We were 3 couples, and we all thought the house was excellent – very comfortable, everything worked very well, good beds, sheets, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything in perfect condition. Ann, thank you so much for your help upon arrival and when we left. You will be our first choice when we return to San Miguel de Allende.

We loved Ann’s house! The rooftop patio was our favorite spot. Gorgeous view and peaceful. There is plenty of room for 3 couples. We used the chefs twice and they did an excellent job.

Beautiful house in SMA with a spectacular terrace overlooking town! 15 minute walk to main plaza; we ised uber or taxi on the way back. Overall great stay… thumbs up!!!

Very nice house, well decorated and comfortable. Lots of privacy with bedroom separation yet nice living room and rooftop patio for gathering. Grilling was difficult with a tiny charcoal grill and no grilling tools. Ok if not cooking out. We had an issue with electricity going out in part of the house which was promptly resolved. I was impressed with how well it was resolved. There is a steep hill to walk up when returning to the house unless you take cabs. Bottom line we had a good experience at Casa Cielo and recommend it to anyone.

We had high expectations and this house exceeded them all. The house is on a quiet dead end street surrounded by beautiful homes with very friendly neighbors. We were six adults and the space worked perfectly-tastefully decorated, immaculate, and great views from the manicured outdoor spaces. A terrific find in charming SMA.

Our stay at Casa Cielo Grande was wonderful! We arrived very late and were personally greeted by Jerry, the on site host. We used the transport company that was recommended and it worked perfectly. As we were spending Christmas and New Year’s here, I made a special request for a decorated tree which was accommodated! THANK YOU! The house was warm and cozy, clean and well equipped. The terrace was an extraordinary space, filled with plants and flowers and of course the view. We were able to walk to the Centro very easily and typically grabbed a cab or an Uber back home, cost around 80 pesos. A few problems came up with the house, but the response was quick and the issues were addressed. We highly recommend this house, we loved our trip and can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for a family wedding. The accommodations are beautiful and the views from the terrace were spectacular. Location is very walkable to downtown, but Uber and Taxis are readily available. Management was extremely responsive to any of our questions or concerns. Would definitely stay again!!

The house is very warm and inviting. The upstairs bedroom does have an attached bath, so very comfortable to stay "up top." Easy walk to the center of town. The area is charming. I would stay here again.

I really loved staying at Ann’s house for two weeks. Although I was not there most of the day, it was such a pleasure to come home there every evening to such a quiet, beautiful little street, and a rental that felt really like home. I did get a chance to make several yummy homemade meals in their kitchen and found everything I needed in order to do so. Thank you so much for hosting us and I hope to stay there again in the fall for four weeks.

This property is amazing! Beautifully decorated inside and gorgeous gardens outside. We had everything we needed (and more) for a comfortable stay. The rooftop garden is stunning with postcard views of San Miguel. Everything was perfect! The 3 bedrooms are very large with extremely comfortable king size beds. We loved the multiple courtyards throughout the house to enjoy our morning coffee while planning our daily excursions with the sound of birds chirping and the fountain in the background. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. The street is quiet and private and a short walk to some lovely coffee shops and park. (Our only suggestion would be to provide some board games or a backgammon board for a fun game night on the rooftop.) We highly recommend this property and hope to stay again. Thank you!!

The house is even BETTER than the pictures! The walk to the city is quiet and direct! If you have any issues with walks it is a smidge hilly but Uber and taxis were very easy to get as well! Hire the chefs! We had the best meal and time eating on the terrace! Every room is a little oasis. A perfect retreat space for 3 couples!

Top of the class. A wonderful and welcoming property. There is so much "grade inflation" in vacation property ratings, but this property is so far above the pack that it deserves more than 5 stars. Great furnishing, spacious bedrooms, wonderful outdoor features, quiet neighborhood (not too easy to find in SMA), very well-equipped / stocked kitchen--all the comforts of home and then some. Plus Jerry was a masterful host. KUDOS!

LOVED this place and will absolutely stay here again. Great house, much nicer than pictures- but the terrace and gardens are what really won us over. Gorgeous in every way, responsive staff to my many questions. AAA+++ Rating all around.

This is my second year staying at this location. Ann is very responsive and helpful with check-in and out. The place is exactly what is shown and everyone in the resort is very nice and helpful.

The House is beautiful, much more than the pictures. Impeccable, tidy, with delicious beds and pillows. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beautiful terrace with a super cute view. Each room with smart tv as well as in the living room. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The home was beautiful. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home. We were greeted with warm hospitality and an extremely thoughtful arrangement of snacks. The home had everything we needed and more. The coffee beans were fantastic! We would recommend Ann’s home to all of our family and friends!

Cielo Grande is a Beautiful! Great location on a quiet dead end side street, within easy walking distance to the Jardin, the main square in the historic center. The house itself is beautifully furnished, with two gorgeous bedrooms downstairs and a third bedroom on the second floor (which requires going outside and up an outdoor staircase). We opted for the upstairs bedroom because the view from the enormous window in that room was incredible! The outdoor spaces (two small outdoor patios, one with a fountain, outside the downstairs spaces, and an incredible roof terrace overlooking the city) are fantastic. We spent much of our time during the day on the upper terrace, which commands a beautiful view of the city and has both shaded and open areas. The company NEST, which manages the home, is top notch. We had a problem with one of the gas fireplaces and it was replaced the following day. We have rented many homes, but think this is our favorite ever ...Stellar in every respect..

A most amazing find in SMA. Our family was enthralled with this home - it is absolutely beautiful. King beds and en suite baths for every room, gorgeous patios and rooftop areas. Plenty of room to spread out. Well stocked kitchen and a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Very secure, and room for a car if needed. The scent of jasmine every time we arrived or left was a lovely seasonal bonus! Communication with the hosts was efficient and quick, and they met us on site to welcome us and show us around. I've not stayed in a better home anywhere. Any family and/or friend groups would love staying here while they discover SMA. Five BIG stars from all of us! P.S. A great option is to schedule the chefs to cook you a meal - we highly recommend doing that the night you arrive. It was quite a journey after our flight into CDMX to shuttle to SMA on a rainy day - the feast they provided was simply fantastic, and upon request they stocked the pantry/fridge with a few requested items
