4BR Villa in Valle de Bravo

Carolina

Excellent, 4 weeks ago

Spacious and well-maintained house, ideal for large families or a group of friends. We were 3 couples on a family weekend; we had plenty of space, very comfortable. The view (most rooms have a balcony) and the Jacuzzi make the stay really worthwhile. The kitchen is well equipped, with the basics for heating and cooking simple things. The cleanliness was excellent, and we appreciated that they made the beds and washed the dishes during the stay. Marco was always attentive, available by message and very decisive, which made everything simple. To consider: access, as mentioned, is indeed complicated. The climb is quite steep and several taxis (to visit the town) could not drop us off at the entrance of the residential complex; they go to the viewpoint. Our van did have a hard time getting up to the place, and also getting out of the place. It's better to plan for suitable transportation (4X4). Walking to town is feasible if you like walking. Overall, recommended. We had a great time.

The house is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and with a truly spectacular view. It's a perfect place to rest: there's no noise, the jacuzzi was impeccable, the internet works very well, and Juanita's cooking was excellent. We definitely recommend hiring her. Marco made all the difference during our stay. He was always available to help us, got us groceries when we needed them, and supported us with any detail. Without him, the experience would have been very different. It is important to consider that the house is not suitable for small children due to the stairs. In addition, access is complicated: the climbs are very steep, so it is essential to arrive in a 4x4 vehicle with experience driving on this type of road. Our recommendation is to bring all groceries, medications, and anything else you might need during your stay from home, as getting products or receiving deliveries can be difficult. It's also not a place to explore

It's definitely a place to come back to. The view is very nice, and the service from Marco, as well as from Irma and Sofía, is excellent. They're always attentive, friendly, and helpful, and they're very clear when they give you instructions for getting in and out of the property. I went with an older adult. My wife and two minors had a great time (yes, there are stairs, but they are not impossible for an older adult who can go up to a second floor. Mom uses a cane and walks slowly, but she went up, and those are memories that are worth it). The climb: “It's not easy to rent a 4x4, but we went up with a Sub Tiggo 7 pickup truck and it worked well. It requires a bit of skill. I suggest you ask about the cook, because for a modest fee they make you breakfast and lunch. They bring you everything fresh from the market, and honestly, it's priceless.
