Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for the water issue, which was caused by a major pipe leak affecting the entire area. It was a tough situation for all of us, and we did our best to resolve it with water deliveries. Unfortunately, Airbnb's late-night calls made it difficult to take immediate action, but we followed up first thing in the morning. We understand the inconvenience, especially with hygiene concerns, and apologize for the stress it caused. We appreciate your suggestion about the first aid kit and will have one ready for future guests.
