Juan Carlos was very attentive. He was always there to help us with any problem we had. Everything was very good. I recommend him.

Our place was perfect! Juan Carlos was always available for anything we needed; he helped us find tours and helped us with shopping! The complex is really cool, and everything is just like the pictures!! Highly recommended!!

Bolongo is amazing—plenty of space, tranquility, delicious sushi from the restaurant, heated pools, and the beach area is ideal for relaxing. We already want to go back. This apartment is perfectly located if you are traveling with older adults and/or children. Juan Carlos is an excellent host. He personally welcomed us and saw us off, was available at all times, and was very friendly. He also did us the huge favor of going to the supermarket to buy a potty chair because we had forgotten my baby’s, and he brought it to the apartment so we didn’t have to go there ourselves. The apartment was impeccable upon arrival; it has all the necessary amenities for an excellent vacation.

Excellent accommodation, super cozy, clean and very quiet, with spectacular views. The apartment's direct access to the pool and common areas is a huge plus that makes the experience even better. I definitely recommend it. I would also like to highlight Juan Carlos' excellent service and support at all times.

Juan Carlos is a great host. The apartment is the same as the photos, comfortable beds, no noise, clean with everything you need (icebox, thermos, bath towels, etc.) The development has a cafeteria, food and beverage service in the pool area. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much.

Bolongo is a great place for a family vacation! The apartment is just like the pictures and we spent a lovely end of year holiday. Juan Carlos is incredibly responsive and was available for our questions and was very helpful.

Juan Carlos is an excellent host. From the time of booking until check-out, he was always attentive and very helpful in making our stay the best possible. The apartment and the place in general are even better than the photos. The location of the ground floor apartment with its terrace and just a few meters from one of the pools was great for my children. A very quiet place, very nice, with facilities in excellent condition. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. The apartment is very comfortable, very well equipped, and everything is very clean and tidy. The area has a very good location if you're looking for a private space that's accessible (by car) to several nearby towns and convenience stores. It was a great experience that we would definitely like to repeat. Again, on behalf of my family and myself, we thank Juan Carlos for his hospitality and kindness. Everything was magnificent 10/10, if there was a better qualification to describe my place I would do it. Juan Carlos's attention was excellent and always willing to attend us! Without thinking I would come back to stay in this home!!!!!

If you want to escape to a peaceful and confidential space , this is a great place. I want to keep privacy and confidential space that is not to expensive . This space was a great opportunity and my family was so happy to enjoy the space for 3 nights , wanted to stay longer due to the private setting and great options and joyful private beach club and gym options to stay fit while enjoying a downtime

Excellent choice to spend a weekend or vacation in Punta Mita. It is a new complex that has everything very well arranged and managed. Great pools, restaurants, bars, the gym is well equipped, and the beach is seriously a real gem!!! We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our week in Bolongo.

we loved our stay! Juan Carlos was the best host. Everything was exactly as described. The grounds of Bolongo were great. Stayed there with our two young kids who had the best time with the pool being right out front. Juan Carlos was very easy to contact and very quick to respond to our questions. We had 2 minor issues but he resolved it by the next day. Looking forward to coming back!

Juan Carlos was a lovely host! He helped arrange taxis, massages and a cook for us, gave us recommendations on where to find the best tacos, and was available for questions throughout the weekend. Highly recommend his place for an Airbnb rather than hotel experience simply to work with him!

Everything was excellent

Bolongo is a new, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Juan Carlos' apartment was impeccable with everything you need to stay. The condo has several restaurants and bars that open during the day so you don't have to go out to look for food. Very good location, it is 10 minutes from Punta Mita, the town, and relatively close to Puerto Vallarta. The apartment has a patio where you go out and in front of it there is a swimming pool. The photos match the apartment. However, I would have liked the apartment to have basic cooking items such as salt, pepper and cooking oil. Juan Carlos was always attentive and made the stay pleasant.

Wow. If only all hosts were Juan Carlos! His communication was incredible. His recommendations were perfectly catered to our needs. Great off the beaten path local recommendations. Not the typical spots you find on Tripadvisor. A perfect experience. The place is perfect.

He's the best host

It was an excellent experience, a beautiful place, ideal for spending time with family, and the host was super attentive!

Juan Carlos has got to be the absolute best host we have ever had.. he goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as fun and as comfortable as possible!! He made us feel at home! He helped us with groceries (and even put them away for us since we were at the pool!), he explained everything so clearly, he got us more water when needed. Anything we needed he was on it right away! We’re soooo thankful for him ! This place is So Gorgeous - definitely the highlight of our stay!! If I could give 7 stars I would ! We have already booked our trip back here - that’s how much we loved it! So quiet and peaceful, the amenities were next level beautiful!! We went to the spa a few days, the gym everyday, all the pools were amazing - we highly recommend the rooftop pool that has panoramic views ! The beach is private and so nice - our kids loved to explore and find crabs and shells! We Highly Recommend staying here ! Thank you Juan Carlos for everything :) you were the best!!

The apartment is very comfortable and ideal for spending a few days relaxing. The location is very good for getting around the area. The complex and amenities are excellent. The apartment was impeccable, it's as shown in the photographs. We had a very good time. Highly recommended.

Juan Carlos did everything he could to make our stay easy and more relaxed. Great information before the trip, during the stay and even after with follow up on our transportation - I am very impressed with the level of service and responsive to any request or question we had. I managed to forget my suit in the closet when we left and Juan Carlos had it delivered to a friend who could bring it back. Very nice. We had some fantastic days and I can only highly recommend both the place and Juan Carlos as a host. Thank you

An excellent place to vacation, it has everything, beauty, tranquility, comfort and first-class facilities, the complex is almost new, there is security all the time to make the place quiet and orderly for all guests, the apartment is a 10, it did not need anything, the beds are a delight, you can rest, the kitchen is well equipped with all the services, in general very good, Juan Carlos' service is very good, we definitely want to return!

Great place to stay. Exaggeratedly clean and new. The location is incredible despite not having a direct view of the sea, you are just a few steps away from the pool and the common areas. The service of the host Juan Carlos was phenomenal. Very helpful and always attentive to any need. I highly recommend this apartment and I will be happy to return.
