Great spot! Adam was very communicative, the place was big enough for my family, safe, secure and had all the essentials in the kitchen. Definitely driving everywhere, which we expected and you need to do anyways to explore and the region. Overall, I’ll totally recommend!

The place is just beautiful, secluded and secure. There’s cycling trails and a walking distance super market, the beach is beautiful and the location is such that you can go to a different one everyday, we had a great time!

We stayed at Adam’s place with our two kids (10 and 5), and we had such a wonderful time! It was our first visit to Hacienda Pinilla, and we immediately fell in love with how beautiful, peaceful, and safe the entire community feels. From the moment we booked, Adam’s communication was excellent. We enjoyed the Malinches condo pool, which is just a short walk from the condo, and spent most of our days at the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club. The beach club is fantastic—the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. We also made a reservation at the JW Marriott, located within Hacienda Pinilla, where we had a lovely Italian dinner followed by some absolutely delicious gelato. We visited Playa Mansita as well, which is easily accessible from within Hacienda Pinilla, with convenient parking near the hotel. Everything was incredibly easy to access, whether driving or walking, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We had a relaxing family vacation and will be coming back!

Lovely condo in a secluded area but not too far from the beach and Tamarindo. Good idea to rent a car vs using a golf cart if you plan on leaving the gated community.

We love staying at Adam’s place. Pinilla is so close to the beach and the beach club was amazing. Adam communicated very well to provide all the needed information and always made sure we fine at his place. I truly recommend it!

We had a great stay. The host was very kind and quick to respond to any questions. The place is beautiful and quiet, and we slept better than we have in a long time. The beds were very comfortable!!! I bought the exact sheets as soon as we left. The beach club was relaxing, and the restaurant on the property had great food and a fun band. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Great place, modern, very good appliances, electric black out curtains, good A/C. The pool is great at a close walking distance, the beach club is excellent.

Lovely home, with amazing surroundings. Our family with two kids really enjoyed it and didn’t want to leave. The nearby beach club and pool are wonderful. The house is modern, peaceful and clean and AC works well. Adam is helpful and responsive. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a beautiful experience at this place. Adam is an exceptional host, one of the best I've ever had. Always attentive to any questions and proactive with anything we needed. The house is perfect, very well equipped, really bigger than what you see in the photos. Located in Hacienda Pinilla, a beautiful and safe place. The beds are extremely comfortable. You have everything you need to rest and have a nice vacation. I recommend it 100%.
