It's a beautiful house, the layout is excellent and all the details are great. The jacuzzi, the pool and the super nice gardens. It was what we enjoyed the most. We'll be back for sure

In general, the staff in charge of the service is quite attentive and helpful. There were no problems checking in or checking out. I recommend the place. Just to mention that the pool is communal, but easily accessible.

An excellent Airbnb to rest and clear your mind. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. Definitely a place we'll recommend. The jacuzzi and pool are very well maintained. We just wished we could have brought our dogs.

Some mandatory charges that are reported until the reservation was made. The jacuzzi after the first day was with the water quite dirty and smelly. Outside of that the place is beautiful and in good condition

It is a normal house, with everything you need for the stay. The pool is separate from the house and the cost of heating it is very high. I know it is specified but we did not pay for it because we did not use it. The jacuzzi and that area is nice for breakfast or to be there. It is a recommended house to rest and buy everything before entering. The cleaning service imposed of 450 per day for having a lady from 9 to 5 is unnecessary and having someone else there every day did not seem like good taste, If there are people who want that service, it should be optional, since I suppose they do it to take care of the house, but in reality there is nothing luxurious. It is a normal house that should cost less since it is far away. I would not return, I would look for another option for the price-quality ratio, even if the cost is higher, but they do not impose extra forced expenses as many houses in the area do, which includes everything.

We booked urgently upon arrival in Valle de Bravo (we were scammed with the page "valledebravovacationhomes", IT IS A SCAM) and we booked with Sharon, who responded instantly and we were able to stay immediately. The house is totally worth it, we loved the tranquility and privacy of the place, as well as the jacuzzi that no matter how cold it is, you can enjoy it even at night, we loved the cabin type house and its fireplace... the area in which it is located is very quiet and beautiful surrounded by nature, we had an excellent weekend despite the bad taste we suffered on arrival. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay at this house again! The service from both Sharon and José was excellent!!!

The place is beautiful, the house is very nice, comfortable , practical. For wear and tear, they give it to a company that manages the property and they charge you incorrectly, such as paying to the Mr. who opens, or the use of a jacuzzi, etc., etc., the beautiful house is sorry for the admiration. And as they are invited to wash the sheets and alg7nas are stained and uncomfortable a little. I wish the grief can see the post thank you,

We had a pleasant stay, the house is very spacious and beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and impeccable and impeccable, the jacuzzi new, clean, very comfortable terrace, the fireplace in the living room works perfectly. The house is close to the restaurant area of Avandaro but far enough away to have calm and quiet. The decor is also beautiful, true to the photos.

This home was so comfortable for my family and the kids loved the playground. We felt right at home and the cooking cleaning service was amazing I highly recommend hiring her for a few days. Everything was wonderful.

The house is very good, although the garden and pool are shared with 2 other houses. In addition, the cost is high compared to what you get, as well as additional costs such as the pool, jacuzzi and expensive service
