Perfect spot for a vacation with a walk to the beach. The staff at the private residence area is very friendly. The house came with so many things for the beach and equipped to have fun there as well. Excited to come back yearly. Felt safe at all times and well taken care of.

Had everything we needed from the kitchen, outdoor fun, beach stuff and more.

This is a great house, in a great location. easy walk to both pool & beach ....will definitely be back. The only recommendation I would give would be add an outside gas grill. We used the fire grill and it worked great, but it takes a while to get coals to cook on.

Beautiful home! Very short walking distance to the beach. House is fully equipped in the kitchen as well as for the beach with kayaks, chairs, pop ups, towels, beach toys and even a cart to pull items! Hosts were very friendly and responsive . Only downside is 10pm noise cutoff lol 10pm is early for vacation! Had to settle down some of my guests lol

It was really nice and huge and had lots of things we could use that they had.

Loved the place. The kayaks and sand toys was a great bonus for our family/grandkids. Room enough for everyone to sleep and gather as a family. Also great to have 2nd fudge in garage

The home was spacious and clean. It was everything we wanted and my family had a great time. I felt very safe the entire time especially with the security at the gates. Short walk to the beach was convenient, would definitely stay again. The host is friendly and very responsive.

This is probably one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever booked, the house was beautiful and extremely comfortable, the beach and pool were walkable distance, also the place was fully equipped for our trip to the beach, for game nights and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. I highly recommend staying here if you wanna feel at home and enjoy your vacation at a 100%. Staff from the area are very kind and they make you feel safe.

This house has it all. Everything you need and more is in this house. Clean, lots of entertainment. There was 12 of us and never felt crowded. It's a walk to the beach and the pool but they have a cart for you to carry all your stuff, worth the walk. Felt safe all the time. All the security was friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here, worth the price.

What a wonderful home. All of us were impressed by all the amenities this house has. You can tell Nestor is mindful of his guests’ needs; it’s the details that stand out! The home is walking distance to the beach and pool, which we all enjoyed. We will be booking this house next time we go to Rocky Point!

Great for large families! kitchen was well stocked with utensils and a perk was having a wagon for beach chairs and to carry our stuff!

Great! The house was amazing, it was clean and had all the necessities! Even had beach toys and carts, etc for when you walk down to the beach, which is only about a 5 min walk or less to the beach. The host was very responsive and including the people who work for “vacation in rocky point”. My family and I plan on staying here again. 10000/10 recommend.

This home is beautiful!! It had all the amenities to make our weekend trip great for the kids. It’s loaded with things to take to the beach and it’s a short walk to the beach. Easily one of the best homes in the Costa Diamante area. This house had it all! Beach towels, chairs, toys, games, etc. It was the perfect house for my family! We all enjoyed the amazing patios. The house was also extremely clean. Will definitely be back soon!

I recently stayed at this house with my family and parent-in-law and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the warmth and comfort of the home. What impressed me the most was how well-stocked the house was. It had everything we could possibly need, making our stay hassle-free and comfortable. It's evident that the hosts have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests' convenience. Now, let’s talk about the neighborhood – it's my favorite in town for a reason! It is quiet, safe and perfectly located with great access to the beach. I enjoyed leisurely strolls along the shore every morning, which was just a few minutes away. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay in a great location. Can't wait to return!

This was an amazing house, I loved all of the accommodations it had, the beds were very comfortable. The stairs in the back of the house, the grill, the patio, even the hammock made everything second at this stay special. Every room had a door leading to one of the patios. The upstairs view to the beach was better than I expected. And the sound of the beach was so relaxing. The host was super friendly and did everything to ease the process of the stay. I look forward to staying at Casa Flora again, would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Great house has everything and more for a good vacation. The area was very safe and guards always available if you need anything like a taxi. The house has great entertainment everything you can think of for the beach, overall great place would definitely stay here again.

beautiful home but wish check in would've been earlier. The price we paid for one day didn't equal the time we were able to spend at the house. we had a baby and it was extremely hot for us to sit outside and wait to check in at 4pm.

Great stay for a family of 8. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, convenient, safe and overall a wonderful experience.

This home was well stocked, the AC was cold, the balcony and porch had lots of comfortable seating. Ping pong table inside the garage was a blast for the kids.

We had 13 in our party and this house was perfect inside and out. It came stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Beds were super comfy and the patio area was awesome. We will definitely stay here again.

Location was much better than advertised, solid place. Was concerned about distance from beach and security in a house vs a hotel, and was impressed by how close and secure the location was. Definitely would love to return in a future trip.

Fantastic property in a peaceful location with all of the amenities and close to the beach. Great communications, aways responsive and very flexible/understanding accommodating some changes I had to make to our reservation due to a medical issue. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

5 stars! Greetings from Phoenix. This was an absolute beautiful home in a lovely area a very short walk to the soft sand beach. Very clean house, nice showers, very comfortable beds, such gorgeous view and comfortable deck furniture to gather, relax and/or nap. We loved that it was not a high rise but small collection of beautiful private homes. The family members who could not join our holiday week at this home were very sad after seeing our beautiful photos. Enjoy making family meals at the home or a short drive from Mare Blu restaurant (amazing beef tenderloin with cream Gorgonzola sauce) or amazing local grill (El Mesón). We are happy to recommend this beautiful home in the resort area of Sandy Beach as we will be back!

Great place and really close to the beach. They had everything in case you don’t go prepare for the beach (towels, chairs, toys, shades) enough for the whole family. We really enjoy our stay and definitely will go back. Security was really strict so I Think that was good, we felt safe.
