Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The property was impeccably clean, very well equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect and allowed us to enjoy the area in total comfort. Communication with the host was quick and friendly, and he was always available to answer any questions, making the entire check-in and check-out process very simple. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. It was a 10/10 experience and we would gladly stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were fascinated by the house, just like the photos. We will definitely be back. We had the opportunity to go on a yacht trip, and everything was perfect with the location. Pam was available throughout our stay and gave us several recommendations for restaurants nearby. The house is impeccable, beautiful, clean, comfortable, perfect.

Rodrigo's house was amazing, even better than what you see in the photos. The location was excellent and Rodrigo communicated very well with our group throughout the stay. Rodrigo went above and beyond as a host. We reached out to him for recs in and around Mazatlan and he gave us some great ones. The house was spacious enough for all us girls. Everything was clean. he was there at check in and walked us through the home and was very easy to contact throughout our trip. Would highly recommend staying here.

Rodrigo's place is beautiful. Everything is well taken care of. Choco and Gaby are great help around the house if you need it. The views from the backyard are beautiful. Everything was well thought out around the house from plants and linens to boardgames and entertainment. Definitely a recommended stay for small and big family vacation.

The place isюbe, the pool in good weather and the area very well. It's a little far from downtown and so on, but there are taxis that go for you at any time, just consider the time they take. Everyone was very friendly and we had a great time.

Walk to the beach, I was able to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the Pacific. And a beautiful pool Amalia in general everything was perfect In addition, it is close to local restaurants, shops

The place is located in a nice, private area, fully equipped, functional, and in a safe area. Transportation was affordable to get to the esplanade and the Golden Zone. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay with excellent service! The photos don't do the house justice... everything is very well maintained, clean, and functional. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an outdoor camper (without a bathroom). In my opinion, the house is comfortable for 8 adults (and several children). The host took care of welcoming us, pays close attention to detail, and gave us excellent recommendations. They are strict about noise after 8:00 pm and about taking care of the house (this keeps it in good condition). Would definitely stay here again!

Rodrigos house was amazing - such a beautiful home! We wanted to do something nice for my moms 50th & we decided on Rodrigos property, it was super clean and he was extremely communicative we felt so welcomed during our time there. We had a hurricane scheduled to land during our visit and our flight was delayed 6 hours normally check out is at 11am Rodrigo was super kinda in allowing us to extend our check out to 5pm at no additional cost. I would recommend Rodrigo's home to anyone for their visit to Mazatlan! :)

It's perfect, absolutely comfortable. The beds are wonderful, as are the pillows. The pool, although small, is perfect for the purposes you use it for. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the RV is a real experience and an added perk. It's literally my go-to place when I visit Mazatlán. One special recommendation, which has nothing to do with the house: be careful during the rainy season—half the city floods, and it becomes a total mess.

The place is beautiful! I liked that it was walking distance to the bars. Just keep in mind that is not close to the downtown but still a great location. The pool is amazing. All the gate employees are very friendly.

This is a very nice and spacious house for a large group. We had 14 and 2 did have to sleep in the living room and 2 slept in a travel trailer parked outside, so the house really works best for 10 or fewer. It has a really nice outdoor soaking pool. It is inside a gated community and quiet at night. It is a bit far from the Malecón area, like 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Gregorio is attentive and Yareli came in for a few hours each day to keep things clean around the premises. She is very nice.

My group of friends and I had a blast and will be definitely booking with Rodrigo again. The bars and most popular clubs are super close to the house. The neighborhood is pretty calm and we felt safe since it was a gated community. Gregorio accommodated the check in and out to our schedule made it quick and smooth. The house is exactly like the pictures.
