Gerardo and his property manager were great. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. It is close to the town for easy access to markets and restaurants.

We absolutely loved the space and location of Hacienda de Mita. Perfectly located near town and rest of beach clubs. The home is ideal, even more spacious than pictured. Pool is about 100 yards in front across the very nice lawn. The team was also amazing in helping us with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great place. We love this location inside the gates. It’s close to town, so less driving involved, even though the golf carts make getting around fun.

We really enjoyed this large ground floor condo with a twelve seat outdoor table and additional outside couches, tables and chairs. This patio was adjacent to a large grass area leading to a swimming pool which was great for our young grand children. The inside was light and airy with nice furniture.

Alejandra was an amazing host. She was responsive, helpful, and bright. The daily cleaning was very thorough. We’ve stayed in other units at Hacienda de Mita and I liked that this one was ground level. It would have been nice if there were some boogie boards, yoga mat etc. Also a list of appliances. In summary, Alejandra and the cleaning staff made this relatively simple unit great!

We had a wonderful stay — great location and a well-designed and well-appointed unit that was perfect for rest and relaxation. Condo Coral had a terrific support team with Alejandra as concierge and Beni for breakfasts and cleaning, and they also arranged wonderful in-suite dinners with Alma at our request. There was ample space to work, play games, read, watch movies, sunbathe, etc. Perfect for 6 adults and could certainly accommodate 8. We expect to be back.

Beautiful condo with nice beachy decor. We really appreciate that the fourth bedroom has been made to feel like more than an afterthought.

Our favorite place to stay by far! We come back to this spot every year with our family. The house is so clean and comfortable for us and our four kids. The staff is amazing and we love the concierge service they offer. We love this home!

Condo Coral was great. We loved being on the ground floor and opening the doors to the grass and pool. Lounging on the terrace while kids played in the pool was very relaxing. Would highly recommend Condo Coral.

Overall the stay was good but there were a few issues on the trip - the air conditioning for the living room didn’t work so we had to keep the doors open for all the bedrooms to allow the living room to be cooled. We checked in on a Saturday and they didn’t send an AC guy until Monday. They could have fixed this before we came? - when they eventually sent someone to fix the AC, he left saying it was fixed but it wasn’t. Not only that, he triggered a big water leak in one of the bathroom ceilings when he turned the AC on. So we couldn’t use 1 bathroom after this. - the bunk bed room (laundry room) has mold on the walls right next to where your head would be when you sleep. Needless to say, we didn’t let our kids sleep in there. When I told management, they never addressed it or even acknowledged that it existed. - there were spiders and cockroaches. This isn’t necessarily their fault because you’re essentially in the middle of a tropical forest, but maybe they could have checked the property before we arrived. They offer fumigation while we were there but we said no because we didn’t want our kids to be exposed to potential toxins - the Wi-Fi is spotty. It mostly works. You get full bars anywhere in the house but the internet would just stop working for 2-3 minutes at a time. Here are the good parts: - the backyard is steps away from a beautiful pool with beautiful views - the house cleaner/cook is great and it’s really nice to have breakfast free every morning - the house has a beautiful modern aesthetic. The bedrooms rival the rooms of 5 star hotels. - The concierge and management had good communication overall aside from ignoring the mold issue - for the price it’s a good deal in Punta Mita I would stay here again if all the issues were fixed

We had a magical stay at Hacienda de Mita! The condo is incredible- excellent location, wonderful and easy process and incredible staff. We were treated absolutely first class the entire way through and it was a 10/10. Cannot recommend enough if you are thinking of coming to Punta De Mita - STAY HERE! Amazing and a wonderful family vacation

I am so happy with our stay in Punta Mita! The home is so beautiful and has lots of space. The open lay out is just gorgeous. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. This is the best place to stay if you’re visiting Punta de mita!

We had the most relaxing and magical time. This property is beautiful, spacious, clean, safe, and a wonderful location for exploring Punta Mita. Our concierge was so helpful, as was our caretaker. We were welcomed with such warmth, we didn't want to leave. We hope to return soon!

Very nice apartment, the 4th bedroom is an accommodation not very comfortable as it is a service room and is the same service bathroom although the furniture is quite good
