This is our third time staying at Ninos apartment, he is an excellent host and the apartment is perfect

I was allowed to check in early and that was so helpful and appreciated. The Host has great communication and he even checked in during my stay to make sure everything was fine. The place is clean, tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable to me. The deck is a perfect place to start your morning having breakfast while watching the sunrise or anytime of day to take in the beautiful views. There’s adequate linens, laundry soap and space. I walked to the beach in 15 minutes. I also walked from that beach near the Airbnb all along the ocean to the Rui Hotel at The center of the hotel zone. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the city bus stop and it’s easy to get a taxi from the mall next door. The air conditioner works great and the kitchen has all you need to cook meals including a blender for fruit smoothies. There’s two pools and security can be seen frequently monitoring the property so it feels safe. I enjoyed my 10 days at Ninos Airbnb and I’d stay again.

Excellent airbnb, roofed parking, easy access by elevator, going down the building is the marina, and only a couple of minutes you are in the square without leaving the fractionation. Amazing views. Super Recommended.

Pros: Area: -Safe & upscale. -Surrounded by and waking distance to water, shops & restaurants. Host: -Amazing. He was really friendly and accommodating. If and when I needed something, his response time was usually within minutes. Place: -modern, spacious, amazing view of the marine & shops. -Homey with plants. -Lots of natural sunlight! The area was safe. -Staff and tenants were friendly and professional. -clean Cons: -Finding the place could’ve been easier if the name of the property was provided since there’s not an address at the entrance -hot water wasn’t consistent in showers, took minutes for the hot water to kick on, the water would turn hot and cold during the shower.

Wow, we loved this place! Such an amazing time, we’ll be back for sure! The location really surprised us, and we loved . Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Cancun Mexico looking for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the beach. The location of Nino place is fantastic and very close to all of Cancun main attractions. We loved the shopping mall next to the Apt where you can get anything you might need during your stay.

Amazing location, great space and amenities at the apartment. It has everything and more than you'd expect. The view is unbeatable and the service is unbeatable. All equipment working properly; lighting, good number of towels. The best area in Cancun is definitely to stay if you want something premium with privacy and peace

First of all, I must mention that I heartily endorse this establishment. I'll start by mentioning that finding the condo was a breeze. Despite the language barriers, communicating with the security personnel was also fairly simple. Very thorough and simple instructions were provided. When we got here, we had absolutely no issues! Since photos do not do it justice, entering the flat was much more stunning in person! Both the inside and the outside are flawless! One of the most BREATHTAKING, PEACEFUL VIEWS EVER is from the balcony, without a doubt! The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything a home could ever require. Amazing beyond belief! I want to thank Nino once more for a wonderful stay! I advocate staying here for everyone.

This place is great! Opening the doors to the balcony allows a breeze to go through the apartment that feels amazing. The view is another great part about the apartment, especially in the morning when the sun rises. There is plenty to do within walking distance of the apartment. I would not book this place if you are looking for a very quiet, secluded location, but if you enjoy hearing music at night from the nearby boats/restaurants or if you plan on being out at night yourself I would definitely recommend this location!

The apartment is simply fantastic! As soon as you enter you realize the photos do not do the place justice. The place is squeaky clean. The furniture and decor is modern, very comfortable and new. Great outdoor balcony with views of the marina and good for private sun bathing. Fully equipped kitchen with a private bar that has a nice selection of drinks which guests are welcome to try. Nino was there in person to welcome me and check me in. He had plenty of recommendations for restaurants and nightlife entertainment. A five star experience all the way! I am definitely going to stay here again.

A very organized, quiet and private place with an excellent view and location. There are quite a variety of restaurants and great places to frequent. Nino is a great help with any information about itineraries, transportation among other things. If you want to stay at the Cancun Hotel Zone, this would be a huge and good choice for your stay.

Recommend 100%. Very nice apartment with beautiful views of the Marina and the hotel area. The apartment is very well equipped, ideal for 4 people, with a balcony perfect for enjoying the outdoors. High standard residence with 24-hour security at the entrance, and two very quiet pools overlooking the shopping center. Very well located and easy to reach, even without a car we were able to get around very easily by bus with a stop right at the entrance to the Marina. Our host made himself very available by phone at any time of day if needed. Very satisfied with the stay

Nino’s place is great - the location is perfect, the staff here are so friendly, internet was fast (great for remote work), the pool is great, and Nino was always quick to respond to anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Nino you have a very nice and safe place. Near a shopping center. You have parking for your car, swimming pool and a beach just a ten minute walk away. You also have a gym and many other accommodations, great location, great view. Very happy I rented with you.

My first time out of the country and I had an amazing time. The airbnb is so beautiful and bright. The plants in the condo made my week. The views from the balcony were amazing. Nino is a very kind and helpful host. We had small issues with the shower and tv, and he came out in the evening to help even if it was an inconvenience. I was very thankful. Finding the exact location was a little confusing as the condo is behind the shopping mall. Our transportation had a little trouble finding it. We found it easier to get picked up and dropped off in front of the mall and walk through. You can hear the music from the restaurants below some nights. But overall, I would recommend this place.

AMAZING. Apartment. Would stay here for a year if I could. This is a home away from home. It was well equipped with everything you need. Every morning you wake up you will see the sunrise and the sea. The views are SOO much better in person. Really good vibe with the furniture and plants. Host was very responsive and put attention to detail. Would come back again.

One of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed at! So well equipped, has everything you could want and more, just bring your clothes and toothbrush. The location is perfect right next to shopping and restaurants, very easy to get rides to other areas of Cancun or hop on the bus. The pool area was wonderfully relaxing, as was the large balcony. You will not regret staying here!

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights and had the most amazing stay! The apartment exceeded expectations, was stocked with drinks and snacks, had an amazing view from the balcony and extremely comfortable beds. Lots of space and everything worked perfectly. Best part was Nino putting in the care to greet us when we checked in and show us the place himself. Very lovely host, highly recommend staying here.

This place was beyond perfect. The pictures don’t do the place justice - it’s even more beautiful in person. Nino was great, he was only a text message away and made everything super easy for us. Great place if you’re looking for quiet as it’s not beside the hotel zone. 10 mins walk to bus - 12 pesos per person (approx USD $0.60) you can get onto any bus going to and from hotel zone. Nino had some amazing food recommendations and DiDi was a life saver for booking taxis. 5 star

An absolutely amazing condo. The condo is beautiful with 300 degree views, the location is amazing in the heart of Puerto Cancun, and Nino is an excellent host- easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We plan to stay here again and would recommend it for everyone!

Absolutely LOVED this place. My family and I really enjoyed this home. The location was perfect. We have been to Cancun before and the hotel zone is a bit trashy to say the least so we wanted to stay in a more luxurious environment. It’s accessible to fine dining, UBER (which isn’t in the hotel zone), and also to the great restaurants in Cancun town. Thank you Nino for the wonderful stay!

Nino’s place was spectacular! The views were amazing and the location was extremely convenient. The security was super helpful when allowing for exit and entry into the apartment since we didn’t have an entry key. Many of the restaurants are really good to eat at and the quality is extremely satisfying. Nino’s place was fully stocked with everything needed for spending a day in. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful stay at Nino’s place in Puerto Cancun. The condo is located in a prime spot next to the Marina Mall, close to restaurants, beaches, etc. The attention to detail is unparalleled, Nino has made sure to furnish and provide every single item you might need during your stay, from the kitchen, linens, bathrooms, TVs in every bedroom, he has really put in the thought. We can’t wait to stay again in the near future!

This place is immaculate. The view is amazing I just wanted to stay in. Communication was great nino and tony were very patient with my lack of communication. There is a mall right below and everything else is pretty close by. Very safe and covered parking if you have a car.

Such a safe, quiet and beautiful space. I loved every moment of this stay. I didn’t expect to shop on vacation but the beautiful mall next door made it hard not to. There are also Taxis by the front of the mall, short walk through the back of the building (by the pool) and the guys are really nice. I felt very safe here. I would definitely book again. Nino was also very helpful with Check-in and providing us with information on restaurants and excursions nearby. Thanks a lot!!

Nino was amazing, he really helped us get setup with apps, nearby services, etc. The apartment was clean, well maintained and had amazing views. Nino was super responsive and we never felt like we were far from home. I would definitely recommend the location as well, it’s right by the mall, movies and amazing restaurants just walk down and it’s all there. Preferred the bit quiet location compared to Hotel Zone.

Great location, super nice and clean condo and an attentive and caring host. What more could you ask for? By early afternoon the balcony is shaded and the view is beautiful. We kept asking ourselves why we were going to leave. Now we are asking ourselves why we left.

Beautiful design, linens everything high quality. Sunrise and panorama view from Isla mujeres to hotel zone and lagoon. Watch the pirate ships battle in the bay. Fun if you’ve been on them. Super super hosts. Life is full of surprises so a great host is priceless.
