We really enjoyed staying at Janet’s place! The house was spacious, cozy, and perfect for our family. The location is excellent—it’s within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and everything you need. One thing worth mentioning is that the nearby beach, while absolutely beautiful, is not ideal for swimming because the waves and tide can be quite rough. That said, it’s a wonderful spot to watch the sunset and enjoy the restaurants along the beach. This isn’t a negative, just something to keep in mind when planning your stay. The good news is that many of Huatulco’s stunning, swimmable beaches are just a short drive away. Overall, our Huatulco experience was a 10/10, and we would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay here. We’ve been to Huatulco many times, but first time at Sueño del Mar. Loved the place. It was peaceful, clean, private, centric, and very cozy! Staff was amazing and very helpful as all of people in Huatulco are, that’s why we keep coming back 🫶. Thanks for having us.

We had an amazing stay! The condo is in a perfect location, 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to chedraui! Janet was also generous to give us a late check out as she didn’t have anyone checking in that day and our flight had a late departure! Would definitely stay again!

we had a pleasant stay. The apartment matches the photos and description. Quality services. Very nice pool. Close to the beach and supermarket. Noise from early in the morning due to the work next door, but we had been warned.

The condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. The building is well maintained and has a beautiful pool area. Janet was very responsive, helpful and wonderful to deal with. The location is great, close to the grocery store and the beach. Absolutely loved our stay!!

Sueno del Mar is a lovely, private community. We were able to walk to a few places (beach, spa, restaurants) and had a parking space as well so very convenient. The property manager (Maria) was fantastic; she was very fast to respond to questions and had snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived.

Excellent stay. It was a group of 6 and the condominium was perfectly comfortable. Excellent host . Just know that the unit has no beach view and the closest Bay Chahue is double red flagged which means you CANNOT swim. It wasn’t such a problem for us, but at first it was disappointing. This is at no fault of the host, it was an oversight on my part for not doing my research. The location makes everything close and accessible. Thank you for hosting us.

The apartment is beautiful, quite spacious, very equipped with everything you need, the area is quite nice and is very close to the beach, the host was always attentive. I definitely recommend it!

It was perfect for our adult family. Lots of space and all the amenities that we needed. Great location for walking.

Janet’s place is so great we stayed twice during one visit to the area. It’s perfectly located. If you don’t have a vehicle to get to many restaurants and the beach is just a very short walk. The pool is amazing. The condo itself is clean, comfortable stylish, and well equipped. Janet’s staff Wen and Maria are terrific also and very responsive to any need you might have. We loved our two stays and I’m sure we will return in the future with friends because her place is quite large and comfortable for two to three couples. You won’t regret booking with Janet..

We had a lovely stay at Janet's condo. It is located in a wonderful area where you will not need a car to get to many restaurants. It is a couple minute walk to the very beautiful and clean Chahue beach. The pool is also lovely and surrounded by beautiful foliage. There were many varieties of birds including humming birds. The management team at the condo were very responsive when we needed anything including a new jug of drinking water or questions about check out. Janet provided some snacks for us that made us feel very welcome. The condo and the common areas are very well maintained and clean. I have stayed at many condos and hotels in the area and Casa Kiskadee is by far my favorite. We will be staying there again soon.

Excellent our stay! The location is very convenient and the apartment is super comfortable and has everything you need for an Amazing vacation, the nearby beach is certified and the team supporting Janet was always attentive to what we require!! We will return without a doubt!! Beautiful place!!

Nice place, had lil problems with wifi but were able to do something about it, beautiful views from all balconies just a nice place to stay.

Janet’s house is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and she was really kind leaving snacks and beverages. We had a wonderful time staying there, each room has a tv and ac. the beach is 5 minutes away as well as restaurants. Maria and Wendy were very responsive and recommended things to do. We will surely return there

I recommend Janet's place. The apartment was spotless and spacious. Bed were super comfortable and the view from each balcony was beautiful. The swimming pool was amazing and we had it for ourselves all the time, it was a lot of tropical plants around. It had a lot kitchen amenities and beach essentials. Great location, restaurants and grocery store at walkable distance. Good communication with Janet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Flexible check in which we were so grateful because our flight arrived before the check in time. We had a great time don't hesitate to book this place.

The stay at Casa Kiskadee was more than pleasant, it really exceeded my expectations. Despite having traveled in high season, the atmosphere is super quiet and with a lot of privacy and is in an area where all amenities and services are close by. Janet and her management team took pains to give me an experience as their first unparalleled guest and I just have to thank them. The house is identical to the photos and with all the amenities, super equipped and very spacious. You'll really feel at home. Thank you very much Janet and her assistant Wen and Max for always being available.
