Gary’s place was situated across the street from the beach and short walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and shops. The unit was as described, clean and spacious. Air conditioning was functional and kept us cooled on the super hot days. Overall we had a great 5 days in coco beach

My father and I stayed for a week over the holidays and were completely satisfied. The location is close to the beach, has a beautiful pool, and is close to lots of great restaurants and shops. The condo has very comfortable linens, towels, and brand new appliances. An added bonus are the neighbours - they were helpful, friendly and even included us in their New Year's celebrations!

This is an excellent option for staying with your family. It is a great location and a beautiful house.

Our stay at Gary's place was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we stepped in, we felt right at home. The description and photos were accurate, but they hardly do justice to how cozy and welcoming the space is in person. Gary was an exemplary host, providing clear and timely communication throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing local tips that enhanced our experience in the city. The accommodation itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we could wish for. The location was ideal, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet conveniently close to beach and restaurants. Our departure was smooth, with easy check-out instructions. We're grateful for such a hospitable stay and would recommend Gary's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We’re definitely planning to return on our next trip!

The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay. It was clean and the kitchen had basic provisions. The porch is screened in, so no insects. Just 3 minutes to the beach with beautiful trees perfect for staying in the shade. The ocean is calm, not too many waves. The pool is very clean, pool boy cleanes it twice per day and it is a very good size. The gardens are nicely kept by the gardener, Olman. The main street with it's restaurants is only 10-15 minute walk. Host response time is very quick. The photos are accurate. We loved our 2 months stay at Douglas's condo and would return anytime. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect, 3 minutes from a beautiful beach with beautiful trees shade . The sea is clean and not too vague. The pool is very clean and large enough for all tenants. There is beautiful vegetation around the pool. The front porch on the 2nd floor is screened , so the insects don't get in. There are plenty of great restaurants within a 20 minute walk , a convenience store 5 minutes away and a large grocery store 30 minutes away. The Las Palmas neighborhood is very safe , you can walk there even in the evening. The kitchen of the apartment is very well equipped for 4 people. The beds are very comfortable. Gary the manager is very available.

The condo was clean, stocked with basic provisions, and very comfortable for 2 people to hang out. It's very walkable to town and the beach but quiet and peaceful at night. I would stay there again.

A very quiet, safe place with an excellent location. My family had a great time and we would definitely come back again.
