Great place to stay, loved the easy access to beach

An excellent option to stay in Nuevo Vallarta. The apartment is spectacular and has all the amenities for a good vacation: beach, pool, restaurant, gym, and security. The days we spent at the property were amazing.

Everything is excellent for resting. If you are looking for something more fun, I don't think it's the right place because the tower has very strict rules, and rightly so. I have nothing to complain about. Excellent apartment, excellent views, and everything mentioned is excellent. 10/10.

It's one of the best homes we've stayed in. Good service, good location and the apartment is highly recommended. It's spacious, comfortable, clean and very welcoming. The pools are very large, with clean water every day and heated. Highly recommended. We are already looking forward to returning.

The condo is amazing, the food at the restaurant is delicious, and the prices are good. The pools with heated water, the clean beach, and the sun loungers and common areas are very good. I highly recommend it.

The place is very nice, very quiet and there is a lot of security.

Loved the condo complex. Great beach and amenities. Condo was lovely however the kitchen and fridge were not as clean as I expected. The fridge was not wiped out recently. Overall a great beach and a beautiful condo with great views.

The apartment looked just like the pictures, at the hobby they are very friendly and give you information in where everything is, Enrique answered the messages within minutes, pools and seating just in front of the beach, also you have access to the pools, jacuzzi and bar at top roof, we enjoy and like it a lot.

We had a great time, comfortable place, well equipped and excellent facilities.

Definitely a place you can go to relax, a lot of peace throughout the area. Enrique's attention was always excellent. The service of the people in the apartment was great. I would definitely come back a thousand times more

The building and apartment is luxurious, the pools, amenities and the beach area, it is all super clean and beautiful the staff is very attentive and friendly. There is an oxxo very close, walking. My flight was delayed and I wanted to evict the depa and stay in the facilities and stay a little later in playa, pools and showers and has a cost of 4 thousand extra pesos, so if you consider this for your departure.

The apartment is just what they advertise and just like the photos, it is a pleasant complex above all family and very relaxing .. Enrique was aware of all my requirements and questions, especially when resolving . Of course we would come back a lot

Excellent accommodation. The photos don't do it justice because it is beautiful. All the workers in the complex are extremely friendly. The food at the restaurant is delicious. We will definitely be back next year.

Very complete apartment, TV in the rooms, clean, excellent balcony, private elevator, right on the beach, one of the safest beaches to go in. Good pools. The one on the roof terrace has a very nice view. Good service and very attentive. There is a pharmacy and a store to stock up on the basics. It's worth coming back.

Great building, wish there was photos and description of bar, gym and 2 pools on the roof, as it took us 2 days to discover. Overall great place.

We were extremely lucky to be hosted in such a wonderful place! The apartment was great with 2 very spacious rooms. While the 3rd room was smaller, all the rooms came with its own washrooms, which is extremely convenient. It has amazing balcony which we ended up using during a few rainy days and did not feel like we were missing out at all. The sunsets that you can observe from the balcony are breathtaking. We really enjoyed the are where the place is located. Within 30 min walk you can get to 3 different grocery stores and there is also convenience store within 5 min walk that sells most of the necessities. a nice town Bucerias is also withing 30-40 min walk and has plenty of entertainment and beautiful spots. We walked around a lot both during the day and night and it felt extremely safe. Enrique was a very pleasant person to deal with. He provided all the instructions and had a very timely response. Highly recommend this place!

A spectacular place and a really very nice apartment - Enrique is a very attentive host and helped a lot on arrival. The sea is very close and the location is excellent. Nearby there are several restaurants, Oxxo, and shops. is the Mega and eating super close. Widely recommended

Enrique's place matches what was listed, the facilities are very well kept , if you want to relax or be with the family is the place . Always good communication, in order to resolve questions or situations that may arise as on any trip , they left us a 🍷 courtesy bottle that is appreciated . Highly recommended ! An excellent place to spend a few quiet days with your family; the facilities are nice and in very good condition. The staff is very attentive, and the service from the waiters in the restaurant is excellent, with very tasty food at a good price. I would definitely come back! Enrique was attentive to all our questions and is very friendly. 😊

The suite and surrounding were clean and so beautiful. Elevator just outside our door, two units per floor. Very Convenient The rooftop pool for 360 view and gym was were great. Spent our mornings upstairs. It was peaceful, listen to the birds and ocean. Our deck was large, wespent alot of time outside. But it was too quiet, hardly any people around. No entertainment. Only had a meal at the restaurant once. We needed to leave to get water and groceries, didn’t like that. No services. Couldn’t have day time guests unless we added them to reservation and pay extra. Very disappointed with that. The units smelt like sewer, when we come back from an outing, there seems to be a drainage issue in the building. All sinks took along time to drain. The 3rd shower floods the bathroom. Bring your own toilet paper and tissue. Towels were great but only one kitchen towel. No bread knife. Bring your own laundry sheets. We loved the stay but wouldn’t come back because we like more entertainment

Accommodations are comfortable and modern. Stocked with everything you need, including all the beach, necessities and washer and dryer! There is a restaurant on the property which is convenient and delicious and a bar on the rooftop, which is perfect for the gorgeous sunsets every day. Love this building in the unit itself is just lovely.
