We were super comfortable. You can breathe peace in the place.

We had a great time at the house, and the service provided by Edward, the manager, was very good. The rooms are very comfortable; the only issue is that in the two-bed room, the A/C doesn't work very well, and there is no hot water in that bathroom. They were flexible and very accommodating in letting us check out later because our return flight was late, and they understood perfectly.

Everything was excellent, very well cared for and maintained. I would have liked to spend more time at the house.

This was our first time ever returning to an air b and b… that’s how great this place is (And we travel A lot). The home itself is absolutely beautiful, it has the most amazing heated pool and yard for activities. It’s the perfect place to stay if you have families with little ones. They provided us with two pack and plays for our little boys and a high chair! All the pool toys, outdoor games and kid toys they have for use is so NICE! The neighborhood is so peaceful and very safe! We stayed for 6 days and only left the house a handful of times. The beach is a short mile walk from the house and it’s a beautiful safe walk. We adore this home so much and will return again. Normally we like to try new places but this home is just so special. The hosts are incredibly kind and very responsive. They reply so quickly and are insanely accommodating! Edward the local host is beyond amazing and comes to help if we ever need anything. Thank you for such a great place, and a great vacation🤍

We made use of cleaning and cooking services and the chef Laura Ocampo was really kind and helpful in planning our NYE dinner. We had a great stay and highly recommend this listing!

Our family had the most enjoyable stay at this property. Very spacious which permitted different leisure for all age groups in our party. The amenities were all functioning well and we very much enjoyed this most beautiful property located away from traffic and hustle and bustle. A short twenty minute walk to the public beach where you were on a most amazing beach where additional relaxation and swimming in the ocean were most enjoyable. Amazing place to stay!!

The accommodation is amazing, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay without worries. The place is impeccable and the location is very good. They were always looking out for us. Edward was very friendly and always available to us. We'll definitely be back.

We truly had a wonderful experience at this home. It was just right for our family, providing ample space for everyone to feel comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, and we really appreciated the privacy the property offered. It made our stay all the more special. I took the family (4) to spend a weekend in puerto vallarta...this place was amazing, we loved the swimming pool and the movie theater room!! it was a very good overall experience and definitely keeping this place in my "go back" list of places!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My wife, myself and our toddler had the best time relaxing and enjoying this beautiful home. We loved playing outside in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We cooked a lot of our meals outside on the grill and that was awesome. The hosts were very accommodating with our toddler and provided a high chair and a pack and play. We walked around and explored the nearby areas including some restaurants, shops and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. We are so glad that we found this gem and had the time we did here. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful property! Christopher’s place is so well-equipped with additional bonuses, such as the super cool movie room and pool. Their caretaker ensured we had everything set up when we came and was always available if we had a question or needed something during our stay! They even had pool toys ready for our daughter before we arrived. I would highly recommend their place and would love to rent their space again!

Very happy with everything indoors although some of the equipment, cups, glasses and plates were not always adequate for 8 people. Edvard, our local contact was always helpful and was quickly in place with any issues and questions. Terrace, pool and outdoor furniture need maintenance and renewal. The pool pump was very noisy and disruptive. This can and should be easily fixed with better soundproofing

The place is very private and peaceful, a great place if that is what you are looking for! It is close to all the things you might need for around the villa or to hit the beach which is close too. I rented a bike from nearby rental place it is awesome for biking around with trails right down the middle of all the major boulevards, I did all my minor shopping on it and took to the beach almost daily, felt really safe in area and walked around in evening as well no issues,the staff helping me were always available if needed and kept the house spotless when they came to clean! There was not one time I reached out without being helped by one of the hosts, they were very professional and made me feel right at home! Will definitely return at some point along the way! Thanks all for your help during my stay! Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, it is even better than as seen in the photos, we received the impeccable house, it is very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen has all the utensils to cook what you want, the rooms are very spacious and the cinema room was perfect for the movie nights, our children were very fun. The pool is big and heated, we spend hours at the pool. The area is very quiet and you can go for a walk, there are restaurants nearby and access to the beach, we went to both the public beach and the Mozzamare beach club, it is very worth spending a couple of days at this beach club, the food, drinks and facilities are very good. The hosts were always in communication with us, thank you very much for all your attention!!

We said it time and time again throughout the stay, “this house is a gen!” “this house was a find!” “this house is everything” With the swimming pool being so close off the living area, it was easy to take a quick dip, or swim for hours any time day or night. When we weren’t swimming the kids were in the movie room which made the place stand out all by itself. My Fiance and I enjoyed the morning and sunset views from the master including the likes of Wild iguanas as they frolicked across the lawn. We would rent again!

This house was perfect for four adults, a child and a baby! The pool was super kid/baby friendly with a shallow sitting area for our little one. The movie room was such a great lounge after a long day in the sun! We really enjoyed seeing all the iguanas in the backyard, too! House super clean and a perk that housekeeping staff came once during our stay (super thorough clean and mopped floors too!). They had the travel bed and high chair set up when we got there which was really helpful. Edward, the house manager, greeted us upon arrival and gave us the helpful information about the house. Also, filtered drinking water in the house was great!

The house has many details thought to make the stay more comfortable as the sound throughout the house, TV room, board games, crib, baby chair, strainer, chopping board, tub, heated pool, washing machine, etc. And we were delighted that the view is not a house behind, but it is at the river, so we saw many animals, we could use a great trip!! Literal, the experience is complete

My family and I were very comfortable and really enjoyed our overall stay at the villa. Edward, an employee of the host and co-host was extremely helpful during our check in and throughout our stay. He was at the villa in person to welcome us and instruct us on a few things at the home. There was one issue during our stay, the villa did not have electricity or water, due to miscommunication between the electric company and hosts. However, Jennifer the co-host was super helpful and offered a solution paying for our single night hotel stay and refunding us a night at the Airbnb. I highly recommend the villa if you’re visiting Puerto Vallarta and enjoy a safe and private stay. The place was very clean. Thank you!

We loved everything about the place. Just one thing to note, although the beach is definitely walking distance, consider the time of year or humidity/rain when booking and planning to walk. American Restaurants near by, The Marina has adventure tours you can book in advance. We tried a day pass at local hotel, but please note they are pricey. Beach is accesible I’m s few entrances near beach. You can Uber basically anywhere… Bucerías, Zona romantica, sayulita, el malecón and it’s all within a few miles away, under 25 minutes and under an hour for other further beach’s. Great, great time!

This is our forever Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta! we brought my in-laws and my father for the first time to P.V. and they absolutely loved this home, My dad want to build a replica of this house in his hometown! It’s so peaceful, quiet neighborhood you can hear beautiful birds chirping, the house was squeaky clean, the beds are extremely cozy. It’s a beautiful oasis, only minutes away from restaurants & shopping centers. This home is definitely family friendly, (locks could be added to the doors for kids safety) I’m so happy they added glass railings on the stairs. I felt right at home in the kitchen it’s fully stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare a delicious meal! I’m beyond happy we found this lovely home, before leaving we make sure to leave the house as it was provided to us, shout out to Jennifer for helpful prompt response within a few minutes, Edward was welcoming and provided us lots of recommendations for Food/Activities/shopping thank you for being amazing host!

Christopher’s place is amazing. The pool is a game changer which is where our family spent hours in. The house is very spacious our family of 6 adults and 3 children did not feel like we were on top of each other. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. We were able to get the NHL playoffs on the big screen in the media room!! The short walks to the restaurants ( which were all amazing) were what we needed after all day in the pool. We had Chef Humberto come to the house and cook for us a couple of times and it was well worth the experience, they totally pampered us. Edward was an amazing host he helped with anything we need. Over all this place is a 5 star and we will be back!

Stunning villa in a lovely quiet NV neighbourhood. Pristine, great bedding, and impeccably clean. Backyard is an oasis with beautiful pool, grass and backing onto an estuary. A quick walk (15 mins) to the main NV beach, an even quicker walk to some local restaurants (La Dolce Vita) - a truly central spot. Added a chef and bartender and had a perfect family vacation. Host very responsive, and house manager Edward is always on call and very helpful and kind. Don’t hesitate, book it! We will be back.

Beautiful, spacious house in a very calm and safe area. The warm pool is an extra plus!

We had the most amazing stay. The house is exactly as advertised. We were 3 couples and we enjoyed the pool, cooking in the great kitchen and a few restaurants that were walkable. The area is good and a 10-15 walk to a beach but we preferred our 2 beach days at a Mozzamare Beach Club. Edward was amazing - so friendly and took great care of us. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. Any issues were responded to right away and he had lots of great suggestions for the area.

The house was beautiful - even better than pictures! The home was very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities you would expect. My family had a lovely time, the pool and movie theater were our favorite hangout places during our stay. Highly recommended place to stay. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate.

This place was amazing! The pictures did not do it justice at all! The neighborhood is beautiful to walk in. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed. The house had everything we needed. They’re also very helpful with taxis, Ubers, deliveries, massages, and our personal chef. Anything you need they help you get it. Edward is the house manager and he deserves an 11/10 for his kindness and helpfulness. Anything we needed, no matter how inconvenient, he made sure to get it to us with a smile on his face. He never complained once when we were asking for way more than we deserved! I have no complaints about this place! Just be aware of the distance from the city center of Puerto Vallarta. We only went to the area twice but it was very easy getting a taxi from PV back to the Airbnb. So you shouldn’t have any issues at all. 10/10 recommend to stay here! It was amazing!

Fun in the sun! The pool was so GREAT and the vibe is high at this beautiful home in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. The beach is a short walk and has a totally laid back “toes in the water a@@ in the sand” kind of attitude—with yummy ceviche and ice cold cervezas! So fun! The home is gorgeous! And we asked the house manager to buy a few things from the grocery to be there when we arrive, it was so convenient!

The house is located in close proximity to the Fibba beach club. However if you don't wanna do the walk there with kids ask for a cab right next to the marival resort there are available and makes it easier to get there. I'd also recommended to install The rapi app in your phone to pre-order the essentials including salt and pepper, oil to cook etc. That saves us more than a couple times. Even to order coffee.

This house is a little slice of paradise! The stay here was perfect for us. The hosts are very helpful and respond quickly. The pool is amazing and the public beach is only a 15 minute walk away. We can't wait to stay here again.

If you don't enjoy waking up in Paradise, then don't book here! So glad that we found this location, and was so perfect, that we spent more time in and around the pool than we did at the beach! Due to our VERY long day to get there from Vancouver, we had arranged to have Chef Humberto come in and prepare something for us so all we needed to do the first night is relax. How heavenly to be greeted with appies and Margaritas already made up, with dinner to follow! So good, we had him back again one of our final nights. Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and Edward was equally as pleasant and helpful. Two things that I would make note of.. first, there is a security gate at the entrance. As I had rented a car, it initially threw me off and I thought I had the wrong location. Go up to the Visitor gate (left), and you may be asked where you're going. Happened to us a couple times, but then the staff seemed to recognize us and just pass us through. Secondly, the birds are going to wake up with the sun, which was around 7am for us. Not normally a concern, but we quickly found out that the little buggers liked to attack their reflections in the mirrored glass so be prepared for an unsolicited wakeup call . Would totally recommend, and will absolutely return should the opportunity arise!

What a wonderful stay!! The house is GORGEOUS. So spacious, a ton of amazing amenities and of course, that great outdoor space and pool to enjoy :) I would absolutely recommend the home to others and hope to visit again one day!

House was a 10/10! Clean, spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. We stayed here with another couple for 5 nights. Upon arrival the house concierge, Edward, drove us to the grocery store to stock up for the week. Although, ubers were difficult to locate from this location, we were given a number to a taxi. The Taxi driver was always there within 20 minutes and would always make sure we were where we needed to be. The taxis were typically $5-15 depending on distance. We never walked to the beach from the house but felt safe taking a couple walks to dinner and breakfast on a few occasions. We also took the Owners advice and booked a private chef for one of our dinners - OUTSTANDING. Humberto and his Assistant Chef from Fresh Chefs came to the house and made us multiple fresh margaritas, salsas, the best tacos we had all week, and topped it off with creme brûlée. We would highly recommend this home!

This house is awesome. The back yard is perfect for relaxing, the kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook and the beds are comfy. Definitely stay here. It’s great.

We had the most amazing time here! The house, pool and backyard are incredibly beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is lovely and very close to the beach. We rented bikes at a shop nearby and spent a lot of time riding around the area—we had a blast! The entire team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and even helped us coordinate rides for a few adventures in Puerto Vallarta and Punta Mita. We had plans to leave for another outing on our last day in town, but ended up spending the entire day in the pool because we loved being at the house so much. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

The facilities are very nice as seen in the photos in the photos, the mattresses and pillows are very good, the very complete and well-maintained kitchen utensils, the garden and the Very comfortable pool, the only thing is that the pool has somewhat cold water. The cinema room is excellent. Everything was great.

This house is formidable. It has always exceeded our expectations, we have already been on several occasions and it is simply fabulous!! They take care of all the details, you feel like you're in a multi-diamond property!! A spectacular location, but above all, warm service

The place is amazing , the literal house is not necessary for anything , it has absolutely everything, the architecture and layout of the house are incredible , the spaces are quite good and the pool is dreamy , additionally the house is in a very good location, by car everything is super close to you, we were delighted . Now , the service from Christopher , Jennifer and Eduardo in Mexico was always very good . , definitely a place I will return and I recommend them out of my eyes!, they will love not to stop staying here . On the other hand , Vallarta is amazing many things to visit and do you won't regret it.

This home is amazing! Our group of six spent a week enjoying all the amenities at the house. It was hard to leave. Great communication with the host and house manager. We had everything we could possibly need. Would love to stay here again! Do keep in mind that the home is located somewhat off the beaten path. You can find a convenient store and restaurants within walking distance. Uber Eats is available with limited options; allow an hour for the food to be delivered. Lastly, Uber (max of 3 passengers) was hit or miss, be sure to allow enough time to request one. We had to request two Ubers at a time, which makes things tricky in a large group, but it always worked out even if one group was behind 10-15 minutes to the destination.

Christoper and the other co-host are nothing short of amazing! The house manager is also phenomenal!!! Edward was very helpful! The date of my arrival, my chef had to cancel and Edward found a replacement by the time my guests and I landed. If you’re second guessing or comtemplating another Airbnb, don’t! This home exceeded my expectation.

Where to start… well let’s get straight to it, this home is by far an awesome home! Perfect, clean, great location, and best of all your own private pool!! Home has all the amenities and kitchen and other areas of the house are well stocked. Communication with the team was great! 1st class! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay and great value!

The place is perfect for a comfortable, clean and happy stay in Vallarta. The communication with the landlords and the local representative person who attended us on their behalf was impeccable for any sort of help and request. All rooms are of a welcoming cleanness that makes you feel comfort. They are quite spacious and a enlightened by a beautiful natural sunlight. Beds are excellent for a nice rest after a long day. The kitchen has all sort of accessories. Cooking people would feel pleased to enjoy their cooking time in there. The most beautiful attraction of the house is the garden. It is perfect for a joyful and happy time with family/friends. And the time spent in the swimming pool made us feel like not willing to leave the place at all. Overall, this has been our second experience at Christopher and Jennifer’s Villa, and for the second time we felt like home, comfortable and happy.

The pool is heated and we loved this feature. The kitchen is well equipped and the theater room was a great way to escape from the sun when needed.

WOW! Such a beautiful place we needed a place the day of and booked last minute. Jennifer was outstanding. Definitely one of the bests host we ever had throughout all our years with Airbnb. She was courteous, nice, amicable, and the best was she was extremely prompt with responses and understanding. Now for the space. When this place was built they truly thought of everything to have your little piece of paradise in a house. We barely left the house we enjoyed it all day from the beautiful heated pool, the bbq, the awesome and simple movie theatre, the chefs kitchen, the layout of the house and everything. The backyard is perfectly located since you have sun most of the day with some areas of shade if needed. Would definitely stay here again, it was also nice to have a consistent fast wifi connection throughout the house since many listings have dead spots but this one had none. Thank you again for your hospitality !
