Service was excellent from start to finish. Ibeth and her team are so professional and extremely responsive. They seriously went the extra mile to make our trip memorable and made themselves available at all times. Check in was extremely smooth and the house was spotless. The house was equipped with lots of bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and much more! We will definitely be staying here again and can’t wait to go back to La Paz!

Our stay was excellent. The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying a few days in La Paz. What really made the difference was access to the Hotel Indigo. We were able to enjoy its incredible facilities, the pool and the common areas, which are spectacular and very well maintained. The combination of a private house with hotel amenities made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting La Paz.

Casa Doble was amazing and the hosts were amazing as well. The hosts communication was very prompt and they were willing to help us with everything we needed. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach and the 2 pools. The house had everything we needed with an amazing view of the ocean. Our trip was perfect for our entire family.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Puerta Cortés. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and just steps from the beach club, with a pool, restaurant, and bar. The villa was spotless, very well maintained, and came with daily cleaning service. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after long days in the sun. The house was also very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which was great for our family dinners. We traveled with young kids and loved that the villa included beach toys, kayaks, and paddle boards. The kids had a blast. Access to the golf course was another highlight. The course is beautiful with amazing views and excellent service. Overall, a fantastic family-friendly property with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four had the most amazing time in La Paz. The house is spacious, best location, safe and secure (gated), impeccably clean, views of the ocean and sunsets, and has access to a community pool, Puerto Beach Club and Hotel Indigo's restaurants, spa and pool. It's the best of all worlds! We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was gorgeous and spotless - the daily housekeeping was so fantastic. Location was incredible - was so fun being in between the gorgeous beaches and the city; could just take the golf cart down to the beach clubs and the marina! And then drive to see everything else. Beautiful place right on the beach. Close to amenities. Clean, and comfortable. My only negative was the proximity to the jacuzzi at the beach club next door; heard conversations and some noise from beach club guests. Also, it would be nice if beds in unit were larger.

Great place to stay, everything was as described. Ibeth and her team answered every question and addressed every concern. The golf cart was such a great added bonus! We travelled with our baby and they provided a crib and high chair which made our stay easy. The whole team took great care of us, will definitely come back!

Ibeths’s place was perfect for our short trip to visit Balandra Bay. Her team was incredibly responsive, clear, and helpful. We even loved the restaurant recommendations when we asked (as we’re vegetarian). The beach club was perfect for our kids - great pool, hot tub, and they were so happy swimming and drinking fresadas y piñadas. We all had a terrific time!

Easily 5 stars! Casa Monmar checks all the boxes. Everything is well thought out and designed to ensure you have a phenomenal vacation. The house & its location is perfect and includes access to all the beautiful beach club facilities that Puerta Cortes has to offer. The golf cart also made it super easy to get around the resort. The host's communication was the best we've experienced (including having a pack n play setup for our 19month old with <1 day's notice). It helped us so much!!! Making it all soooo easy & effortless, enabling us (w/ 3 young kids to have an AWESOME vacation). We've been to La Paz now 3 separate times and this was our best trip yet. Can't wait to go back!!!

A great place to stay in La Paz, it had absolutely everything you need and even more. Very well equipped, and even some extra things for cooking that made us feel at home. Top-quality bathrooms, beds, pillows, soap, shampoo, etc. Everything works perfectly. All communications were super friendly. The only issue is that the communication was a bit lacking, the apartment is far from the beach (unlike the photos) and to enter one of the beach clubs there is a minimum purchase that we were not told about before, other than that I highly recommend it.

The stay at Casa Monmar was amazing. The house has a perfect layout, is very well equipped and the cleanliness is impeccable. The golf cart was a great choice, as it allows you to move comfortably to the Pueblito Marinero. The hospitality team was always very attentive and willing to help, resolving any questions instantly. It is definitely a place to come back to continue experiencing the magic of La Paz.

Our family had a great stay at Casa Monmar! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable 6 days in La Paz. Access to the resort's beach clubs was a huge bonus and getting to ride around in our own golf cart was definitely our kid's favorite part of the trip. The hosts were responsive and very helpful in arranging activities. We were also able to pre order some groceries through them to make arrival that much easier. We would definitely stay here again!

Our experience at this Airbnb was really excellent from the moment we arrived. Upon arrival, we were very impressed that the place was impeccably clean and also had a pleasant aroma, which immediately made the space feel cozy and cared for. All the promised amenities were present and in perfect condition: from the equipped and functional kitchen, to the comfortable bed, with clean and good quality sheets. You can tell that the host pays attention to detail to provide a comfortable stay. The host was always attentive, responding quickly and making sure everything was fine during our stay, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The location is excellent, very close to the important points of the area, but at the same time quiet enough to rest without problems. In addition, the place has a touch of luxury and good taste in the decoration, which makes being there feel special.

One of the best airbnbs I have stood in by far!! Extreme clean and well appointed. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay from: lots of kitchen equipment, full filtered water dispenser, charcoal for the grill, folding chairs and umbrella for beach trips, golf cart to get around, daily cleaning service and a/c that worked like a charm! We cannot wait to return!!

Had the pleasure to visit La Paz on a family vacation and staying here absolutely nailed it. Great location with spectacular views away from any noisy nuisances but yet a golf cart ride away from resorts amenities such as restaurants, pools, beach clubs, beaches, convenience stores, cafes, and so much more!! Lastly a 10 to 15 min drive from the main downtown of the La Paz!!

Great property, we visited end of May '25. The Unit was very clean and organized. Great amenities: *The beach gear came in handy, 2 umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers and beach towels and beach toys for little kids came in super handy for our trips to Playa Tecolete and pichilingue. ...they even provided sunscreen ;) *The games for our 3 young kids were great. The golf cart down provided for trips down to the beach club and marina areas is fantastic. it's a 5 min ride to a Access to the beach club was awesome - drinks and food in the beach club pool bar are not cheap however the convenience factor was well worth it, go for the mezcalitas! Note that the Pool Bar stops food service at around 4pm on most days. Getting to the Malecón was an easy 15 min drive or taxi. If you need a taxi you can call the front desk of the Hotel Indigo and they will arrange. Call before you head down in the golf card and your wait will be minimal. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend! Spent 3 nights with our pup .. House is lovely and well equipped. Very comfortable and clean! We loved having the golf cart to explore the resort and Beach Clubs . Went to 4 different restaurants with excellent food and they were all dog friendly ! Our pup never wants to be left home 😊 Excellent , super fast communication with all the staff Really appreciate that ! We will most certainly be back next year Thanks !

We loved our stay at Villa Nautilus! The Villa is directly on the beach with beautiful views. We loved the convenience of the beach and the beach club next door. The resort community also has restaurants and a coffee shop within walking/golf cart distance which was great! During the week, the beach was very quiet, almost like a private beach. As the weekend approached the beach and neighboring beach club gets busier/louder but it wasn’t a problem for us. The Villa itself is wonderful, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed. The hosts are also amazing and very responsive to any questions/requests we had. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others!

We loved staying at Villa Nautilus! From the time we booked to our checkout, the process was seamless. Everything was exactly as it was laid out in the photos. Being right next to the beach club was amazing. And the views were gorgeous. The Nautilus prior to was amazing – very communicative and really helpful. We highly recommend staying at Villa Nautilus.

This was our second time staying at one of Ibeth’s properties in Puerto Cortes in La Paz. We had such a great first stay we wanted to stay at one of her properties again and it once again exceeded expectations. This unit had perfect views of the ocean. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the water each morning. The team working with Ibeth immediately responded to our questions we had and made sure our stay was excellent. We plan to come back a third time in the future! Highly recommend!

Beautiful villa on the beach in a very private and well maintained development. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Two wonderful beach clubs close to the villa with large pools, hot tubs and full service restaurants. Very friendly environment with excellent service at the beach clubs. Host is very responsive with excellent communication and attention to the guests' needs.

A home away from home! Though it is a bit pricey for Mexico, we felt right at home at this spot. The house is *fully* stocked- beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, poker chips, games, every kitchen item you can think of including zip lock bags, nest thermostats in each room, SUPER comfortable beds, black out curtains etc! A few things to note- the golf cart is helpful because parking for the car is a bit far from the house. There is noise/music from the beach club next door but it was worth being so close to amenities so it wasn’t a drawback per se. It felt extremely safe, no random people wandering the beach or selling us anything. It truly felt like a private beach the public can’t access. Our family enjoyed our stay and Ana was very easy to communicate/text with 24/7 if we needed anything.

Exactly what we were looking for our stay. Great location right on the beach and within walking distance to everything we needed for our stay! Place was clean and well kept and aside from a little hick up that we had with the rear sliding door lock, everything was perfect. The maintenance & host were very responsive and took care of the issue effectively. We would definitely book this location again!

Superb communication, super attentive and responsive team. Beach, restaurants, docks, and pools all walking distance from villa. Enough room to house 5 comfortably, and even 6 by setting up a futon. Ample space in every room and even several spaces to exercise outside. Gorgeous rooftop view accessible by stairs. A working washer and dryer, dishwasher, and sources of fresh water. Extremely clean, comfortable bathroom space. Complementary golf kart works wonders in moving luggage to and fro or transporting 4 people fast.

The home is beautiful and spotless. The daily cleaning service was great. It felt like we were in the hotel. We had issues with the electrical outlets and notified them. They immediately responded and fixed within the hour. It was also amazing to have clean water provided. Our family had an amazing time and the restaurants in the area were beautiful too. We asked for chef service for my dad’s birthday. They provided a recommendation and the dinner cooked at the home was wonderful! Thank you your service and making it a beautiful vacation and celebration for my dad’s 70th.

Excellent treatment and location, very comfortable stay

Everything was very good, very clean, the hosts were always very attentive and helpful, looking for ways to help as much as possible. They were always attentive from the start so that everything went as smoothly as possible. 100% recommended.

This was the perfect spot to rent in La Paz! Its literally ocean front, right next to the new beach club so such easy access to that. The process was so easy, we were greeted out front with all details and check in was easy. Will rent again!
