Alan was an amazing host. This property is truly breathtaking and the pictures dont do it justice. Alan was a SUPER host. He booked massages and chef services upon our request. Helped us with check in when we arrived earlier than expected. Ensured we had hot water and house supplies + was super responsive to all our needs. There are a LOT of stairs and floors i this property and each one was perfect and I will come back to this airbnb if I have another large group visiting for the weekend. The bonus is the kitty cat she is super friendly. Thanks again Alan!

Alan and his house managers were absolutely incredible, so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We had a private chef night and the food was out of this world. The home itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and offers stunning views. Every detail shows care and thoughtfulness. The team was responsive, caring, and made us feel right at home. We celebrated a 35th birthday here with my family of 10, and it was truly unforgettable. This house accommodates everyone comfortably while still feeling luxurious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing getaway.

Alan’s place was the perfect home to celebrate my bachelorette weekend. We loved that each girl could have their own restroom and bed to rest their head after a day full of site seeing. We enjoyed hearing the birds that are located on property in the morning while having our breakfast. The house manager was very helpful and cooked us a delicious breakfast during our stay with plenty of leftovers. Overall we would recommend this home for large groups looking for a beautiful place to relax during their vacation.

Amazing stay! Alan was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We opted to dine at the property for two meals, which were prepared by the housekeeper, Suzy, and both meals were delicious! Views were also gorgeous at every floor. We had a group of 10 people and it was the perfect amount of space.

We stayed at this listing for my bachelor party and it has plenty of space for the 10 people in our party, stores were close and a ton of Ubers are always nearby to get you anywhere in puerto Vallarta. House was very clean and Alan was very responsive to every question/issue i had and even accommodated the booking last minute due to a mistake i made at booking. Definitely recommend!

I went with this listing for 10 of my friends and I based on the reviews and everyone was correct. It was an incredibly comfortable stay for all of us. We each had our own en suite and the views and balcony access made our stay so calming. It's close enough to walk to restaurants or take short uber rides almost anywhere you'd want to go in town. Our time was short here but if we are ever in need to come back, we will seek this spot out for sure. The house managers were so helpful and kind and Alan was always responsive. Thank you so much for agreeing to accommodate our large group! We truly enjoyed our stay!

This was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Alan is the most accommodating and communicative host. The house is absolutely stunning and massive. The top floor has a beautiful balcony that has beautiful views and is a great place to watch the sunset and have a glass of wine. We had the house chef, Rosa, cook us breakfast and dinner and the food was delicious. We had a group of 12 and it was so convenient to have the meals at home and it was seriously SO YUMMY!! We couldn’t have asked for a better and more memorable stay and I will never stay anywhere else in Puerto Vallarta. We came for my bachelorette trip and all of us had such a good time using the pool, kitchen, gym, etc. the location is also a short uber to town. Our flight got delayed (and later cancelled) and Alan was accommodating and let us keep our bags at the house till we figured out our next steps & everyone was so kind and patient. I seriously cannot say enough about how incredible our weekend was here.

We celebrated my 40th birthday at Alan's home. We were a party of 9 (7 adults + 2 kids) and had more space than we could ever wish. The house is easy to find by uber/taxi and is very secure. The home looks better in person...the pictures don't do it justice. All rooms functioned as expected except one shower in one of the rooms didn't function properly. However, there were other bathrooms so we adjusted accordingly and didn't alert Alan or the house managers. We loved having the option of Rosa and team cooking authentic Mexican meals in the comfort of our home. We used Rosa twice for dinner and she's very very good! Food was the best Mexican I've had...and I've lived in Mexico. We really appreciated the house manager being available for nanny service. We used Carla for 6 hours to nanny our girls while the adults had adult time on another floor. We would definitely return to the house. It was just amazing!

Stunning views, gorgeously appointed, tasteful inside and out. We stayed for a week and had a lovely time. Ask about hiring the private chef: Carla, Susie, and Rosa cook some of the best food in Puerto Vallarta! The pictures don't do it justice, you really have to see it.

Beautiful place! 5 level home. clean. very spacious. Great for a family fo 12. a few areas, light fixtures weren't working, but Alan was very responsive. Carla is great, who lives separate bottom area. Safe. uber anywhere. we really enjoyed Alan's place. thanks for allowing us to experience it.

Wow! The place exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do this place justice. The views are beautiful, the house is very spacious with every room having its own bathroom. Alan was very communicative and made sure that we had no problem finding the house and had a smooth check in. The house manager, Carla, was so kind and gave us great recommendations for local food spots, beach clubs, and shops. It was very easy to get in touch with her if we needed anything and I really appreciated that. We also used Mrs.Rosa’s cooking service 3 times. I definitely recommend taking advantage of that because the food is amazing. All and all, the house is worth the stay and you’re not going to want to leave. (We’re already planning on coming back lol)

Great home, 5 flats and great for large groups

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a stunning house in Puerta Vallarta. There were nine of us and there was plenty of room (understatement) for us not to feel like we were on top of each other. This house is simply gorgeous from the time you drive up to the property, upon entering the gate where you see a spectacular front door, to the beautiful, art-filled interior of the home. All of the views (on various levels) were incredible. My favorite was the penthouse view. It was remarkable waking up looking over the lanai at the mountains directly in front of me and the ocean to the side of me. Even the cloudy days were beautiful from inside this home. My second favorite view was from the living room where I sat comfortably looking at the beautiful yellow butterflies hovering over one bush in the landscaping. The koi pond, the waterfall, and the beautiful birds – it all added to the ambiance of this home and made this an amazing experience. Carla is a wonderful property manag

This home was absolutely amazing. The home is even more spectacular than the pictures, the views & property are breathtaking, the rooms are gorgeous, the amenities were top notch, & there are plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. Alan, his husband, & the house manager were amazing at communication & assisting us in any way we needed. They were very kind, generous, & accommodating. We were very grateful for their assistance with our grocery shopping for the weekend. At my request they catered a small welcome reception for my guests. The house chef, Rosa, was AMAZING. In fact, out of every meal we had and every fancy restaurant we went to, Rosa's meal was my most favorite of our entire food experience. I highly recommend utilizing her when you stay here. I have stayed in many AirBnB's all over the world. This home & the family (& pets!) who oversees the property and guest experience was by far the best AirBnB I have ever stayed in. Thank you for a memorable & comfortable vacation!

Stayed with family and friends and we all loved it we were treated amazing especially the house manager Karla who treated us with respect and care. I hope to return sometime to this beautiful home. We had such a wonderful time at Alan’s home. It was exactly like the pictures and even better views then expected. We were greeted by the house manager upon arriving and Carla was a delight she was super helpful and very friendly. Once the AC was on it cooled off almost immediately and stayed nice and cold our entire stay. We opted to have a chef come and she was also a delight and provided an amazing authentic Mexican breakfast. The rooms are big and all have ensuites. Great place definitely recommend

We had such an amazing stay. There was 8 of us for a birthday trip, PLENTY of room for everyone and then some. The view from the penthouse room is insane, and the housekeeper was very attentive and always went above and beyond for us. I would definitely stay here again.

I’m not one to write reviews, but this Airbnb deserves it. I want to start off by saying Alan and his team were amazing; they were very professional and courteous since our arrival. As soon as we arrived, Ausel was waiting for us to greet us and give us our keys. He was very polite and gave us a tour of the whole home. Keep in mind this is a 5-story home, so there is going to be a lot of stairs to climb, but it’s worth it, trust me. Make sure to ask Alan about additional services such as a private chef during your stay. We hired Doña Rosa to cook breakfast during our stay and the food was exquisite. If you really like authentic Mexican food, make sure to give Doña Rosa a try. We also had Karla, the property manager, available for us whenever we had a question or any problems around the house. She really made us feel at home. She was very welcoming and gave us many suggestions of places where we can go visit. Give this place a shot, you won’t regret it. The views are spectacular

I stayed here with a group of 8 friends, it’s a beautiful home filled with art and had plenty of space for all of us. The house also has beautiful views of the entire city from the balcony and throughout the house. The host was also extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and come back next time!

Alan was a great host- very friendly, responsive, and helpful! The house feels larger and more spacious than the pictures show and everything was clean and comfortable! This was perfect for our group of 8 people. For our stay we mostly used Uber/Taxis to get around, which are convenient and short rides. I wouldn’t consider the location “walkable” but maybe some more adventurous people would. Overall it was a great stay, especially for a larger group, for which I feel larger accommodations are more difficult to find. I would definitely recommend staying here, thank you Alan!

This was truly one of the BEST Airbnbs I've stayed at. Our group of 7 stayed here for my bachelorette, and each of us had such a fun and wonderful time. The place already looks stunning in the listing photos, but when we saw it in person, we were all blown away. Upon arriving, we were warmly welcomed by Ausel along with two gorgeous macaws and a marvelous bird cage with more beautiful birds. The inside of the house was spacious, stylish, and immaculately clean (which was impressive given the size). Everyone slept comfortably in their own beds/rooms and had their own bathrooms. The neighborhood felt VERY safe, and the house felt like our own private oasis. Alan and his husband were very accommodating and flexible with our schedule and requests throughout the weekend. Their home is a very special place and, as accurately described in the listing, truly a stunning masterpiece. 11/10 would recommend. Thank you, Alan & Ausel, for making my bachelorette weekend extra special & unforgettable!

This was by far the best AirBnB experience I have ever had. Alan and his husband were the most welcoming hosts, staying in communication with us and personally greeting our group and giving us a tour when we arrived. The house is absolutely stunning, with incredible views, beautiful art and sculptures everywhere, 4 full service spread amongst the 5.5 floors, gorgeous terraces and so much more. Our group of 10 was more than comfortable and everyone had their own bathrooms and plenty of privacy. The location also worked out very well, you felt like you lived in PV vs. being a tourist - one heads-up if you plan on walking to the beach/boardwalk/downtown, there are steep hills to get up to the home so I recommend comfortable shoes. If you don’t feel like walking, Ubers were super easy to get. As I said, this was the best experience and most beautiful Airbnb I’ve had the pleasure of staying at and highly recommend anyone visiting with a group check it out - 10/10!

Having read many reviews about the architecture of the house, I was not surprised how beautiful it was or how it easily accommodated a large group with many private rooms and decks on multiple levels, and a spacious main floor where 12 people could comfortably be together to cook, eat and be together when desired. I was surprised by the extent of the flora and fauna; beautiful lush gardens, healthy plants everywhere, parakeets, macaws, Coi, a large fish tank. These all require extra care so they’re fairly unusual for a rental property, but along with the beautiful artwork, they added a lot of character and warmth to the home. Our host, Alan, is a genuinely nice person. He was very helpful in getting us set up for our stay and always available with answers to our questions or local recommendations, but also relaxed and never intrusive. We loved the Casa Encantadora and hope to be back!

Alan's home was beautiful and knocked it out of the park. It was a great oasis in the hills with incredible views, but a close walk or drive to the downtown of PV was always there. Alan was around and was very friendly and helped us with any issues we ran into, or any questions we had. He also cooked us a delicious meal one of the nights we decided to stay in the house. Would be happy to return anytime!

Casa Encantadora was absolutely beautiful! The whole house was so peaceful and clean shared this house with 4 people and everyone had their own space. Each level was laid out beautifully. The penthouse suite was absolutely stunning the views were incredible. Alan and Ausel were incredible hosts and very responsive to our needs during our stay. Our group really enjoyed our stay at Alan's house. The property and views are amazing. The house matched exactly to what we saw on site. Alan was very responsive if we had any questions. Added bonus there are two amazing macaws on property. We checked into the house on Christmas day, and Alan and his partner prepared a meal that was absolutely delicious. I recently came to PVR for my boyfriend’s birthday with a group of friends and had the most wonderful time in this city. Part of what made this trip so memorable was this Airbnb. I can’t express enough how nice this house is. The place is huge! The top floor penthouse is practically its own airbnb which allowed for plenty of privacy. There were also plenty of common spaces throughout the home to enjoy with friends as well. Our host Alan was the absolute most attentive and inviting host I have ever encountered through this app. He even went out of his way to find my boyfriend’s favorite cake so I could keep it a secret! If you are thinking about booking this airbnb please do yourself a favor and do it!! You will not regret it.

I traveled with friends for a relaxing weekend in PVR. the house was great! Each room was spacious with an attached bathroom. we never felt as though we were on top of each other. The location is close to restaurants but sits on a hill so we took a lot of Ubers, most Uber rides were 10-15 minutes. The hill provides great views that can be enjoyed by sitting on a big balcony on the top floor

This is a 5 story house with some amazing views. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. I stayed here with 9 guys and we had a blast and were very comfortable. Why I loved this place (no particular order): a) Can make a lot of noise without getting a noise complaint b) 10min Uber/ $5 USD to get into town. c) each room was massive and had its own bathroom d) place was so big you could get lost e) really nice art work everywhere d) cheaper than staying at most other listings in PV e) host is an American and I think even lives next door f) there was a koi pond and 2 parrots on site g) the pool is nice and deep e) there a bunch of balconies f) pent house room on the top floor was amazing g) there was an AC unit in each room h) beds were comfortable i) there’s like 3 kitchens with refrigerators in the house j) water was warm for showers k) host was easy to deal with

Immediately everyone in our group said, "the pictures don't do it justice." It's a very beautiful home, beautifully decorated, with plenty of space, amenities & best of all -- amazing views. It's also just a quick 5-10 minute Uber away from anywhere you wanted to go. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind and accessible as well; Alan the host was so great at communication, and flexible about our check in since we had a group arriving early. He even arranged for us to be greeted with margaritas. Anai & her son who live on they property in a separate home were also so helpful & kind whenever we needed them or had any questions. It was really a lovely stay and we were sad to leave. Already thinking of the next trip we can take to stay here!!

Alan's home is absolutely stunning. The different floors along with the views of Puerto Vallarta make for a luxurious experience. Additionally, Anai and her son who help upkeep the house are extremely friendly, courteous, respectful and always available to help when needed. We requested Anai to make a meal for the group (for a small fee of course) twice during our vacation and the food was delicious. She truly is a gem and is always happy to help when asked. All of the AC's work efficiently and keep the rooms cool. The common areas also have air conditioning, with the exception of the hallway on the 2nd floor where the majority of the rooms are located, however the air flow from the rooms keep this area relatively cool as well. The penthouse on the top floor is literally a space of it's own. Absolutely gorgeous! The location is up in the hills due to the size of the home but it is a quick 10 min drive to town. Ubers are accessible and affordable. I would love to stay here again!

Amazing place, very beautiful and functional. A lot of space and privacy, even for a big group. Tastefully furnished and with everything you need. The views from the place are great and it is quiet and isolated. It is a bit far from the beach and restaurant, so be ready for a 15-10 min walk or an easy Uber drive. Communication with the Host (Alan) was easy and fast.

Excellent location and very good layout of the house

This house is gorgeous and spacious with the pictures accurately reflecting the space. We had a group of 11 and this space comfortably slept all of us. We asked Anai, the house manager, to cook us a dinner and a few breakfasts. She did a great job and welcomed us with margaritas at check in. The house is on top of a hill so it is a climb, but that’s how you are able to get such beautiful views, especially at sunset. Alan was a very quick responder and I felt very at ease in communication with him.

Anai and Saoul the property managers were there to show us everything we needed and answered all the questions. Those two take such pride in the beautiful gardens and upkeep of this spectacular home. They were both so nice, attentive and there when ever we had any questions or needed anything. Thank you so much for everything Alan! Next time I’m in puerto Vallarta I would love to stay here again! A Super Property. Mega Huge. All facilities. A great central location. A breathtaking view of the city. The check-in and reception were very easy. The service staff (Anahi and her son) are excellent. Breakfast, everything's great. Highly recommended for your stay in Vallarta.

Great place with tons of space. Game floor and mini gym. Pool was a bit small but very nice. Master suite on the top floor is incredible.

Where do I start! I’ll start off by saying the pictures do not even come close to how awesome this house is! Just when you think it can’t get possibly better it did! It was worth every penny! Awesome location and amazing views as well. The host is terrific, he answers all your questions and helps you with anything you ask. Me and my group of 9 had an amazing time and also I want to give anai a big thank you as well. If you happen to stay here and you want to have some awesome cooking ask anai! She cooked us some amazinggggg meals and handmade tortillas and her hospitality was awesome as well. 10/10 experience. Thank you alan for letting us stay at your air bnb! Also the location is pretty close to downtown as well. Ubers we’re really cheap to get to and from the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Alan’s. We were on a family vacation which included 8 adults and four children ages 6 yrs to 6 months old. The space was excellent and accommodated us very well. The top floor balcony was our favourite with amazing views any time of day. The amenities are superb and the heated swimming pool was enjoyed by all. Anai and Saul treated us like their family, ensuring our needs were always met. They offered to go to the market for us, checked with us every day and tidied up daily. We appreciated the access to the laundry facilities. We are very happy that we took advantage of the opportunity to have Anai prepare some meals for us. They were amazing and we were able to enjoy them all seated around one table. It was great family time. The outdoor space is like a park and very well taken care of. The children especially enjoyed the birds and the fish pond. Uber served us best for transportation. We highly recommend this place.

Alan’s Airbnb was very impressive! It had great views on every floor! Very spacious, with multiple kitchens. All the couples loved that each room had its own full bathroom. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Anai and her son Saul who spoke English. They were very friendly and warm as they served us welcome margaritas. They showed us around and was always of assistance, such as arranging airport shuttle for us. A great service they offered for a fair price was cooking lunch for us which was served on the immaculate top floor patio. Anai was sweet for sharing an authentic mole dish with us. Her son made one of the best guacamole & salsa! We would love to stay here again if visiting PV with a large group. Keep in mind that in order to have the spectacular open views along the hill, that it will take 5 minutes to drive down the to town. Uber was easily available& only cost $3USD. We used Las Vistas condominiums next door as an easy landmark for pick ups. Alan’s home is highly recommended!!

I can't say enough good things about the property and our stay. The house itself is STUNNING. Like others have stated we had no issues getting ubers & it was so inexpensive. The house was in close proximity to the beach, where we walked to a couple of times. I do recommend taking an uber back to the property, walking up the hill reminded us how out of shape we were lol. Anai the house manager was so sweet and Helpful during our stay, she made us an amazing dinner one of the nights. Alan was very helpful and responsive, before and during our stay. The property was very clean & the AC worked great! I would definitely recommend this property.

This home is beyond immaculate. We had no issues calling ubers but also a driver was recommended to us who was more than responsive . I came with 8 guest and there was more than enough room for the entire party. The house manager prepared a meal which was amazing! Alan was beyond responsive and helpful also before the trip and during! Overall the house was amazing and very close to popular areas ( I. romantic zone ). I would definitely recommend his home for anyone looking for a place in PV.

The residence is much nicer than the photos, the cleanliness is in all the spaces of the house and that makes the house even more comfortable. Our group was very happy to have spent a few days at Casa Encantadora, having all the privacy and at the same time the space to spend time together and enjoy the beautiful views offered from the rooms of the house. The attention that Anaí and Saul gave us was great and it is a plus service offered by the house, always attentive to make our stay more comfortable. If you're going to Vallarta in a group, this is the best place to stay.

This house has many very clean and pleasant spaces, the area is quiet and the hosts check every detail to make the stay very comfortable for my family, thanks Alan, Anahi and Saúl... Looking forward to it

this was the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in Puerto Vallarta. The location was extremely close to the beach and there was many great restaurants to go eat nearby. Alan and Anai were helpful and communicative. highly recommend this location if you are looking for and amazing experience!

First off Alan is simply amazing!! I booked a couple months in advance and he was super helpful all throughout those couple month leading up to my stay and all through my stay🥰 Now the place!! As gorgeous as the picture are the picture do not do this place justice!! We just kept discovering things and different floors and it’s just incredibly gorgeous and everyone in my group totally loved it and I kept getting praises for picking this spot! Next time I’m in PV I am booking again no doubt!!!!! Loved my stay🥰!!!

Views were nice, house manager was responsive. Lots of unique spaces to hang out. The steep unpaved road might be difficult to get up to for some cars. Location is generally a $4 USD ride to the Zona Romantica.

Stayed in PV for an extended trip and this house was incredible! Check-in was a breeze and we were greeted by the house manager as well as prompt communications from Alan. Our group of 6 guests chose to have the house manager Anai cook 3 meals/day for us, which turned out to be some of the best food we ate during our stay (including a special request to make flan!) Because our group was partially working during our 2-week stay, we required fast internet and dedicated workspaces, both of which requirements were met. I can't say enough good things about Anai and her son being helpful, supportive, and tremendous cooks. They really helped make this place feel like home away from home, and even helped us learn Spanish :) This house is very private, and at higher elevation so if you're open to a 20 minute walk into the city, it's completely do-able, albeit steep. An uber costs about 2 dollars USD. We DID NOT NEED our rental car! Looking forward to returning to PV and this house!

The house is very nice, very spacious, equipped and clean, plenty of spaces to rest or relax with excellent views!! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, the best option to stay, highly recommended!!!

Alan's home in PV is absolutely amazing. The pictures are accurate and the views are even better to see in person. House manager Anai and Saoul went above and beyond to ensure our stay was warm and welcoming. We were greeted by house margaritas one day and homemade breakfast the next. My group and I were pleasantly surprised at all of the effort made. If we needed anything Anai was available via phone call and would respond quickly. PV is a beautiful place to explore and Alan's home and hospitality made the trip even better.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Anai (the house manager) and her son were amazing, they replied and catered to our every need. Each morning she was there ready to to clean, absolutely amazing… she goes above and beyond. The house was everything we expected and more. View was spectacular, decor was amazing, cleanliness was impeccable and the location was perfect. The pictures on the website was great but trust me, In person you will be blown away. Myself and my party felt safe and we recommend this house for a great authentic stay in PVR.

Alan’s home is amazing and incredibly spacious if you have a large group. We were a group of 10 and everyone had their own space in the 5 bedrooms each with private bathrooms and great Wi-Fi speeds in all the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the a/c worked extremely well in every room. The views from the rooftop are incredible! Any issue we had Alan was very quick to respond and fix promptly. Our group also felt very secure in this home. We had a rental car so getting to the home was no issue, just be prepared for some steep hills. UberEats was very easy to order and came right to the door. Anai and her son were available to us at all times and really made us feel at home. They helped out a lot with any questions or anything we needed! We look forward to visiting Puerto Vallarta again!

Our stay at Alan’s home was fantastic. It was off to a great start. Check in was a breeze which is great after a long day of travel. The pool, gym and rooms were perfect. Love the attention to detail and decorations throughout the house. It’s on a hillside so walking down to the beach can be a hike but there are plenty of Ubers/taxis. Anai was very accommodating and helped us buy a cake as we were celebrating a birthday. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in PV.

We had the best time staying at this beautiful home! Alan was an awesome host accommodating us with everything we needed and asked for. We had great communication and he made checking in and out very easy. Alan’s helper Anai was so nice and helpful as well. As for the house its even more beautiful in person. Since it sits high up on a hill it has the most amazing views of of Puerto Vallarta. It has 5 floors which was more than enough room for our party of 9. It has multiple living areas with multiple kitchens and every floor has at least 1 bathroom. Seriously this house is huge you can really get lost in there. The top penthouse suite is ridiculously large and could be its own apartment with a huge balcony and prime views so whoever gets that room is going to be amazed. The bottom floor has a nice game room / gym and connects to the pool which has a waterfall. It’s hard to describe how nice it is you really just have to see it for yourself. Alan really paid attention to the small things as well like having the bathrooms fully stocked with towels, tp, soap etc AND wifi hub on every level so we had no problems with internet connections. PV gets real hot and humid and all rooms and bedrooms had air conditioning. I would definitely recommend this place for large groups. The only cons were location since your way back up on a hill you are not walking distance to anything but its a short and cheap Uber ride to the beaches and shops. We did get a lot of cancelled Uber rides (not sure why) so just make sure to request them early or have a taxi service number ready in case you get desperate. Alan did help with setting up rides to and from the airport so that was not a problem.

Casa Encantadora is so beautiful! The views are breathtaking and we loved waking up to them every morning. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Every floor has its charm. The gardens out front are calming and beautiful, full of butterflies. There are parakeets and macaws to see. This is the most gorgeous, unforgettable house we have ever stayed in. We can’t wait to stay again soon! The host were so kind and helpful throughout the whole stay. We arrived to delicious special Margaritas on our first day! Thank you so much Alan, Ausel, Anai, and Saoul.! All of you made our stay unforgettable.

Alan was an absolutely amazing host. Very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for our trip. The house looks even better than the pictures do, if you can even believe that. Every room was immaculate, the views were STUNNING, and we were even greeted with margaritas from the house manager Anai when we arrived. Anai and her son were a joy to have there and were available to help in case we needed anything. Alan would periodically check in with me to make sure everything was going well or if we needed anything during the stay. A five-star experience from start to finish, and I hope I’m able to stay here again on a future trip.

The house is AMAZING! The photos don't do it justice. I stayed on the top floor (what I called the penthouse), has the most incredible views (day & night) I have ever seen. If you're on the property at specific times, the sunset & sunrise views were beautiful. The service provided by your host Alan was the best. Our group had no issues communicating and making our check in - during - checkout a breeze + they gave us the option of a cleaning service (Anai - our new best friend) every morning. This made our cleaning responsibility a piece of cake at check out time. Every room in the house is up to par and everything worked + top notch AC units throughout the house making the stay that much conformable (it was hot & humid) during our August visit. I do recommend getting the exact information for taxi/uber/food delivery, but other than that, I rank our stay a 10 out of 10 and I plan to stay here once again on my next visit!

Alan is a great person and an amazing host he will always answer all of our questions and stayed in communication the whole time before and during our stay. Alan is a very trustable person and I honestly consider him a good friend. Anaí and her son Saoul are so helpful and very attentive she took good care of all of us during our stay. Anaí cooking is amazing I strongly recommend her services during your stay. The house is just AWESOME better that the pictures you see on the website. The views are just like a dream come true just gorgeous. Every floor has its own unique warm welcome personality that makes the house more enjoyable. The house it self it’s a piece of art with beautiful architectural design with brilliant indoor/outdoor living and is thoughtfully furnished and very well decorated. Location is fantastic 8-10 minutes Uber ride to pretty much any where you want to go. El Malecon, downtown Puerto Vallarta, Zona Romántica and pretty much any beach Puerto Vallarta. Alan I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you and your family for everything and for a wonderful stay. We will definitely come again.

July 26, I woke up in my own house and realized my dream was over. I found Alan’s palace and thought wow this is to good to be true since I was able to book it in short hours notice of having to check into a home. Alan met us at the front door with a great smile and an amazing personality he made us feel like family greeting us at their front door when you visit. Alan’s palace will be one of the best places if not the best place to stay at in Puerto Vallarta. This was the 6th time we visited Puerto Vallarta and this amazing palace is hands down the best of all 6, actually none of them came close to being as nice to Alan’s palace. Every single floor of 5 are so well decorated and furnished you can enjoy yourself with your love ones every single day of your stay. The lucky couple who stays in the Pen House on the fifth floor will have an un forgettable honeymoon experience. Alan’s place can be for a big family vacationing or a few couples vacationing together. You will not Regret staying in Alan’s place, Money we’ll spend 100%. I will definitely be staying there the next time we come to Puerto Vallarta!!!

Where do I begin! The pictures do not do justice to Alan’s beautiful home! I came with my family, total of 12 and we each enjoyed a different section of the house. Plenty of room to have private moments or come together as a family for dinner in 1 of 4 kitchens. If you’re an early bird, you can sit and watch the sunrise come up over the mountains from the penthouse patio! Or enjoy the sunset over the ocean horizon. You can spend some time in the pool located in the lower floor, with water coming down from the vines. Take pictures around their amazing garden. Alan is very responsive, we booked last minute and he made accommodations. Anai took care of us whenever we had questions or needed something. The home is located on a hill over looking Puerto Vallarta. You can take a quick 5-10 min uber to Playa de Camarones or El Malacon. Great location, at night it’s peaceful! Would definitely book again and I highly recommend.
