Moises was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire reservation, even though our reservation was late. And he welcomed us without any problem. Excellent service, very friendly. We forgot a bag and they contacted us. The place is very large and spacious for the people who were on the trip. There's no cell signal, but they have good Wi-Fi. Very clean, comfortable beds, and the natural surroundings feel very pleasant since this property is in a jungle area. I recommend it 100%. Thank you!!

The service from the host Moisés was excellent. We loved the place. There were 16 of us staying, and the space is great. Plus, each villa had privacy and its own amenities. We would definitely come back!

It was a little difficult for me to get there the first day (since I did not see a sign indicating the exit). In my case, I had dinner before going to the villa or I left after it (and you can take advantage of it to take a night tour), but when you get to the villa, personally, it makes up for everything: it is quiet, lots of nature, you see the stars, the sound of crickets and well, keep in mind that you are staying in a place surrounded by nature. I would definitely go back, the whole family was very happy with the stay. And Moisés, the young man who received us, was very attentive and kind, he solves what is in his hands to make the stay better.

I only had a small problem when I arrived because we couldn't find the villas, but everything else was perfect 💯 I highly recommend it 🥰

Everything was great, the guy's service was very good and very attentive, when entering the villas everything was very tidy and clean, excellent because there is hot water, but there is no signal but there is wifi, although it is a little hidden but it did not complicate our arrival. All 10/10

The host attended to me quickly and very cordially, the location is good, you just need to cut the rods of the stairs, since some are higher than the step, the villas are quite comfortable, and clean. The pool is small and shallow, ideal for children, in general I was totally satisfied

Maybe it was my mistake for not asking until I was there, so ask for details! We arrived at night and didn't know where to go. But since you're here, it's great! The villas are complete, they have everything you need!! And we love that there is no noise, you are in the middle of the forest!! 🙏🏽 Moses is very kind and attentive!! We'll be back!!

Everything was excellent! Very nice place, very small but functional pool. Just keep in mind that it's only 3 villas for 4 people and 2 for 2 people! But since it was a family trip, it was excellent. Otherwise you had to share room and bathroom

The villas were perfect for our group of 14. Moises was very attentive and responsive. He was able to help us with whatever we needed. He made our stay great.

Great place!! I liked the attention

The stay was incredible, the villas very complete, with all the modern amenities, and although there was no phone signal, you had access to wifi...however you didn't need it so much, because it was a very relaxing disconnect. Everything was spotless, and they were always attentive to all of our needs, at all times. Definitely an excellent place!! It should only be noted that a little more signs are missing in the entrance, because if it took me a little to find it, but out of there…impeccable everything!! I would definitely come back.

The facilities are very nice!! The nature should appeal to you because it is surrounded by it!! The pool is very relaxing under the trees and the moon!! The only thing missing was cleaning supplies !! The manager was pending and I help as much as he could!!
