Excellent place to vacation, I recommend it

Excellent penthouse. The whole family and I loved it. Impeccable facilities, very comfortable and with an unbeatable view. The pools, both the one in the penthouse and the one in the complex, were always clean and had a very good temperature. Just one small thing: the room had a small leak, but that didn't affect our stay. Samantha, our host, was super friendly and always attentive. I would definitely vacation here again.

The PH is beautiful, everything is flawless, the kitchen is super equipped, and we really enjoyed the terrace with a grill and a small pool. Very spacious areas and very convenient to go down to the beach and the common pools. All facilities with excellent maintenance. We are already looking forward to the opportunity to return.

The house was beautiful and the views were absolutely amazing! We had a great time celebrating my birthday a group of girlfriends. Samantha was responsive and very easy to work with. Would definitely love to come back sometime!

It's the perfect spot if you're looking for a space to spend a few days, relax away from the hustle and bustle of nearby areas. The house comes with everything you need and a super comfortable kitchen where you wanted to gossip and eat all the time there. The complex is also very comfortable and the staff and very friendly workers. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

We had a very good experience at this apartment in Bucerías. The view is amazing and really makes the stay even more special. The pool was always clean and at a very good temperature, ideal for enjoying at any time of day. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and were spotless, plus the air conditioners worked perfectly throughout our stay. We requested daily housekeeping, and they were always very punctual, which we really appreciated. Samantha was in constant contact with us, very helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Another great plus was the palapa downstairs, which turned out to be an excellent option for eating and spending the day without having to leave the property. Also, the beach is very quiet, perfect for children. Definitely a highly recommended place to rest and enjoy with family.

We were there while there was some unrest close by. Saamantha was responsive in keeping us up to date and helpful with connecting us to what we need. She was responsive and worked hard to get us what we needed :) The place was great and everyone very friendly! We will be back!

We loved the Villa, only on the first day we had no water on our arrival due to a repair they were doing, anyway Samantha was aware of it, the place is quite quiet and is beautiful 100% recommended if what you want is to have parties it is not the right place but if you want to go to rest and clear your mind it is the ideal place to do it. You have several pools and we loved that. The pool in the Villa is very small but it works for children, and the water is usually cold but generally good, another important point is that they mention that there are quite a few steps and therefore it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties, whether they are people with wheelchairs or elderly people.

My family and I would definitely stay here again. The view is top 🤩 the sunrise is amazing, the apartment as such has everything, the kitchen is super well equipped if you cook you won't worry about anything. It is a very quiet place but I feel that it is a bit dark, in my opinion it lacked a little more lighting, especially on the terrace and in the bathrooms. Another important point to consider is that no pool is heated, so take advantage of the day to spend a delicious day in the pools.

The place is very nice and spacious. The person they recommended to us for cooking (Conchita) cooks super delicious. The place was clean and the instructions were very clear. The pool was quite small, it's more like the size of a jacuzzi. A very nice view and a very good location

Amazing!! Stayed 4 days with my cousins we had a Girls trip everyone had their own room with own bathroom. Very clean own parking for my rental car. Very spacious !! Nice kitchen with everything included ( pots pans even spices for cooking. Also a grill and a small pool to cool off. Open floor plan with amazing view. Loved loved loved. She allowed early check in because the unit was unoccupied the previous day.

Excellent accommodation, impeccable facilities

Everything is beautiful. The pool is a little small, and for us, who were a large group, it didn't work, but we were able to use the condominium pools. There were just a few details I'd like to share for your consideration. The A/C needed maintenance and barely cooled, the water from the showers only came out hot. We understand the rule of no excessive noise after certain hours, but the security staff told us that we couldn't even be talking in the private pool at night. The last day we were in one of the pools, and they told us that we couldn't have music (I clarify that it wasn't even loud and it was 1pm), but obviously we followed the rules and turned off the music. And then they told us that we couldn't have plastic cups while we were in the pool. But, other people had plastic cups inside and they didn't say anything to them... if you're going as friends, I would consider other options. Other than that, everything was very good!! Thanks Sam

This was a very beautiful place. My family enjoyed it very much. I was a bit dissapointed with the elevators not working and having to hike up and down the stairs. Other than that the views are breaktaking. The house is super nice, spacious, and comfortable. I will definately reccommend this to everyone except people with a dissability ( just because theres alot os stairs, if the elevators work again then yes it is for everyone)

Better than it looks, we had a few beautiful days with the family. They helped us with everything and Mrs. Conchita made us enjoy it even more. Thank you for being a pet-friendly place. We felt right at home. If you're looking for a place to rest with incredible views, this is your best option

Wow. What a place. What a view. The unit is quiet and in a very peaceful setting. Waking up to the sun shining on the patio with the view of the water and the mountains in the distance was an unforgettable experience. The main living area and its giant sliding doors bring the beauty of the surroundings right to you. Gentle breezes off the water, taking in the view from the soaking pool, and the peace and serenity of the complex allow one to decompress immediately. The kitchen was well appointed, bathrooms clean and spacious, bedrooms comfortable and perfect for a restful night sleep. It was difficult to motivate to do anything because the beauty of the location. Armando and his team were wonderful with their communication and made sure that our stay went smoothly. There is one issue (has nothing to do with the amazing unit). The funicular only worked one time and we had 2 grandmas, so that made it challenging. Staff at the complex could do better to provide access. We will be back!

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this place. The view from the patio was amazing and we spent a long time sitting out there admiring it. The landscaping and the public pools are also very pretty and a convenient restaurant / bar is located right next to the house. Alejandro and Saamantha were both very responsive and helped out whenever we needed something. Can't wait to visit again and already planning another trip.

We loved Alejandro’s place. Beautiful spacious living area, big balcony, lovely rooftop patio with nice splash pool. Beautiful views with big tables for outdoor meals and seating. Extra single beds in two bedrooms plus two in loft and four en suite bathrooms made it perfect for our extended family of ten, ages ranging from toddler to grandparents. Saamantha was very responsive and connected us with a great cook for some in-house meals and a great driver. Pools are unheated but warm enough and very pretty and are lit at night. We used them all day and even for after-dark swims. The property is nicely landscaped and well maintained. We would definitely come back!

I cannot express how much we loved our stay here! The owner gave us such good recommendations and recommended a driver and a chef that was top-notch five star! We are definitely going to make this an annual stay and we loved Alejandro’s place! It was so clean! Just beautiful!!!! I wish I could give it 10 stars!

We had an incredible stay here. Located in Punta Esmeralda, you are right in between La Cruz and Bucerias. The condo was perfect. We loved the terrace and private plunge pool and spent most of our time out there. Each bedroom has it's own en suite bathroom, which was superb. We hired a chef to help with meals; the open concept and well-equipped kitchen was perfect and met all of chef's needs for preparation, serving, etc. There are multiple pools on property with bars and restaurants. This condo is just a steps from the beach, as well. Alejandro and his team were extremely responsive: they allowed us a later check out, brought extra water, and accommodated all of our needs. It was an absolutely perfect stay. I would 100% book this Airbnb again. Highly recommend!

The property was great. The bar/restaurant near the pool at the bottom of the stairs was convenient, good food and service and the prices were great. The unit had great amenities for cooking and the rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. We had one issue early on. A son of mine (big kid) did not jump in pool but stepped all the way in and the pool water flowed over and down onto the downstairs patio. That only happened once but you have to step into the pool carefully to keep the water from splashing over. Pool was refreshing. Had purified water cooler in the unit which was great. Loved our trip.

Safe, comfortable, beautiful. Perfect for large families and groups. Well equipped kitchen - everything you could need (minus oven mitts). Beautiful view, beach access, and pools that were quiet. It is very nice to have the restaurant beside one of the pools for poolside drinks/food or a nice meal. The staff at the restaurant were friendly. The hosts were responsive and accommodating to our questions and requests. The main being replenishing our bottled drinking water each day. The private pool is small, it worked well for us as we had small children. Comfortable beds, and air conditioning. Whole condo was so beautifully furnished and comfortable! One thing is that we did not find it walkable. It is not far from town but you can not access it from the beach and to take the road is very busy with no sidewalk. We found Ubers unreliable but the staff at the security gate were happy to call cabs for us, most times there was one ready and waiting. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The condo is very spacious! We travelled with 10 adults and 3 young kids and never felt crowded. There’s plenty of seating inside and outside. The balcony has beautiful, unobstructed ocean views plus a plunge pool. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything pristine clean! The grounds are beautiful, very quiet and private with 8 pools to enjoy and 1 oceanfront restaurant on site which has amazing food! Food and cocktails exceeded our expectations! Try the gourmet burger and tamarindo margarita! Service staff is very friendly! Ask for a grounds map upon arrival at security booth. Go to La Comer for all your grocery needs. Not a deal breakers for us: Area not walkable as we didn’t see any sidewalks off the side of the road. Main town is 7 min drive. Beach is not swimmable(very rocky). We preferred the pools. Elevator was out of service. Must take lots of stairs to reach the unit. Not recommended for persons with a disability. No closet space in the double bedrooms.

Excellent stay and an incredible place to vacation

The place is very nice. It had almost everything we needed. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the beach is very calm and even when there's a spot with some rocks and algae, you can move a bit to the right and it is clear of those. We could rent a Kayak and the tenis courts are available and easy to access. The gym had enough equipment to exercise and there are plenty of pools to choose from. We even chose to stay an additional night so we would definitely recommend the place. Thanks

Recommended 1000/100. It is a very spacious, comfortable house. It has everything you need to spend a quiet family vacation. It is located within a development that has a lot of green space and several swimming pools (not counting the one that the property has exclusively). It is also a place with a lot of security, and that means that if you have children or teenagers, you can rest assured that nothing will happen to them. Alejandro, thank you for all your help. Great place to stay with multiple pools and great access to the beach. Private security with private parking for all of the guests. Overall excellent place and would return in the future.

I stay in Alejandro's Villa 2 weeks ago, and it was a very pleasant stay, the Villa was very clean, the bedding was indeed clean and smelled clean, the bathrooms were clean, the only bathroom that needs a little more love is the bathroom to the left from the entrance, the kitchen was well stacked, pans, pots and utensils in good condition, the kids plates and cups were great, my daughter loved the different colors, the view was great as always, the super markets were very close, I personally love to go to La Comer by flamingos, Nuevo Nayarit is very close and we enjoy eating couple of times out on that area, I also highly recommend the restaurant in the complex, Masala, it was a great option for after swimming in the pool, also you can order drinks from there. My only complain would be the bad odor in all bathrooms that accumulates overnight and by the morning the smell is pretty strong and unpleasant, eventually it fades away, Alex sent the maintenance guy without success.

An excellent place to rest and spend it with your partner or family and friends the complex is beautiful and the views it offers wonderful,the pool areas are good to relax ,the beach is functional and the restaurant offers dishes at a good price and with good season,our days were incredible thanks to Samantha and Alejandro who supported us in everything.

My family of 12 stayed there comfortably; it has a very beautiful view of the bay 🤩. We had no problem with the elevator as in previous comments, they have some guys who always support you to go up and down. You can go down to the pool common area and there is a restaurant with accurate ones accessible to the place. You can go down to the beach, but the beach has a lot of rocks; however, it was just a few steps from the apartment. In the photos, it looks a bit bigger than it actually is, but not by much. There's room for everyone, and you can take some photos 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻.

This place is beautiful! I’m a travel agent and I travel all the time - this location is the best I’ve had in Mexico and one of the best in all my travels. The host was very accommodating to my group and help us with transportation, food etc . We had fast responses to all of our questions. We hope to return but I will suggest this location to my clients.

We were a family of 11, grandparents, parents and children. The facility met and exceeded all of our expectations . We are hoping to vacation there next year as well!

We were very comfortable during our stay. The house is very well maintained and clean, and the area is very nice, although there are a lot of stones on the beach. Alejandro responded very kindly and promptly to our questions, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended.
