Lovely Airbnb with all that we needed for our family! The pool was the best feature by far! Being right on the beach is something we love - though the seaweed was intense at our time of year. Music from the bar next door was a little annoying - but didn’t interrupt our sleep thanks to the ACs (and we are noise sensitive sleepers). We loved biking to local restaurants in town. We’d definitely stay again!!

We had a great stay for a week as a family of 6. Can't beat this location- on the beach, great pool, plus some other families that our kids could play with. Can't wait to return.

Fantastic location, wonderful hosts, and it's a chill spot, but close to everything iin Puerto Morelos. This was our third time to the town but first at an AirBnB, and this is the only place we will be staying moving forward. Keep in mind that the water presuure isn't great, the air conditioning is all wall units, and there is an outdoor bar two doors down that plays loud music on Saturday nights, but none of that was a big deal. We loved the little backyard, and patio, and the grill is brand new. The beach is only around 60 feet away, and the complex does have an area that is it's own part of the beach with palapas and chairs. This is also the best place to be for sunrises, and there were a lot of people out every morning during sunrise, up and down the beach. It was also only a 5 minute walk from our dive shop, a 10-15 minute walk to the town square, and an Uber/Lyft either way was only 50 pesos. We highly recommend this unit and Andres and Ramon are great hosts.

This was our second stay in the complex, first time in this lovely ocean home. Its shared spaces were clean and airy, appliances were in good shape, and the AC worked well. The bedrooms were quiet and comfy. Breakfast on the patio was a treat, and we sometimes spotted the neighborhood agouti! The echo in the vaulted area could be challenging during dining or games. (The toddler loved it.) TRamon / Andres were always quick to respond to questions and requests. Music from the bar next door was sometimes a bit loud, but having two spots to dine right next to us was great! We recommend the Greek restaurant. Puerto Morelos shops and restaurants are very walkable from the complex, by street or by beach. Several in our party got seaside massages just 10 minutes' walk from home. We could be on the beach for the sunrise in a hundred steps. It was a great spot to relax and kick back.

Amazing location, literally right on the beach. The house was clean, spacious, A/C worked great, the pool was lovely. Less than 10 minute walk to town. We did a great 2 hour snorkel with Eclipse Snorkel located at Unico (next door) , also got great massages there. Ramon answered all questions very quickly. The only negative of the whole week was that the bar next door plays loud music all day, which was a little annoying, but I would still absolutely recommend this place very highly.

It was an excellent experience, everything was very pleasant, beautiful landscapes, the house was super clean and comfortable, the pool was very nice and comfortable, the access to the beach is the best, I highly recommend it

Fantastic whole home with pool and beach steps from your front door. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, easy to park. Easily sleeps six in three bedrooms, with three full bathrooms. Air conditioning worked great, as did the washer and dryer. Super responsive host. Clean new linens and towels provided. Excited to book again for next year!

We loved staying at Andres. The beach and the pool provided great entertainment for all of us, especially the 5 year old. The town is very walkable with great food options! The host was very responsive!

Gorgeous house in a small complex with a lovely pool right on the beach. We enjoyed all the different outdoor areas as well as the large, comfortable rooms. The beach club next door is lovely (if you're trying to get a lounge chair on the weekend, show up on the early side as it fills up!). Puerto Morelos is my favorite town in the riviera maya area: the mangrove wetlands and nature preservation area means it's not getting all built up like Playa Carmen, there are nice locally-owned restaurants (no chains that I recognized), and it's not a party scene. The seaweed on the beach is noticeable, but that's not anyone in Puerto Morelos's fault.

Great location right in the beach and walkable to everything. Pool is one of the best in the area. Plenty of space inside the unit and great A/C. Nice patio area. If you have small kids, I wouldn’t recommend using the third level.

This was the best AIR BNB experience I've ever had. The property is beautiful clean and very spacious. The location was perfect as well. I look forward to returning some day.

We had a great stay at Ocean Homes. Ramon was very responsive and a great help with recommendations, even helping to set up a snorkeling trip from the condo’s beach. GREAT location!! The view is awesome and an easy walk to town. The condo could use a few more amenities (hot pads, a bottle opener, etc.) but we made do. We’d definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time staying in Andres villa. Everything was just as expected. I would highly recommend staying here with family.

Ramon was very responsive and friendly. Loved the architecture of his home which was perfect for a family of six. Being right on the beach and with a pool right outside our door gave everyone lots of options. Lots of local restaurants were within walking distance and were fun to explore.

The home was great for our family. There was a lot of space for our family. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool everyday and it was right in front of the home. The access to the beach and ocean was perfect and the beach was just right for kids to be in the water because of the reef. The grounds team was great and checked on us after strong winds and rain. We felt safe the entire time and there was a guard at night. One thing to note is that a big vehicle will not fit in the parking spots. We parked on the street and had no issues.

Great stay at great location. Nice pool and amenities. Each bedroom has its own bath. Rooftop deck has great views. Next to Unica Beach and the Diving Bar. Easy 10 minute walk down beach or road into downtown for restaurants, shopping, and groceries. Short taxi ride back if you get tired.

Big, beautiful, well-stocked, beach home. We had a wonderful stay. Appreciated little touches like dishwasher detergent, well appointed kitchen and great beach towels. Beautiful views, lovely pools & a super helpful host. We’ll be back!

Enjoyed the private area on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Also enjoyed the covered patio area to have meals and relax. Very nice to have the bottled water dispenser! Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Our family enjoyed our stay.

We've stayed at the complex 6 times in different units. A short walk to the restaurants and right on the beach. This last time we stayed in one of the villas for the first time. A well equipped unit with 3 large bedrooms and a huge living area. As always the pool and grounds were very well maintained. The few times we needed something it was quickly provided. A perfect place to stay in Puerto Morelos.

We enjoyed the location as it was so close to the beach, had a lovely pool and a nice walk to many restaurants.

Andres was super responsive from booking to checkout (usually within a few minutes) the house was great and exactly as described. Loved the straight view to the beach and all the local fare around. Would rent there again for sure!

This place was a piece of heaven. Was beyond our expectations. View to the water was beautiful. Worked perfect for 3 generations. We will definitely be back for a family wedding. We would like to rent the whole place.

From check-in to check-out this place was spectacular. The home is located in a beautiful complex which is constantly being kept tidy and clean,from the very refreshing pool to the beach area with chairs,palapas,sugar white sand and an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. We were very comfortable in Andres’s home with tons of space for cooking,relaxing,entertaining and sleeping The bedrooms are all very large with king beds with dreamy mattresses,lots of closet space and attached ensuite Puerto Morelos is only a short walk away with many many options for breakfast lunch and supper We are looking forward to revisiting Andres’s beautiful property soon as well as this area in the riviera maya. We had a great time! There are tons of very high quality restaurants within a short walk; you can expect to pay about $15 USD for a very high quality meal with great service. Snorkeling is an absolute must. You can see some fish right at the beach but it's unquestionably worth the fee to do the very short boat ride to the reef. We paid $20/each and it was fantastic.

Amazing villa in a beautiful location right on the beach and a 15 mins walk to the town. Felt like a private pool and private beach, so safe for the kids to run about and hardly any beach sellers hassling you. We were pretty much left to ourselves which was great, we did need to contact the owners a couple of times but they were quick to respond. We’re a big family and often find it difficult to find good accommodation but there was loads of space and good facilities. The weather was also amazing (in early August). Would recommend to other families and we would visit again

This is a beautiful house. Spacious and well-appointed. Lots of windows. You’re right next to the beach. Peaceful. I highly recommend. The host was responsive and even helped me arrange for a taxi to the airport.

We did not want to leave. This house was amazing. The home was spotless, the pool pristine and the location to the beach was perfect. Our host was so kind and helpful. We were allowed to get in as soon as it was cleaned. He was there to answer any questions and he was so helpful. We had everything we needed. There were supposed to be 6 of us but only 3 showed up. Even if all 6 were there, we would have had more than enough room. The unit is right by the pool but never noisy. The rooftop area was an added bonus. We were within walking distance to town. I went grocery shopping and used an inexpensive, available taxi to get back with all the bags. Each night we simply walked to the dozens of restaurants for dinner. It was all too easy and too wonderful. We cannot wait to return.

Wonderful host and wonderful groundskeepers. House was spacious, modern, great air conditioning and just steps to the ocean. Pool out front, hammock and lounge chairs in the back yard. 7-15 minute walk to almost anything in puerto Morelos or a very inexpensive cab ride (35 pesos) 100% recommend, great place!

Dreamy mattresses, sublime sand, sun and snorkeling just steps from the front door. We loved the walkability of this location. We (4 adults and 2 children in our group) stayed for 6 days and we didn't feel the need for a car. Numerous beachside huts to walk to, also great restaurants + playground on the square. Ramon was very helpful and made the stay *that* much more enjoyable. Unico Beach Club is two doors down and had live music Thurs/Fri/Sat. Such a treat. Have no fear - we felt like things quieted down at a reasonable hour. Overall, we felt like we where "where the locals go" and would definitely return!

Great town, great beach location. Pool and house were very clean and had everything we needed.

My family and I stayed for 10 days in January 2021, the hosts were great and very quick to answer any questions we had. The house is a 10 second walk to the private beach and is has very clean and well kept grounds. We had great views of the ocean from the master bedroom and woke up each morning beautiful sunrises! Also, the rooftop offers an amazing 180 degree view of the ocean. The internet was excellent and was able to support four people online without issue. We really enjoyed the quiet beach and great proximity to many excellent restaurants. We will be back!
