ll stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Punta mita club has exceptional beach clubs, Resturants and workout facilities. We can’t wait to come back! You’ll love it:)
