Juan Carlos was very attentive, always in touch from before our arrival. During our stay we were very well cared for. All the staff were very friendly. The house is really very nice and spacious Everything was a 10!

This is an incredible house for a large family. The staff were very kind and worked with heart. The location is exceptional and even better than the beach as you don’t have people walking by all day. Very private, very secure, in a gated community.

Great deal, great service

Wow, wow, wow,... This place is the real deal. It’s a PALACE, and guests are treated like royalty. It seems like the house (huge) is brand new, but that’s just the staff maintaining this first-class property. Host communication was super, and the cook and clean staff (included) was super friendly. Will stay here again, and recommend 100%. We had a total fo 12 family members and there was still extra space. Wow, wow, wow!

Great home, amazing view and a great host.

Our Famili is ready to back always we can-:) The comunication whit the Hostes from the beguin was perfect. Juan Carlos answer all our question and request .Him make easy and confortable our journy. As soon him got our booking together whit the villa staff arrange a welcoming coktel so we can relax after the long tranfer from Europa. The villa is provided whit all amenities you can not get in a Hotel ; as a large family we need several sleep room and big living areas so this villa was perfect to us. As well we found is located superbe because is in a private country club beside the golf club and have a 24 hrs security service thats garante everyone a safe place to live in Mexico .The pesonal working in turnus so thats garanti always a friendly and caring service and they are always ready to help and make their guest feel as home. Personal staff make our 15 days holliday just anforgeteble and have great time together whit . I will recomendt everyone to book a long tearm Holliday so can enjoy all the areas on the villa as well has enought time to visit some of the turist place near in Boca del Rio .

The house is fantastic and the staff are very attentive and helpful. Very grateful to Juan Carlos who is very kind and pending to answer any questions. The cooks are excellent and in general the staff took care that we were not missing anything.

It is a house with a spectacular view of the river, the sunrise is beautiful!. At night the lighting of the pool and the garden, are spectacular. The spaces of the house are very spacious and illuminated. The services and service of the staff are excellent, the foods prepared by the cook are typical of Veracruz and with an excellent taste. Overall, everything was great. I give them 10 rating.
