Gorgeous private condo in the heart of the Zona Romantica. It was exactly what our group needed, the private balcony and pool had beautiful views of the ocean. Very walkable to the beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and accommodating of our schedule.

Fantastic apartment, host, and location in proximity to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. It was quiet during our stay for which we greatly appreciate. The only thing to not is that the apartment is located up a steep hill that takes a couple of minutes to walk up. If your mobility is limited then just be aware. Nothing much else to say other then we had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Cinergy! Beautiful views, super clean and very private. Steps to the Zona Romántica. It was great to use Uber as the property is on the map so no need to even put in an address just type in Casa Cinergy!! Perfect place for a group with three ensuite bedrooms. Would highly recommend, and would stay again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

We loved this place! It was extremely nice and well suited for our group size. A quick walk to the bars, shops, and restaurants and if you're not feeling the hike back up the hill, it's a very inexpensive ride up. The staff was extremely responsive and super helpful! The only note we have is that the pool water was extremely cold, so we didn't use it very much. It could be because it was November. We would definitely book this property again.

Really liked this home. The first two bedrooms are on the same level away from the living area. The third is the opposite side of the apt, secluded. Staying with a group it felt like we all had our own spaces. Modern feel while still keeping the classic Mexican charm. Faby was a great host!

Casa Synergy is a great place to stay in Puerta Vallarta. It's easy to walk to everything, and there's a handy shop at the end of the road for basics. The place itself is absolutely as described and is also very clean - we stayed four nights and had a clean after three nights - the cleaners were very thorough. Communication was really clear and fast. I'd definitely recommend a stay here.

This place feels like a mini private resort with an authentic feel. It was a great Puerto Vallarta experience and we will definitely be coming back. Very responsive host and clearly cares about guests’ experience. 10 out of 10.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and lively nightlife. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay and beautiful home. Faby was very responsive and helped us with a minor issue we had. As long as you can handle the walk up the hill and some stairs there’s a ton that is walkable around the property. Ubers are easy and fast as well. The pool and terrace views are nice and the AC is strong. Wish we could have spent more time there!

Our stay at Casa Cinergy in Puerto Vallarta was unforgettable! The home surpassed its stunning photos, blending traditional Mexican architecture and furnishings with modern comforts. Lili warmly welcomed us and ensured we were settled, while both she and Fabiola were quick to respond to our messages. The location was perfect, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance, plus a pharmacy and convenience store just a block away. For farther adventures, Uber was a breeze, including to and from the airport. We cherished our time on the outdoor veranda by the pool, which was my favorite spot in the house, and we enjoyed meals at the al fresco table. The only downside was construction noise from 8 AM to 8 PM, typical for PV, which bothered me more than my family. Overall, Casa Cinergy offered a perfect blend of charm, convenience, and relaxation, making our trip truly special.

It's a gorgeous location with an incredible patio and space to spread out. We were able to cook, put luggage away in the huge closets, the kids loved the pool of course. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed as a group of 5 and really enjoyed the location. Very spacious villa, close walk to the beach and bars. Appreciated the relaxing private pool area. Great communication from Fabiola, and they were so accommodating. Recommended, for sure!

Casa Cinergy was exceptional. It truly gives you the experience of a Mexican villa in the heart of PV. All of the living areas were extremely comfortable and inviting. We spent most of our time on the veranda outside by the pool. It is located a convenient 5-10 walk in to Old Town, and very close to many bars and restaurants. If you struggle with climbing or descending hills, Uber was always available and very affordable. The home is located on a fairly steep incline about two blocks off the main road. I have some mobility issues and was able to navigate with no problem. Fabi was the best. She was in constant communication upon arrival, meeting us at the house for a debrief. She was available all the time but fortunately we had no issues at all. It was nice to know she was ready to help just in case. Overall, I would highly recommend this location for your next trip to PV.

A great house to stay in, especially given the 3 bedrooms. Located only 15 minute walk to the beach, the walk back up to the property is very doable as it is not that far up the hill. The pool is refreshing after a hot day and the outdoor seating area is perfect in the evenings. That being said you should be aware there is a major construction project happening across the main highway area that brings with it construction noise from 8am-17h00, so if you spend your day at the beach and come back in the evenings it is not so bad.

Such a lovely place for a group of friends (5 of us) to get together! The place itself is super charming with beautiful interior design including a fountain inside at the top of the entry stairs. We absolutely loved the outdoor deck, which we spent our nights playing board games and had our Friendsgiving dinner! The location is convenient with walking distance to the beach and old town. When putting the address into GoogleMap, it led us to the wrong location, but Faby from concierge sent us the location pin. Having in-unit washer and dryer is a plus for us to wash beach towels. We would highly recommend this place!!

The place was perfect from the location, to the size of the rooms. The private pool and balcony were better than pictured. Fabiola was an amazing host. Very attentive.

This has been my favorite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. My friends and I visit every year and we would definitely book this location again. The location was within walking distance to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Our first trip where the only time we called an Uber was to and from the airport. There’s a convenience store around the corner. We were even provided a phone number for a contact in case we wanted to hire a private chef. It’s very spacious, clean, and the private pool is very nice.

A gorgeous house, all around. Beautiful bedrooms, living room, and an incredible patio with a pool. 10 out of 10.

Six of my family stayed here for my 50th birthday and it was perfect. We had an amazing time and the house is just as cool and unique as the pictures suggest. The air conditioning is very cold in the bedrooms and living/kitchen so is was comfortable to sleep at night in the summer. The bathrooms are large enough for two people in each bedroom and six people could get ready at the same time and not run out of hot water. The pool and outdoor space is a luxury and fun place for everyone to gather during the day. We did walk to the beach several times but the pool was so convenient we spent a lot of time in the pool. The kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals. The location is easily walkable to the romantic zone, but the house address is wrong in Google Maps. Fabiola is very nice and thoughtful concierge. She is very communicative and responsive to anything you need during your stay. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This spacious easy-to-access and charming AirBnB is one of our favorites in the city. With everything in the romantic zone just a 5-10 minute Uber-ride away, it was easy to get into town for a restaurant or cruise down the beach for a beach day. Also - a very safe set up with a front gate and key code. The photos don’t show off how big it is - with an indoor living room and kitchen area that opens out into a beautiful pool deck where you can lounge around day or night. The smallest room is up the stairs, but still easy to get to. Our host Fabiola was the best! And she was super-helpful and friendly, and even let us store our bags down the street at her Pilates studio after we checked out. Thanks for making it an awesome experience! Will definitely book here again!

The home was prefect! Literally felt like we were at home. I took my parents and siblings. It’s close to the Malecon (walking 12-15 min), it’s an easy walk just feels heavy with the heat/humidity. But it was not a problem for us. The home has everything it lists which makes it feel like you are at your own. The pool was clean and. Everything about this place is great. 100% recommend especially if you don’t want to be at beach everyday.

Wow what an incredible property! This place is nicer than the pics. It’s absolutely beautiful and well decorated. I love how private the rooms were with their en-suite bathrooms. The living area was great for our family of 5. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool that had incredible ocean views. This property is centrally located and close to some really great restaurants. We would definitely come back again.

We stayed with three children under 5 and had a blast! The home was completely secure and safe, which was our top priority. The pool was PERFECT for us and our children to hang out. The space is a great mixture of old Mexico style with modern convenience. The third bedroom is separate from the other two, but our monitors reached easily so our children were able to sleep there with no problem. Fabiola, the concierge, was very responsive and helpful. We did not know the home would be cleaned at all, and they had someone come twice! It is on a very steep incline if you have any accessibility needs

My group of friends and I had a wonderful visit at Casa Cynergi. Everything about the home was more than enough for all our needs. Fabiola was particularly kind, welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We particularly enjoyed that the house was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still felt private and extremely safe. Lily, the cleaning lady, was very thorough and even helped us get someone to come over to braid hair for one of us! Literally could not have asked for a better stay. Can't wait to return!

Great place to stay in zona romántica! Loved the overall vibe, pool, easy access to the convenience store across the street. This was a family trip and everyone had their own room and privacy. Loved the common spaces- you’re able to sit outside and inside for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Would definitely stay again. Fabi was amazing as your point of contact / concierge. Absolutely LOVED our stay here. The house was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with a beautiful balcony/pool and gorgeous views out to the ocean. Fabiola was extremely friendly and responsive and addressed all my needs. The house is in a great location too! Only 5-10 min walk from the main area of zona romantica. Gorgeous house that is very spacious. Has amazing views of the town. Check in was easy and the host is super friendly. There is a little bit of a hill to get to the apartment if you decide to walk, we didn’t think it was so bad considering how beautiful the house was. Uber’s are also cheap. Would definitely recommend this place!

I’m so glad I was able to book this property! The pictures don’t do it any justice! It definitely makes you feel right at home, the rooms are very well sized and all equipped! The pool is a prefect size as well and you can not forget about the view!!!! Thank you so much to Fabiola Tapia our concierge. She took the time to go through everything in the house, was alway available and had some recommendations for groceries, food and restaurants! My girlfriend enjoyed it and we definitely will be having future bookings here! Awesome job, awesome hosts and awesome home!

Kind and accommodating host. We were able to check in early. The house is walking distance from a lot of places which made our stay very easy. The house felt very "homey" to me and my friends. Everything you need is there! We'll definitely look for this house again next time we come back :)
