The place is very comfortable and very nice!

Gisela was super attentive. She even let us bathe (after a marine tour) in one of the areas of the house (after check-out time) since the arrival of other guests was right after.

My favorite home in this area! Always my first choice!

This was the perfect place for our family of 10 (and a baby). Each couple had their own space with a private bathroom. The communal kitchen was great and we loved the open concept. It’s definitely useful to have a car if you’re staying for a long period of time. Otherwise, there are some great local restaurants that are walkable. Especially the new Sylvester coffee across the street. The beach is also across the street and down the hill. We really appreciated all the beach equipment Gisela’s had from towels to beach umbrellas. Would definitely recommend Gisela’s place and stay again.

Beautiful, well-appointed, home located walking distance to beach, food, coffee, etc. We had an issue with the house our 1st night, and the host was up past 11pm trying to resolve it with me. Very communicative host, and I would definitely return to the house/area.

A beautiful and comfortable property. Gisela was super helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the private rooms and bathrooms for all of our guests. One bed was surprisingly hard, but there was an extra bed in one of the rooms so we could still have slept 10 if necessary. The patio kitchen was great for preparing meals and gathering together. The hot tub and pool were clean, fun, and beautiful. The grill had gas but no lighter. The little office space was a nice bonus. The garden is a great place to host people. The property and garden face a road so there is some whooshing car noise. The rocky beach is a walk down a rough hill. Easier access is a drive or longer walk nearby. The ocean view was soothing and colorful. There is an attached studio suite which is not part of the listing. We would definitely choose this property again. The murals, brickwork, architecture, and garden awnings make a beautiful and artistic setting.

We had a beautiful time here :-) We felt super safe. Plenty of parking. Plenty of awesome beaches. Great food. A really great experience. Pool was beautiful and the hot tub was awesome as the pool water was a bit cold in February. To Note: The door code is 8 numbers and the doors lock every time you go out of every room. This was pretty obnoxious. 4 digit code would be much better. The ability to unlock the door would be awesome too.

We loved our stay here. Great for a group just coming from a sailing trip – lots of privacy but a nice shared space as well. Hot tub was lovely and grounds are beautiful. I was very happy to find a café just across the street. Walking distance to many restaurants in town. Would definitely return! Gisela was a great host!

A great place to go with friends. We went with a kitesurfing plan and it was epic. Excellent location and an unbeatable place. Highly recommended place!

Really enjoyed our time here. The house is beautiful and the location worked perfectly for us. Communication with Gisela was smooth from start to finish—no surprises or hassles. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the open-air kitchen was such a cool feature. The rooms were great—comfortable beds and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Casa Vientus. There are two main living areas which are not connected internally. There is one large open area with main kitchen and a separate area with multiple bedrooms and a smaller food prep area. The doors lock automatically and are unlocked with electronic key code, which is a bit fussy to use. The hot tub was clean, but not particularly warm we tried it, but didn’t end up using it. There is some street noise but not a major issue for us. Location is good for accessing the beach. I could see this working well with multiple families or with a large group where everybody wants their own space, such as a guided trip or school group.

What a cool place in La Ventana. Plenty of room, big fluffy towels and a big kitchen area with everything we needed. An easy walk to the beach. I would stay here again!

Gisela's house exceeded all expectations. Very spacious, complete in every way, clean, beautiful and everything to enjoy the stay. We went with children and really enjoyed the pool and common areas. It even has a grill so it was easy to make a barbecue. You can find everything in the village. The beach is very close, there were 9 of us and we all had privacy since each room has a bathroom. We'll definitely be back!!

Casa Vientus is a great spot for a family or friend gathering! The location in LaVentana is excellent, the rooms are nice and we really enjoyed the outdoor pool area too. Gisela is a great host and made the check in process very easy. I definitely recommend this place and will be back next time I’m with a group!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt warm and welcoming. Every little detail had been thought of—from a well-stocked kitchen to super comfy beds and plush towels. The location was ideal: peaceful, yet close enough to everything we needed. Whether we were relaxing on the patio, enjoying morning coffee with a view, or winding down after a day of exploring, this place truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with our host was smooth and friendly—they were quick to respond and clearly cared about our experience. We felt so comfortable and well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. A total gem!

The place is beautiful, super recommended for large groups. Well-equipped and tidy rooms. Overlooking the sea and easy access to it, literally across the street. The patio area is beautiful. 100% recommended. We are back soon!

This is a great place in La Ventana and El Sargente. There are many rooms each with its own bathroom. Many amenities, lovely outdoor areas for sitting and dining and easy walking to restaurants. Gisela is extremely communicative and helpful. Pictures are accurate and the listing is true to form. Lots of parking. There is some roadside noise but only during the day. At night…you will enjoy peaceful comfort and starry skies! The ocean views are lovely.

We had a great time and the place was just as expected and how the photos showed. The place is close to the main road which sometimes in the early mornings was a bit noisier but still was good. Having separate bathrooms for each of the 5 bedrooms was also a bonus. The place was great and we enjoyed the kitchen area a lot as it was fairly large to easily accommodate everyone that was staying in the house. We'd surely would come back again and the outside Hot Tub was an added bonus. Thanks for making this a memorable stay for us all.

The house is amazing, the rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. Bed room 5 is very firm. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Bathrooms are clean. The place is honored by its name. There is a lot of wind. From the house you can see the ocean. A very pleasant stay

We had an amazing stay at Gisela's place. The house is very spacious. All the amenities are there. You can do a lot of walking from the cottage if you want. Definitely a place to come back to. When there is something in the house, Gisele responds quickly and gets it fixed. In our case, a battery of one of the locks was low, it was replaced the next day.

Such a fantastic stay! Gisela was very communicative and helpful, referring us to restaurants and contacts for renting paddle boards and bikes. We rented the entire place, which was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is on the main road so there’s some noise, but it’s well centered within the El Sargento and La Ventana area. We enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing in the common room. This is not a resort town so you have to get to know the area, but it’s easy and everyone is friendly. Looking forward to returning!

We enjoyed the space and how responsive Gisela was from the time we checked in to when we left. Close to groceries, restaurants and multiple beaches. Great view from the property. Just across the street from the beach. The weather was cooler than usual but we were able to sit in the outdoor area most days and enjoyed the jacuzzi as the evenings cooled off from the wind.

Gisela was a great host and very proactive and communicative. Very close to kiting and great coffee shop right across the street. Walkable to Playa Central. Perfect spot for a large group with private rooms and shared living quarters. Would definitely stay again.

The accommodation has a beautiful design, each space has its charm, in it you can have privacy but also live together if it is a large group; you have good restaurants nearby, you can enjoy the sea just across the street. We absolutely loved our stay. The place is fantastic. We loved the indoor and outdoor space. Having bathrooms in each room, AC in each room was critical, and we used all the bar fridges in every room as well. Gisela was very responsive and helpful.

Great stay! Tons of room for 8 people! Well equipped. Yard was beautiful. Pool was smaller than we thought but still great!

Gisela is an amazing host and a very gracious one. We had a lovely stay, the house was perfect for the 5 of us. We had few issues when we arrived , the hot tub that was not working and a leak in the toilet and Gisela was on top of it, she sent Ernesto right away who would spend hours fixing things right away. I haven’t seen anyone so responsive. On our last day, as we were tidying up the kitchen, we unfortunately broke the oven door, we were horrified, things like that doesn’t happen to us ! After many back and forth discussions, about ordering a replacement door for a German oven made in Spain it was obvious that it was going to be a long process. Gisela was quick to meet us half way so that everyone feels comfortable, she offered us some free nights on our next stay, thank you Gisela, we will be back👍🏻

Casa Vientus was a great place for our group to stay. We had a decent sized group and found the layout to be perfect. Each couple had their own private room and bathroom with a common area in the middle. It is like renting your own mini hotel. We are all kiteboarders and were able to walk to the kite beach easily which was a huge plus. There are multiple restaurants within a mile and coffee almost directly across the street. The hot tub/pool was a huge plus for us and worked great. Gisela was a great host. Extremely responsive and helpful. If we had any issues she was very quick to react to them. All members of our group would definitely go back and recommend staying at Casa Vientus

Gisela’s place was certainly beautiful and she was a dream to deal with. Extremely communicative. The space is great with each bedroom having its own bathroom and the kitchen area is well appointed with filtered water. I was a little disappointed realized it’s on a such a busy road BUT right across from the beach with easy access. The hot tub was the only down side being not hot enough and needing a cleaning. Otherwise, a lovely spot.

Casa Vientus was the perfect place for our big group! It is a great mix of communal hangout spaces and private rooms with bathrooms. Gisela is one of the best hosts I've ever stayed with through Airbnb - thoughtful and super responsive.

Outstanding property and location!

Gisela was a wonderful host & her staff were all extremely friendly, helpful & accommodating! Gisela was pro-active in communicating & offered information promptly. She is a very professional host, ensuring we had emergency contact information when she was not in the service area. She would let us know ahead of time when to expect staff. We visited in December & she had a wonderful group of people come to decorate the home - it was so beautiful! And the decorators were respectful, kind & fun! We really appreciated having Gisela as a host!

Perfect location for a group of 7, close to kiting and diving! Will be back!!

About my favorite places and the window

Everything was great, and Gisela is an excellent host.

We stayed here with three kids under the age of 2 and was perfect. Every couple and kid had their own room with AC that worked great and own bathroom. Plenty of towels, clean everything. The outdoor kitchen is hard to be in during the middle of the day (here in Oct) but is lovely in morning and night. Can walk to a beach with a small reef within five minutes, to go ceviche down the street, many delicious drivable restaurants as well. View of ocean, lovely pool that adults and kids enjoyed daily. Lots of space to sit and the whole yard is enclosed. Always felt safe and secure! Gisela was helpful from before to after, answered my questions and gave recommendations. If you want to stay in a peaceful town with lots to do, stay here!

We had a group of 9 people and had an incredible stay at this place. Gisela was a wonderful host even before our arrival she was very attentive and responsive due to bad weather warnings. Since the moment we arrived it was a welcoming experience. The accommodations were remarkable, the space is large, beautiful, clean, and very well maintained that made our large group stay comfortable. Gisela went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience even through some bad weather conditions. She responded very quickly to any concerns, was extremely attentive, friendly and accommodating. She made our stay feel safe and provided local recommendations, we truly appreciated the hospitality. She was never intrusive or over protected. If you’re looking for a wonderful experience with a top-notch host I highly recommend booking with Gisela. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Breath-taking outdoor space with cactus garden, pool, jacuzzi, and multiple hammocks! Gorgeous indoor space with super comfortable beds and bathrooms with pretty tiles all around. Great wi-fi and separate office space. Common kitchen invited everyone to gather around including some cute lizard and bird visitors. When one of the beds broke in the middle of the night, the owner had a new bed moved into the space before the following night. The entire property is well thought out with many bohemian and modern details. We never had any issues with not having enough hot water in the shower and there is even a water filter for drinking in the kitchen! Prime location with an amazing cafe across the street and easy beach access.

Excellent place! Very well located, close to everything: beaches, restaurants, and hiking/biking trails. The house is very nice and very comfortable for large families. The Jacuzzi was very easy to use, and the pool was perfect, with its outdoor shower. I hope to be back soon!

Excellent accommodation, the place is more spacious than in the photos, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, each with its own bathroom, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the jacuzzi heats perfectly. Definitely a very good place to spend a few days with your family and disconnect. You can also walk to the beach and there are even other beaches nearby. 100% recommended.

We rented the whole home, which was perfect for our family, although there was ample space for more than the 5 of us! The outdoor pool/hot tub space was wonderful with lots of hammocks, and seating areas. The interior (but outdoor) kitchen was a unique and great place to spend time, but it was such a windy week in La Ventana, it sometimes made it feel like you couldn’t get away from the wind without retreating to the bedroom. Although we heard it was an especially windy week for April. Gisela was super helpful and responsive when we had questions!

Each room had private full bathroom as well as a 6th bathroom in general area- that is such a treat. While we drove to kite, you could launch at the beach walkable straight out front if you wanted. Excellent text responses.

Great place with excellent amenities

This was an excellent place for my group. It has an open air kitchen which was very cool. Each individual room has electric locks and very secure. I’ll definitely stay here again. Gracias Gisela!

Location on the main road through La Ventana with close access to the beach and kite boarding. Very comfortable and stylish place to stay.

Very responsive host!

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family. The set-up is interesting. There are individual rooms each with their own on-suite bathroom. Good for groups since everyone had their own private space. Additionally there's an office space. One room has 2 beds, another only has a pull-out sofa. My daughter and niece shared the room with 2 beds. This does not match the listing. So if someone didn't want to share a room, the only option would be the pull-out. The other thing we hadn't paid attention to was, the sitting area, dining area, and kitchen are all outdoors. They are covered with sun sails, and we had beautiful weather so it didn't pose a problem. However the evenings can be chilling in the winter and spring. Pack sweatshirts. We had a few issues with the keyless entry locks, hot tub, and dryer, put all were addressed very quickly. The maintenance and cleaning staff were very attentive and friendly when needed. On-site parking, enclosed yard were great features.

We were able to use the main house and the loft. The loft and hot tub were such an amazing addition. Also, Gisela was one of the best, most responsive, helpful and kind hosts I’ve ever had.
