The accommodation is as described. The location is very good for getting to the beaches. There is a bakery on the property that you can't leave without visiting. Everything is delicious. The photos of the pool don't do it justice. It's a very nice and spacious space.

My stay at this villa was excellent. From the booking process to arrival, the service was exceptional and I felt very comfortable and well cared for at all times. The villa was beautiful, very clean, complete and with a very comfortable bed. The location is ideal, with nearby beaches, incredible weather and a perfect pool to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again. I also really appreciate the recommendation they gave me for the company Guana Rent a Car, where I rented a very comfortable and practical golf cart to easily get around the beaches and surroundings. The service was excellent: they delivered it to me and picked it up directly at the villa, which was extremely convenient. I highly recommend both options for those who want to enjoy the Potrero area.

Great villa and a wonderful host! The host was very nice and helpful. We also rented a golf cart from GUANA RENT A CAR, owned by Jonathan, and he was super friendly. Highly recommend both the villa and the rental service.

Never again!!! Super complex neighborhood, with permanent residents who make the holidays ruined. The host does not help, but rather fights with the client. We left valuables that curiously, did not appear. The area is beautiful, if you want to have a good time, there are many other options. This is not it.

The location of this house was the best. Potrero is perfect for those wanting a more local feel. Highly recommend a golf cart rental. Pool was great as we were usually the only ones there. Jonathan did reply when asking questions prior to arrival. Alberto was the contact person for us upon arrival. He did get us a new coffee maker but took 2 days to reply about poor wifi. The house needs a lot of maintenance. We are fit woman and the slider to porch is very difficult to operate. The shades to both sliding glass doors are missing pieces and don't work well. Lots of cob webs in the windows which could use a good washing. The fridge ice machine doesn't work and the one ice tray has cracks in it which leaks everywhere. Alberto was unaware of how the electric shades for the deck work so was unable to use. He sent us a link but it was for a manual shade which they were not. Labeling the light switches would be a big help as difficult to figure them all out, 12 just in living area.

This is a very safe inconvenient location very close to the beach. The bungalow was as described and was perfect for a family visit although a little short on amenities. The pool was great. The staff was friendly and they had on site locked parking. A few things in the bungalow did not work well including the AC in the living room and the cable TV neither of which bothered me much because I wasn’t there most of the day. Good value for the money.
