Gary’s place was situated across the street from the beach and short walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and shops. The unit was as described, clean and spacious. Air conditioning was functional and kept us cooled on the super hot days. Overall we had a great 5 days in coco beach

My father and I stayed for a week over the holidays and were completely satisfied. The location is close to the beach, has a beautiful pool, and is close to lots of great restaurants and shops. The condo has very comfortable linens, towels, and brand new appliances. An added bonus are the neighbours - they were helpful, friendly and even included us in their New Year's celebrations!

Our stay at Gary's place was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we stepped in, we felt right at home. The description and photos were accurate, but they hardly do justice to how cozy and welcoming the space is in person. Gary was an exemplary host, providing clear and timely communication throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing local tips that enhanced our experience in the city. The accommodation itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we could wish for. The location was ideal, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet conveniently close to beach and restaurants. Our departure was smooth, with easy check-out instructions. We're grateful for such a hospitable stay and would recommend Gary's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We’re definitely planning to return on our next trip!

The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay. It was clean and the kitchen had basic provisions. The porch is screened in, so no insects. Just 3 minutes to the beach with beautiful trees perfect for staying in the shade. The ocean is calm, not too many waves. The pool is very clean, pool boy cleanes it twice per day and it is a very good size. The gardens are nicely kept by the gardener, Olman. The main street with it's restaurants is only 10-15 minute walk. Host response time is very quick. The photos are accurate. We loved our 2 months stay at Douglas's condo and would return anytime. Highly recommended.

L’emplacement était parfait, à 3 minutes d’une belle plage avec de beaux arbres qui font de l’ombre . La mer est propre et pas trop de vague. La piscine est très propre et assez grande pour tous les locataires. Il y a une très belle végétation autour de la piscine. Le perron au 2 e étage est grillagé , donc les insectes n’entrent pas. Il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants à moins de 20 minutes à pied , un dépanneur a 5 minutes et une grosse épicerie à 30 minutes. Le quartier Las Palmas est très sécuritaire , on peut y marcher même le soir. La cuisine de l’appartement est très bien équipée pour 4 personnes. Les lits sont très confortables. Gary le manager est très disponible.

The condo was clean, stocked with basic provisions, and very comfortable for 2 people to hang out. It's very walkable to town and the beach but quiet and peaceful at night. I would stay there again.
