It was a a very nice and calm place, easy to find if you follow the location in Waze or Google maps. The host was very responsive and shared all details needed to enjoy the stay.

We were disappointed with our stay here. It was difficult to find the apartment, most units in the residence were not numbered and our maps only took us to the entrance of the complex. We tried to use the what*app link that was provided to get information but it went to an AI chatbot that was not helpful at all. However, once we used the messenger in the Airbnb app to contact the host, he was responsive. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment, as it was not clean when we arrived. It rained very hard on the morning of our check out and the front door and window were leaking water. The entrance/exit to the complex became flooded that morning from the rain and any motorcycles or small cars could not pass through.

Very nice house with a pool. Close to San Juan del Sur and other beaches. Mr. Maurizio is very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. 100% recommended!

If you want good accommodation, close to the beach and with all the necessary amenities, I recommend this house. From spacious rooms and an equipped kitchen to a private pool. Perfect for enjoying and relaxing. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing to improve is that one room doesn't have air conditioning 😅 In addition, I would highlight the good communication that Maurizio maintains

A beautiful place in San Juan del Sur The location is perfect, the space is super comfortable to enjoy as a family, and everything was spotless and well organized. The pool simply gives it that special touch that is very enjoyable. Don Maurizio was an exceptional host, always attentive and friendly, which made our stay even more special. It's definitely a place we'd go back to without a doubt. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. I definitely loved it and of course I will return every time I want to go to San Juan del Sur. The area is very quiet, open, safe and, above all, just minutes from San Juan Bay. And of course, the facilities are perfect. We enjoyed it to the fullest and rested in peace. Highly recommended if you want to spend a vacation with family or friends.

A very beautiful place. In addition, the recommendations for places to eat provided by the host were very good, with a variety of prices and very tasty food. The location is excellent. A quiet place but with easy access to downtown, beaches and more.
