Beautiful and unique place, we didn’t want to leave the place, so unique architecturally, cool place to hang out and have a lazy morning, enjoy the light, the view, plants, birds - just an oasis right in the middle of Condesa and Roma Norte areas. Perfect for us, a family of 4 with 2 college age kids. Plenty of space, and great location! Powell was very responsive and provided clear instructions and information about the property and the neighborhood. Would definitely say there and highly recommend!

Powell - and his beautiful home - made for the perfect weekend for our group in CDMX. The home is beautiful, clean, and well appointed. The doorman was always there when we needed and helped coordinate bag storage, a huge plus to not have to figure out on our arrival and departure. Already talking about when we can come back!

The home was perfect for our family of 5 adults and the location was also excellent. We enjoyed walking to several local cafes, restaurants, museums, markets and other sites. Uber was also readily available. There was nothing that we lacked as we explored Mexico from Powell’s place. He was very responsive and was a lovely host, easy to communicate with.

The apartment is striking, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by so much natural beauty. The location was perfect for enjoying Mexico City and the information book had some great recommendations for local restaurants.

We had a magical stay at Powell’s absolutely gorgeous home. The design is so well done. Each piece is perfectly curated and placed, the architecture is beyond well done and the setting is truly magical. Like living in a beautiful glass treehouse. The flowers and greenery alone were worth the trip! The apartment is well appointed and the location was great for walking to restaurants, parks, shopping etc. Powell provides a Guest Guide that is packed with great recommendations. Don’t miss Lardo for breakfast and we loved the cocktails in the afternoon. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Our first trip to Mexico City was truly amazing, thanks to this apartment. The design of the space was absolutely incredible and stunning. It was stylish, comfortable, and the host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

This is the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The space was very clean, thoughtfully designed and decorated. This house is all about the details and I loved it so much!! It has a beautiful view and watching the sun rise every morning was awesome. Very central location to walk to restaurants, coffee, etc. Felt safe walking and it’s in a beautiful neighborhood. This is a gem!!! 100/10 recommend. Thank you Powell!!

An architectural masterpiece decorated beautifully for an incredible stay in Mexico City. I love everything about Powell’s place, location is fantastic, architecture and design are incredible, comfortable beds and furniture, amenities. This place simply has it all. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend and can’t wait to rent again!

We stayed out Powell’s home while visiting Mexico City for spring break with our family of 4. The home is as described; beautifully designed with plenty of light and space for our family. The home is walkable to restaurants and coffee shops and in one of the best neighborhoods. Such a wonderful place!

Had a lovely time staying at Powell’s place. The location was very central with lots of places to walk to but situated on a calm, quiet street. The apartment was beautifully furnished with all the household essentials that made it a very cozy stay. Beautiful city views and lots of greenery surrounding the apartment made it the quintessential Mexico City experience. Powell was very communicative and attentive to every detail, he was truly a great host. I look forward to staying here again!

Absolutely loved it . The perfect place to treat yourself , the interior design , the Japanese toilet was an extra bonus . Great communication from Powell . I've done hundreds of airbnbs and maybe this rates as number 1 , to top it off senor moda ( mr fashion ) the door man was also my fav . Best style and so helpful and friendly .

We enjoyed staying at Powell’s place. Location is prime and quiet. Easy walking to parks and recreation. On a scale of 1-10, where 10 is communicative, Powell registers at 11! The Airbnb is clean, comfortable, cool architecturally, and has lovely green outlooks.

Best Airbnb we've stayed at! Perfect for a couple or a couple traveling with teens or young adults. Phenomenal location. Gorgeous space to retreat to at the end of the day. Very private and quiet. Great location -- near some of the best restaurants, cafes, and shops we visited in CDMX. And Powell was incredibly responsive for the few needs that came up, and provided us with a phenomenal list of restaurants and 'to dos' in the area. Highly recommended. We'd definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Powell’s beautiful designed place. It feels like a thoughtfully curated home not just another Airbnb. Every detail feels intentional. This was my fourth time staying in Condesa. This specific location is perfect. Close to everything but tucked into a quieter pocket of the neighborhood. It’s free of early-morning traffic noise (which honestly shocked and delighted me). I don’t typically stay at Airbnbs and usually stay at boutique hotels but this place ticked all the boxes and more. It had all the comfort and polish of a high-end hotel plus thoughtful touches like welcome mezcal, comfortable beds/towels and a foot massager (which became a nightly rotation among our group after long days of walking. The true MVP of the trip). Powell is an exceptional host. He’s proactive, communicative and genuinely caring. He clearly takes great pride in his home and in making sure guests feel welcome. Already planning to stay here again on future trips to Mexico City!

I hesitate to even write this review because I’d love to keep this place a secret. Truly a one-of-a-kind apartment. Maybe one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Certainly the best I’ve been in Mexico City. Powell was a fantastic host who was willing to help accommodate a late arrival. The space is stunning and full of top/notch amenities. Can’t recommend this place enough! Grateful to have the opportunity to stay here. 10/10 would stay again!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs in Mexico City, and this is by far the most beautifully designed apartment I’ve experienced. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making the space both inviting and comfortable. The building is exceptionally quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere, and the surrounding neighborhood is charming and highly walkable. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone visiting the city.

This is a truly special place. Nothing about Powell’s space is cookie cutter. So many aspects of the home have been carefully considered, custom made, and it amounts to a stunning place to witness and a delight to spend time in. From the incredible city views to the lush patios and balconies, we found it hard to leave. The location is perfect—close to everything you might want to get into, but also surprisingly quiet. Powell is incredibly thorough in his communication and set us up for success from the get go. Staying here was a highlight of our trip and we feel so fortunate to have been able to experience such a unique and memorable place.

We’ve stayed in unique Airbnbs all over the world - from Croatia to Portugal to Morocco - and this is by far one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in. Architecturally it’s beautiful and the design of the home elevates your surroundings in La Condesa neighborhood (which is already beautiful on its own) Powell is a fantastic host who communicated with us regularly to make sure we were having a great stay. He puts a lot of pride into making his home beautiful, comfortable, and memorable. We already know that we’re staying here the next time we’re back in CDMX!

Great place to stay and perfect location.

As you can imagine, this Airbnb gets a lot of natural light. It was a lovely home base for our week in Mexico City with many gems within walking distance - truly a highlight for our group. Powell is incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We would highly recommend staying here!

A wonderful stay at Powell's house, a super good host, very friendly and super attentive to what you might need, the house is incredible, very comfortable, beautiful views and an excellent location He left us very good references and recommendations. Super comfortable beds. When I return to Mexico City, I would like it to be available to stay there again, because we loved it.

This apartment is a really unique, elligantly-designed space. I have to say I was kind of blown away. So much open area and absolutely bursting with natural light from the huge 2-story floor to ceiling windows. Plus it has a beautiful, fully stocked open kitchen. I spent some of the late afternoon reading on the private patio - absolute bliss - and I also took a work call on the wifi which seemed super stable. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were super clean, and there was zero noise (impressive for Mexico city!). You can't beat the location either - right in the heart of la Condesa. I'm keeping this place on my list for future visits. 10/10 would recommend.

Powell's place was amazing. My wife and I had to travel last minute to Mexico City and we were so lucky to have found this spot. Not only was Powell a responsive and friendly host, but all of his recommendations were incredible. The place itself was really unique and beautiful. The architecture of the apartment is fascinating and Powell has it really well decorated. It was quiet and comfortable - we had the opportunity to really rest whenever we were at the apartment. The location also doesn't get any better than this. There are so many incredible restaurants and bars at walking distance (my favorite was Tacos Los Caramelos). You are also only a 10ish minute walk from Bosque Chapultepec, and a 20 minute drive from the Centro Historico, which are both musts in terms of tourism. Because of the last minute nature of our trip, we weren't able to stay for long, but we are already planning our next trip (this time with enough time) and we hope Powell's place is available again.

I had a fantastic short stay here. The apartment is beautiful. Very comfortable, especially the beds, and thoughtfully put together. The outdoor patio was a real highlight. It’s quiet, private, and perfect in the evenings. It felt like a little retreat in the heart of the city. The location couldn’t be better. It’s right in the middle of Condesa, close to everything but still peaceful at night. I would absolutely stay again.
