AR’s beach home was a wonderful experience that provided a peaceful, private, and comfortable long weekend beach getaway!

The beachfront home was beautiful! We came with a party that included children and pets. Our stay was amazing, the home had so many welcoming comforts, and we were close enough to town to see the local vibe but just far enough away to get privacy and peace. We can wait to visit again. Wonderful memories, wonderful stay!!

Wonderful beach house! great for the family

We had the best stay at Casa Roja in Playa Dorada at Playa Miramar. From the moment we arrived, we could truly exhale and relax 😌 such a hidden gem! The home is even better in person: spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our little family trip. The layout worked beautifully with kids - plenty of space to spread out while still feeling safe, cozy, and connected. The kitchen had everything we needed for easy at-home meals, and we loved slow mornings with coffee outside and peaceful evenings winding down together. This secluded area is one of our favorites in Rocky Point - peaceful and beautiful, tucked away yet still close to everything we needed. The owners were incredibly kind, generous, thoughtful, and communication was smooth and responsive throughout. We’re so grateful for our stay and can’t wait to return 🩵🌊🥰

This elegant, immaculate home is located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the Sea of Cortez. The home has every amenity one would expect from a luxury rental, and more. The home is roomy, right on the beach and perfect for those looking for a serene beach getaway. The owners were easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. We highly recommend this home for those who want to create memories and experience a private, quiet getaway in a home that is second to none. Loved our stay at this home.

I loved every second I was there. I love shelling and Ar's place was the perfect location for some of the most beautiful shells I have ever found in PP. And no one was around . Not a single soul. We had this beautiful beach to ourselves. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the master bedroom and bath were breathless. Tou could hear the sea at night and what a way to fall asleep.. We went grocery shopping and stocked up on sea food before we checked in. The placard in the kitchen said "relax" and thats what we did ..... hoping to get to go back for Thanksgiving !!

This beach house was everything we hoped it would be. We got to walk right out the door and take our dogs for a beachwalk a few times a day and for a night walk every night. The dogs were in heaven. We were so happy to get to spend time with them on these magical beaches. We were in awe at the amount of unique sea shells all over the beaches. A few of the neighbors had dogs but it seemed everyone was very respectful and took their dogs out at different times of day so we each could enjoy a massive stretch of private beaches. The inside of the house is very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. We were nervous about using too much water since the shower takes a while to warm up but thankfully we didn’t run out. Oh and the enclosed backyard was great to let the dogs out for bathroom breaks. Wonderful Airbnb and we hope to come back again!

What a spectacular stay!!! We have high hopes for returning as often as we possibly can. A peaceful and incredibly beautiful place with comforts that leave you content to never leave. Unfortunately our stay did have to come to an end but we are counting the days until we can be there again. The view of the Milky Way while the ocean waves lapped at the sand with Venus shining as bright as the moon on the water is what my dreams are made of. Thank you for such a beautiful and comfortable stay.

This house was perfect for our group of 10. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and was very comfortable. House was spotless and very well decorated. We enjoyed having patio tables and chairs outside as well. The house is a 20-25 min drive from Puerto Pensaco but the beauty and privacy of the beach makes it worth being a little further out! If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay - this is it!

Had a fantastic time here with my family of 6. Great for back door access to a private beach, relaxing and having great sort of off the grid time with the family. Only 25 min drive to Puerto Penasco. Some extras I really appreciated- ice machine and sun beds in the back patio. Would definitely consider this place again!

Beautiful area to enjoy the beach without the crowds. The house was great and we enjoyed every minute. Ar was great to communicate with and gave great instructions and local recommendations for places to eat.

Very satisfy with the customer service provide by Ar; communication prior my travel was sharp and detailed. The Red House is amazing, the place offers the amenities need it for my family and pet. Access to the beach is private and clean. Definitely recommend if your plan is to be enjoy a quality family time to stay here.

I can't gush enough about Casa Roja! We have travelled to Rocky Point numerous times, our family lives in PHX and Flag, and have stayed all over town. This place blows every other rental away. Booking was great, Ar responds so quickly you think she is reading your mind. She arranged for every detail and provided us resources for anything our hearts desired. The property itself is perfection! We've stayed lots of places in RP, this was by far the cleanest. It was sparkling! We brought our dog with us too and he loved the beach fun and we appreciated the fenced back yard too! Great space for three couples, no one felt crowded. And the bunk house is fabulous for kids too! You can tell that Ar makes sure every detail is attended to and that the property was built and maintained with lots of care. Onto your practically private beach! The porch is set back from the beach enough that you have privacy while also keeping the breathtaking views. Shells and wildlife everywhere you look!

10 out of 10. Worth every penny. Secluded and private right on the beach. Perfect for bringing a dog. Loved it all. Just be careful as there are many bees flies and ants in the area so always close the doors. We had some minor issues and Arlene solved it all for us. Thanks AR! Looking forward to going back.

Perfect place to have a stress free vacay

We had the most fun and relaxing time on the beach. From spectacular sunrises to jaw-dropping sunsets and everything in between this stay was everything that was promised. Our host was so kind, and responsive and we would definitely recommend this place. Hope to be back!

Beautiful home. A bit of a drive away from town. But worth it for the beautiful, quiet beach and beautiful home. Well stocked. Very clean. Nicely furnished and modern for a RP beach home. We loved it and would love to come again.

This house was absolutely perfect. I almost don't want to write a review because I don't want the secret to get out. The seclusion of the community and private feeling of the beach is in an of itself worth the trip and the icing on the cake is the house itself. First off, the hosts were very communicative from the start (always a plus) and it's also a pleasant surprise when you arrive and the space exceeds your expectations. The flow / layout was perfect for our group and actually much larger than we anticipated. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and didn't know that we needed for cooking and meals. It would be ideal for a family or group of friends with kids because of all of the space for the adults and a room to tuck the kids away for the night with bunk-beds. Our group loved having a fully enclosed front auto-court for our dog children to roam when they weren't out enjoying the gorgeous (rock-free) beach. Another component that I personally liked was that this house felt very well-kept / cared for. A lot of the beach houses you rent show general ware from the elements and that was not the case here; you can see a pride of ownership and that makes this rental stand out amongst many others that we've also stayed at in Rocky Point. In all, what you get from this house far exceeds the cost and it comes highly recommended!
