Excellent house! Very comfortable and Humberto was super flexible and provided very good service! We would definitely come back.

We had a great weekend as a family. The house is very comfortable, beautiful and, as shown in the photos and description, everything corresponds perfectly to what we found upon arrival. The pool water temperature was delightful. We hired the heating service and it was really worth it. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable, which made our rest excellent. Humberto was always very attentive and helpful to us. He answered all the questions we had almost instantly and made us feel very well taken care of throughout the stay. Something we also loved was the flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which made our weekend much more comfortable. We will definitely return. An excellent option to spend a few days with your family and enjoy a very pleasant stay!

The house is nice. It's getting on in years, especially in the pool, where you can notice it. But we find that Humberto is already remodeling many things and making it possible for you to have a pleasant stay. It helps a lot that the pool water can be heated. I highly recommend bringing repellent because there are a lot of mosquitoes, especially for being in the pool. Because the house has its mosquito nets, and as long as you keep them closed, you won't have any problems.

Humberto's house has everything you're looking for for a good weekend. It feels like being at home, but with great weather. Everything is very well located and the areas are well thought out and distributed.

Humberto was very kind, even before I made the reservation, answering my questions. The host was with me throughout my stay, responding quickly to my messages; the place is just like the photos, really nice, quiet, and extremely comfortable for a family stay. Inside the house, there is everything you could possibly need (dishes, washing machine, dryer, pool toys, video games, blankets, stereo, etc.) ✨

Everything was perfect. The stay was very pleasant, the accommodation was as described, and the host was very attentive. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a very comfortable weekend at the house. The layout of the house's common areas (garden, pool, kitchen, and dining area on the terrace) encourages social interaction, while the bedrooms offer complete privacy (each with a full bathroom). Clean and very well-kept place. Humberto was attentive, always responded immediately, and helped us with whatever we needed. Ceci supported us, and Ana, who is efficient, knows everything about how the house works and cooks wonderfully. The garden is smaller than I imagined, but it's big enough for 11 people. This lovely house is totally recommended.

The pool is excellent, and the boiler and the waterfall are a bonus. The dishes are really useful; it has everything. The bathrooms are excellent; the one by the pool is just what you need. The bedrooms are a 10: the beds, the pillows, the sheets—simply delightful; you really get to rest.

Excellent experience in this beautiful house. It really is a new house, very well maintained and with excellent cleanliness. If you have the opportunity to pay for the boiler, it is worth it, it works extraordinarily well (in fact it is the first property that I really see a boiler that pays off every peso of gas load and the speed at which it heats is surprising). The attention of the staff who welcome you is warm and friendly. In short, I 100% recommend this property.

Very good size, amazing common areas and a kitchen with everything you could need. We had a great time during our stay, and Humberto was flexible with our check-out time. It was amazing that each room had its own bathroom, and also very convenient that we could go to the plaza in the development for food or groceries. We will definitely be back, I highly recommend it! I'm giving it 5 stars because you can't give it 6, but it definitely not only meets expectations, it exceeds them. I stayed for 2 nights, Humberto was very accessible with check-in and check-out times, I hired the pool heating service and although it is not cheap it is worth every peso, the pool was perfect. Additionally, for an additional cost, I requested someone to help me with cleaning and cooking, which was a great help. The house is in impeccable condition, comfortable, all rooms with their own private bathroom. Anyway, it was just what I needed to work and rest.

The house is spectacular, it exceeded all our expectations. It is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The beds are incredibly comfortable, with excellent quality sheets and blankets. The pool, with a heater, was the best: always at a warm temperature, perfect to enjoy at any time. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, from the basics to details you almost never find. Everything was spotlessly clean, with plenty of towels, toilet paper and amenities. The location is quiet, ideal for resting. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. We definitely hope to be back soon!

Great house, the pool was a hit for the children, the heating of the pool allowed us to enjoy it even though we had a cloudy weather and suddenly rain, the beds are very comfortable and the place is very quiet, we would definitely return, Humberto was attentive from our arrival until our departure.

The house is in very good condition and we loved it, it is well cared for and has everything you need to have a good time (well equipped kitchen and what is required for cooking). The pool and hot tub are incredible, super recommended the extra payment to be able to heat them, a delight to enjoy even at night. Also super good the grill, in good condition and big. And the subdivision super quiet and cute to go for a walk or run. It's turned from our favorite homes in the area.

Everything was great and clean! It has a great location, the only issue is the check-in or check-out time. Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes to get out of the security booth. But we know it's outside the house itself.

The house is exactly as the pictures describe it, the pool with the heating was at an ideal temperature, I recommend if you hire it. The subdivision is very nice and there are shops nearby in case you are missing anything. The beds, sheets and in general all the kitchen is excellent to make you feel at home. My children enjoyed their stay very much. The only thing I would ask for to be perfect is air conditioning in the lower room, however there are two fans that help a lot with the heat. Humberto's house is beautiful and big, and very welcoming. The bedrooms are spacious, very bright and ventilated; the beds and sheets were spotless and super comfortable. Each has a bathroom allowing all guests to have plenty of privacy. The garden is beautiful, and the gas grill is comfortable, practical and a plus to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi we loved it, and it was very worth paying for the heating because we were able to enjoy them at all times. Humberto and Mrs. Ceci were pending the entire time. We would definitely stay at this beautiful property again.

My stay was incredible, the padrisimo place, very father to go in a family environment, we had problems with the electricity and immediately they were to repair, the swimming pool and the attention of the people too. We would book again.
