Great place to stay! Very well located

Great spot, Abraham was easy to reach if there was a problem. The only negative there were no eating utensils or items to prep food like cutting knives, wine opener etc.

The location is on the marina, with a nice view of the water and easy access to the Puerto Cancún shopping complex. Nice restaurants and stores are there. Abraham responded quickly to all messages and requests. He was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is very spacious, nicely furnished and appointed, and stocked with essentials. The stay at Abraham‘s place was excellent, and I found it to be very good value. It has my strong recommendation.

Abraham was such a gracious host, we had the basics required in the well maintained unit and were able to use all the amazing amenities of the complex. (Would be nice to have refills for toiletries for longer stays). Truly a gorgeous area of Cancun; away from the wild night life with still great restaurants and convenient to Uber to different places. I can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed 1 month in Abraham's apartment my husband, my daughters and me. And we had a great time! The mall is walking 3 min away. Super well located. The facilities are very comfortable, 2 swimming pools, the super complete gym, the gym is super complete, and the building is very clean! The first day we had an issue with the A/C but Abraham was very proactive and sent us who would check it out as soon as possible. We didn't have any inconveniences again. We loved the stay and would be happy again in the future ☺️

The property was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great - it was in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the action in the city. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay in Puerto Cancun. The apartment was exactly like the pictures, the location was amazing and the communication with Abraham was great. The security guards was also very friendly and the whole vibe of the place is great. The gym and padel court are in good shape and the pool was amazing. 5 stars :) thank you!

Highly recommend Abraham place. Easy check in, safe and secure building and area. Great view with a lot of amenities. Convenient to access the mall next door and the restaurants just steps away from his location.

Loved the stay here! Condo is located in a really good area and is well guarded. Right next door is a plaza with great stores and restaurants all at a walking distance. Definitely recommend this place!
