The house is wonderful, and the team was always attentive

Super nice, clean house, very close to downtown. It is located in a very nice area where you can walk around peacefully, and check-in was very easy. Golf course view, pool with a very good temperature, 10 minutes by car from downtown San Miguel. The host was friendly and responsive to my messages at all times. I will be back soon.

Everything was great, except that the hot tub wasn't hot on the first night, and since we were going to a wedding, we couldn't use it. There is nothing in the house, not even ice. So, bring everything.

The house is located in a very nice, safe area, and a short drive from downtown. The house is beautiful; its design, with spacious areas, makes it perfect for family time. The place is very clean, and it has all the essentials of very good quality. The pool and hot tub are excellent!! The water was perfectly warm for us to enjoy; they provided us with excellent service, and they are available at all times with kindness and excellent service.

The house is perfect for living with a large group. Long tables, enough chairs, lots of full bathrooms, enough dishes and glasses for everyone. It is very nice, the view is beautiful, the subdivision is quiet and safe. It feels like it's on the outskirts, but it's 5-7 minutes from the house to downtown San Miguel. The heated pool was amazing, even on such cold days we were able to enjoy it. It is impeccable and the staff is very friendly and approachable. Worth the price.

The house is very large and perfect to enjoy with the family. The spaces are spacious and comfortable, ideal for living together and resting. The development is spectacular, located within a golf course that offers incredible views and a very quiet atmosphere. The service was excellent: they always responded immediately to messages and were attentive to help with everything we needed. The daily cleaning was a great plus and they really go out of their way to make the stay comfortable and worry-free. Definitely a totally recommended place.

Delicious pool temperature 🤩 the jacuzzi maybe a little hotter because it stayed at 34 degrees but it was still nice. Excellent accommodation, super equipped kitchen and of course we would return 😊

My family and I had an incredible vacation at Santiago's place, the house has everything you need to relax and unwind, every detail in the house is impeccable with a modern design. The pool and jacuzzi are heated so you can enjoy the outdoors and the views. For shopping, there are supermarkets about a 10-minute drive away and downtown San Miguel about 15 minutes away. From the moment of booking, Santiago was attentive to all our questions with effective answers, and when we arrived in Athens he was always attentive. There are no drawbacks to booking this place again, my family and I highly recommend it!

The house is spacious and has what the description says. It's amazing to be in the pool and see the golfers passing by. The TVs have internet and are smart, the Wi-Fi is very fast, and communication is quick. Visiting the Ocasa house is well worth it for a large family, and you don't have to worry about anything.

My family and I were very happy celebrating new year at Casa del Ocaso, Santiago helped us contact a local chef for dinner and it was delicious. Both the house and its view are beautiful. The staff is very attentive and open to help with anything possible. Very pleasant family stay in San Miguel, 100% recommended!

We had a great time! House is really beautiful, jacuzzi was not working but very quick Atenas helped us to fix it. The pool is great and the house is located very near to San Miguel downtown, 10 min from a supermarket and vineyards.

Our stay was great! The house was large enough for our family and easily accommodated our needs. It was very clean with new appointments and daily housekeeping. It was not too far from town just a cab ride away with about a 10-12 min wait for pick up. The area was private in a gated community with a security guard. Very peaceful!

This house was incredible! Santiago and Atenas were all so helpful all week and were very responsive when we had requests. They were even able to connect us with a chef to cook for us one day! House is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub was a hit. Only negative is it’s a hike from town and taxis don’t come by since it’s in a gated community, but we had a driver service from previous SMA visits so it wasn’t a big issue. About a 10 minute/100 peso ride into the city! Would absolutely stay here again! Gracias!

Excellent house, super new, nice finishes, hot jacuzzi and very spacious rooms. Highly recommended in Club Ventanas if you are going to play golf or as a family.

The property is very safe, as shown in the photographs. We had good communication with the hosts from before arrival and they were always attentive to our stay. If it's your first time going to San Miguel de Allende, they give you suggestions on what to do, where to eat and other activities during your stay.

The house is very nice. The spaces for socializing are excellent and there are quite a few: the living room, the dining room, the table outside by the pool, and the small room near the jacuzzi. The bedrooms are very cozy and a good size, each with its own full bathroom. There are more bathrooms; in the area downstairs and upstairs on the roof. The furniture is nice. Everything is new. The super well equipped kitchen. Very nice dishes, glasses, cups, thermos for the pool… EVERYTHING FOR 12 people (as offered with the house). Communication was excellent. They were always looking out for us. We ask for help with cooking and cleaning every day. Alberta helped us; always with excellent willingness and attention. 10 minutes from downtown San Miguel de Allende. Very well located. The development is nice and the house has a very nice view of the golf course. Without a doubt, an excellent option to spend a few wonderful days with family or friends. Thank you Santiago.

We had an amazing stay.Ari was awesome and helpful. She was kind enough to arrange our transportation to and from the airport which made everything so convenient. She communicated very well and was very responsive to all my questions and gave us so much information we needed. the home was absolutely beautiful and perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. We highly recommend this place. You will need transportation to and from the center or anywhere. Taxi was $4-$5 usd. Wonderful place.thank you again Ari for all your help.
