The house has an amazing view of entire beach, probably best in all of Kino. House has an incredible security system for great peace of mind at night. The only issue is the walk to the beach. It is very steep climb and not really meant for older people. Other than that, an amazing place to stay at.

It's better in person than the pictures. Very nice house and ocean view, the house is quite equipped, the pool is large and clean, the terrace is very spacious. There were only a few details with the Kayaks, other than that everything was 10/10. Going down to the sea is somewhat complicated, but if you're going to go down and bring things up. Carlos is always very attentive to messages. We would return 😊

The place was beautiful. Furniture in good condition, very nice decoration, but the best part is the view from inside the house. The most beautiful thing was to open your eyes when you woke up and see that beautiful view. It was a gift to be able to stay at this place this weekend and Carlos was very flexible in everything, always kind and helpful. We are very hopeful that we can return soon.

Excellent! The house is beautiful and everything was very clean and tidy, it complied with what we were looking for, the view is spectacular and is enjoyed from any part of the house. In addition the host was always attentive when any questions were required and was very accommodating. Very spacious facilities such as kitchen and stay; very complete with all its utensils. The access to the beach is what is hit a little because of the elderly going. For the rest everything was perfect!

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. All clean and accessible. The kitchen is very complete with lots of utensils and things to cook. Carlos took care of a detail with the blinds on the same day, very good communication. The beach is in front but not accessible for people with walking problems or the elderly. Wonderful sea views, very windy in the afternoon. The pool was fine, it just touched us a little dirty but nothing serious. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

My only drawback, is that it does not justice the photos, it is very nice and spacious. Highly recommended place for a great weekend

I had the opportunity to take my parents three days and two nights and it was a huge success. The house has a spectacular view which they really liked. My dad is in a wheelchair and we didn't have any issues as it's one floor and the bathroom in the main bedroom is wheelchair accessible. The view from inside the house is also beautiful. The patio furniture is very suitable and we were able to enjoy several hours in the spacious corridor of the house. The only difficulty we had was to go down to the beach since the house is up and only one part has stairs, we would have loved a slightly longer staircase and be able to go down to the beach without a problem. Despite that, the truth was our stay was wonderful! Thank you Carlos! We hope to return soon.

Very good facilities, large areas such as kitchen, stay, terrace, cottages, etc. Great view to the sea. Good cleaning and everything you need to be.

This is a spectacular and very enjoyable home to spend family time together in. The views are incredible. The front porch and surrounding outdoor space is unbelievable. There was a wonderful breeze off of the ocean each afternoon and evening. So enjoyable. The kitchen is well-equipped. The house was very clean. A great place to binge-watch the ocean. Thank you to our host Carlos for the extra special touches, great communication and for having someone show up very quickly to help us get in when we had difficulty figuring out the lock box.

I get that it was what we had selected to use, however the care, the attention, the amenities, I mean, the photos don't do justice to the place.

This house has everything to say specially the view of the ocean in the living room; you can enjoy it from there. Also the back patio is excellent to relax with the wind and the ocean!!

Everything was great just some minor details like the exit to the garage door was broken and the hinges for the beach acces door were rusted out but everything else was perfect

The design is unique and special, allowing you to enjoy the ocean, and the view from any part of the house is beautiful. Also, the host was always available when we needed to ask something, and he is very friendly and pleasant.

The host was extremely attentive and responsive to any questions that we had. He provided clear instructions to check-in to the property and communicated during check-out. Property was clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. Beautiful view to the beach and easy access. We felt at home.
