Jennifer and her staff are great hosts, very responsive and helpful. I would give working with them a 4.5. My friend set up prior birthday decorations and a cake for me and they completely took care of that and did a wonderful job. I was surprised and pleased. We also set up massages through them and had a great time. The house itself as a group we agreed to rate a 3. We had unexpected water issues that resulted in the host accommodating us to the beach house and castle which we greatly appreciated. The Castle was absolutely fantastic and we all LOVED it. We got great pictures and 10/10 experience. Although we had issues with our house, it did feel very homey and we enjoyed the pool, the views, the connivence to a market down the hill and a few restaurants near by. We were able to easily move around to the other properties and staff were always available to help us out.

Excellent: The house, rooms, hot water, equipment, view and parking. Good: Location, internet, and pool. Regular: Screens and host communication. Bad: Certain leaks, the light went out on occasion. Terrible: The water left from day 2 at night and didn't come back. We left on the 4th. Summary: The place is very good, but without water since day 2, the experience in general qualifies as negative in the absence of one of the most basic services and from which we did not get a solution.
