Great place, great location.

I only have wonderful things to say about our stay! I came with 13 girls for my bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and had more than enough room for our group. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Gaby, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. She helped coordinate our decorations, arranged for an early check-in with lunch ready when we arrived, and made it incredibly easy to book private transportation throughout our stay. She was always available and attentive to every detail. The rest of the team was just as amazing, including Mike, the property manager, the private chefs, and the maintenance staff. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our trip special. Our group especially loved spending time by the main pool and on the rooftop pools. Any review I write would only be revisiting what all of the reviewers have said. This condominium is in the absolutely perfect location. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is a beautiful place in the best possible location if you were looking for a fifth Avenue experience.

Just returned from Tulum and it was everything we hoped it would be! Our house was just as advertised-absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Mike, the property manager and Gaby, the concierge gave great advice and recommendations for our stay. Upon arrival we had a meal prepared for us that was delicious and very affordable! We even had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. It was a treat not having to worry about cooking on our first day. During our stay housekeeping did a great job and the maintenance crew kept the property and pool extremely clean! There is so much more to do in Tulum than just the beach! We hired a guide who took us to the Mayan ruins followed by a delicious lunch prepared by a Mayan family and then ended the day in a gorgeous cenote. Several other highlights were Sac Actum (A MUST and worth every penny) and Laguna Kaan Luum. We felt completely safe tucked away in this gated community but also while walking around town!

Absolutely fantastic accommodation and very service-oriented staff. There was definitely enough space for our large family, and everyone had a good stay! We hope to return!

Really excellent host!

Edith, our host, was there when we arrived. She was making sure that everything was in order prior to our arrival. She stayed with us for a few minutes explaining every part of the condo. She was wonderfully helpful. I believe the next day, one of the televisions went out. We sent a message. She was knocking on the door within a few minutes to resolve the issue. As stated in a bunch of other reviews, the location can not be better. Right on the beach and within a few steps of 5th Avenue.

This was my family’s first time visiting Playa del Carmen with family. The home was amazing. It had everything we needed for a week’s stay with children and elderly people. Definitely coming back here when we return!

Family couldn’t stop raving about the entire experience. Beautiful venue and top notch service for a group of 25. Hard to believe a place can accommodate large group and keep service quality high. Amazing experience and wonderful crew. If you got a group, this is the team to make it happen.

Concierge service was great, very responsive and accommodating. Included breakfast was also a nice touch!

15 of us stayed here to celebrate my birthday and it was PERFECT! There was plenty of space for everyone and great communal and private areas around the Airbnb. The property manager Mike and concierge Gaby were always around if we needed anything at all. We also used their private chefs for breakfast every morning and it was definitely worth the money.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Tulum! The home was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as pictured. It comfortably accommodated our large group, and the pool and outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. One of the highlights of our stay was the concierge team. Gaby and Mike were incredibly helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to assist with transportation, reservations, recommendations, and anything else we needed throughout the trip. They truly made the experience seamless and stress-free. The housekeeping staff also did a wonderful job keeping the property clean and organized during our stay. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tulum, especially larger groups looking for a memorable getaway!

Excellent place

A really lovely, quiet home to return to. It was super pleasant & peaceful, in spite of its proximity to 5th Ave, and i won't hesitate to return. Internet was perfect, beds were comfortable, showers/towels/washrooms/etc. everything was just pristine, really. I appreciated the comfort of my stay here.

We had a magical stay at this property. From check in until we left, Mike and Gaby were superb hosts. The house was spacious and beautiful and we spent lots of time in the pool. The attention to detail and care was top notch, we would 100% recommend.
