Downtown house, spacious, nice, good communication with the host, fair cost. I recommend it.

Our stay was excellent and definitely exceeded our expectations. We loved the house: it is very spacious, cozy, clean and comes with everything you need to enjoy yourself comfortably. There were 20 of us, and we were very comfortably accommodated in the bedrooms, as they have very good space. The parking is also quite spacious and convenient for several vehicles. The house has internet, air conditioning and fans. The pool is very nice, spacious and very well equipped, in addition to having outdoor showers to rinse off and a bathroom nearby, which is super practical so you don't have to go into the house wet. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area: it has a soccer field, a very nice space for eating outdoors, and a barbecue right near the pool, perfect for spending time with family or friends. The location is excellent, in a central location and close to the beach, which made it much easier to enjoy our vacation. And something we want to highlight in particular

We traveled with our family, and the space was fantastic. It was clean and very kid-friendly, with plenty of places to eat nearby that we could walk to. Our home was spacious, and we spent most of our time outside in the pool area and covered area.

We had a good stay, the courtyard is very large, although it lacks a little greenery, the premises are pleasant. The house is a little older than the pictures show. The area is safe. Several restaurants and options to do in the area, small market nearby. Andy was very responsive to our needs. Thank you

The house is super equipped, we were a group of 13 people at a bachelor party and it was the perfect house. We hope to come back soon! Thank you so much!

The host was very attentive. However, the location of the house was remote. The hammocks were not available/set up like in the pictures. Overall, great experience.

Excellent place and amazing pool

We celebrated my 29th birthday in this house and everything turned out great! Both the manager and Andy were always very kind. Communication flowed quite well and they always lived up to expectations. There was no problem with the neighbors, we were the noisy ones and everything was very good. The house feels private.

A great place for the event we had The house is great, modern, elegant and functional. Andy's service is always attentive, flexible and a good experience. The location and surroundings, although not well urbanized, we do not feel unsafe But if improvement is needed in the streets. (Of course, this is beyond Andy's control) But the stay inside... it's amazing and we had a great time! 100% recommended 🥳

A very comfortable and pleasant place to spend time with family and friends, with the amenities mentioned in the publication, very comfortable beds and air conditioning and a very nice pool, a well-equipped kitchen and the service from the host is very good, I would definitely rent it again for some other occasion.

It's a very nice place, just like the photos. All finishes are luxurious, comfortable beds and excellent amenities. Don't worry about towels or kitchen utensils, it has EVERYTHING! It's very private, comfortable and beautiful wherever you turn. Highly recommended.

We had a group of 16 stay at the house over Christmas and new years! We felt like we were immediately immersed in the culture and everyone had a great time. You could get anything you needed at any of the local shops 2 min walk away. The beach was about a 10 min walk away. The pickleball court was always in use and the outdoor space was great for our large group. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, family friendly

Everything is excellent and I'm glad they use seawater as running water in the house. I only suggest a better treatment process to desalinize the water because it tastes a lot about salt

The house is excellent. Very spacious. We used the multi court a lot (tennis and soccer) and the pool (where you can play volleyball). The pool is very large and has a very nice temperature. The kitchen and terrace are very well equipped. The perfect terrace to make roasted meat. Very comfortable beds. Great attention from the host throughout. Highly recommended.

Place was beautiful as shown in the pictures. Very accommodating for a big group and fit everybody very comfortably. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say other than maybe the area it’s in. The house is the only nice house in the area and the neighborhood is just a little rough. But it is super close to the beach and not too far from other beaches. My family and I still had a wonderful time and no complaints other than the refrigerator wasn’t working properly but the owner was responsive.

Everything excellent :) The place matched the description and photos, it was clean and there was privacy. The host was always friendly and recommended activities and shopping areas.

Place was great value for our stay comfortably slept 16 people. Secluded from the neighbour hood and felt safe inside. 10 mins away from the beach and downtown, enjoyed our stay overall would recommend

Good place for holidays with your family!

After checking out, Andres reported a broken restroom mirror. It was communicated peacefully that the mirror was most likely broken during the cleaning process. We ran a check up of the location verifying that the location was left the way it was received. Other than this hiccup, my family had a great time.

I think it's excellent. The house has everything mentioned in the post, very quiet place, we made 8 to 10 minutes to the beach walking, easy access. As for the house, the pool is very clean and spacious, practically in its entirety everything is working well. It should be noted that my arrival was at 3:00 pm and he kindly gave me the comment that the house was available from 12:00 pm in case I wanted to check in earlier, my check-out from the accommodation was at 11:00 am in the same way I told me that if I wanted to stay a few more hours without any problem.

The service provided by Andres was great, he went to get us a volleyball, and a soccer ball the next day we arrived, a cleaning lady came to the house on the second day as well. The pool area is great, we really enjoyed this house. The area is not the greatest but the house is VERY NICE!!

Excellent to enjoy as a family! It has all the amenities, plus a pool with hot water! Excellent, since the weather in January is not so hot. My daughter and 2-year-old niece really enjoyed it! The best option to go as a family and for everyone to be comfortable. The whole house is amazing and the barbecue area is amazing. We are chefs and we had everything we needed for a barbecue! Andres place is awesome. Everything is on one level with at most one step up or down. Large pool with lounging areas. The pickleball court was great. Anything we needed he provided quickly (extra ice cube trays, water etc) We suggestions he install a clothes line, then he said there were two! Lol now we know. Would totally stay here again.

Andrés was an awesome host! He walked me through the whole house, made sure everything was working. And I didn’t have any problems. He was on it when I had questions and overall It was an awesome place. Thanks Andres!

The house is incredible, the spaces are very good, the pool is great and more if you go with small ones because it is not very deep but it is large, Andres and Joel are very attentive and helpful, they are always aware of any situation, the house has all the services and amenities necessary to enjoy the stay , super recommended🙌🏻.
