Very nice, only the hot water was not enough for everyone.

We went for a weekend to visit Tequis, and it was well worth it. They have pomegranate trees, a very large pool (the water was a little cold since it's a well water source, but we had plenty of sunshine, so we really enjoyed it). If you want to have a party, the place is very spacious for a large family. There were 11 of us, and we had plenty of beds to spare. The town center is nearby, about a 10-15 minute walk. There's a grill, and the parking lot is very large; it can probably fit 4-6 cars comfortably. Overall, everything was great. There are a lot of mosquitoes, so bring repellent. There's a tortilla shop across the street, small shops nearby, and a Guadalajara pharmacy about 5 minutes away. The hostess told us to let her know if we needed anything, and she was very kind and helpful with the service.

The accommodation is very nice, large, spacious and has everything you need to enjoy the place. The host was always in contact with me. I would definitely return to this house!

It's a really nice hacienda. It was more than I expected from the photos. All services complete. The response to any questions was immediate. The location is great, a 10-minute walk from downtown or a 3-minute drive.

A large and comfortable house, with plenty of spacious bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own bathroom; only two share a bathroom. The garden is spacious, and there is a large, private parking area. The house has everything you need to spend a comfortable family weekend. Some reviews say that the refrigerator didn’t cool, but it has already been fixed, and it cooled and froze perfectly. The interior of the house is very cool; at no point did we feel hot inside, even though it was a hot day. There were 16 of us, and there was enough hot water for everyone. The pool water comes from a well, so it doesn’t smell like chlorine, which is good. The downside is that there is no heating, but we still enjoyed it and had a great time. Recommended for large families.

Very spacious house and super comfortable rooms, since you have to take into account that the showers are with a solar heater, so you can only bathe at noon so that you don't get cold water. The pool is large, has a barbecue and private parking. Always with great communication. It's carrying mosquito repellent and being careful with bugs in general... because of the abundant fauna of the house.

Hello, I felt very comfortable in the room since we had a very quick check-in, the check-out with more than excellent time, the garden of the house is very spacious, enough number of beds to sleep almost individually, there was no noise in the area, there was no noise in the area , quite walkable, the kitchen with enough utensils, a grill and a very nice roast area, that yes, the water of the cold pool but it is something that we had already heard before booking, good communication for nothing was interrupted , we were told that lived in the building a couple who took care of the house and we didn't know them that they did not make us feel guarded, and that was very pleasant. The bathroom with shampoo essentials, towels and toilet paper that if the water is cold this season because it uses solar, but we also knew it so it was no surprise in general everything was fine , because everything was very clear, which I really appreciate and would book the same place again. Everything matches the description. There are many single beds for large groups, there were 14 and we all slept perfect.👌🏼. Lots of privacy, the towels and sheets smelled delicious to clean. Nothing is appreciated more than the cleaning in a house 💕

Excellent stay! We book it between several friends and the house is very large and spacious, the pool is filled with own well water, the garden is very pleasant, the kitchen is equipped and functional. Patty is very friendly and was in touch at all times. I'll definitely be back another time.
