We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is much better than the photos. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend it!!

Excellent service, very attentive, but they give you total privacy. Ángel is always available, always willing to help. The accommodation is impeccable, everything is as shown in the photos. One thing to keep in mind is that it takes a little while to warm up. Other than that, it's excellent. As for the amenities, depending on the season, there may not be anyone there. Regarding the restaurant, service takes a little while, around 30 minutes. Overall, the accommodation is accessible and very close to downtown Avandaro. Special thanks to Ángel for his service 🙏👍

The property is very nice. Great view and super comfortable living area. Good functionality for my whole family. The shared pool was slightly heated but worked fine for my kids to swim, just not warm enough to be called a hot tub, although it was super clean and nice. The staff on duty did a superb job to make us feel at home.

The facilities are simply spectacular, every peso I paid was worth it. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. The pool has a solar panel and boiler heating system, both of which keep the water at an excellent temperature. I would definitely go back many more times!

I really loved our stay, the attention to detail is noticeable. Everything was very clean, quiet, nice decor, super comfortable, good privacy, I loved the details like the fire pit and that you can connect to the pool speakers to play music, I also liked that there were dishes in good condition for cooking, the green areas, the flexibility for arrival, to enter and exit and Angel's attention, very kind.

Very pleasant stay, 100% recommended, we would return without hesitation, excellent attention from the managers!!!

A very nice, clean place with everything you need to relax for a weekend. The attention of the extraordinary staff. The campfire experience is very nice as they include cushions and blankets. The only drawback was the temperature of the pool, which was freezing because the boiler was not working well, apart from that, everything was great.

Excellent place

An incredible stay, the place is very clean with everything we needed, clean sheets, bath and pool towels, excellent common areas, a good temperature pool, grills, kitchen with all the utensils, beautiful forest view, a place for fire pits, very safe, we were happy and we will definitely be back soon. A Plus is that there is restaurant service and it's delicious!
