Lovely place with a beautiful view - we spent 3 nights and the place was amazing. It’s a bit far away from restaurants and groceries but taxis/uber are affordable. Our host was very accommodating doing everything to fix a noice issue (which turned out to be a water issue) while we were there which we truly appreciated. We would definitely come back and recommend the place to anyone staying in Bacalar.

The house is very complete, suitable for large families, and offers everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. The host was always attentive. My family really enjoyed the house

An excellent place for a family vacation, very nice and relaxing. Everything was very impeccable upon arrival and the host was very attentive.

Excellent service from Raúl. He responded quickly to all our questions and resolved any issues with the property quickly! He recommended very good places to eat and take tours of the lagoon! He also hooked up the TV in the patio palapa for us to watch Mexico's World Cup game!! The house is close to downtown and the lagoon is beautiful! The water looks just like the pictures! Beautiful place! A paradise!

✨ Perfect stay: comfortable, clean and very well located My experience at this place was excellent from start to finish. From the time of booking, communication with the host was smooth, fast and very friendly. He gave us clear check-in instructions and useful tips about the area. The space is as shown in the photos: spacious, bright, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything smelled fresh, and you could tell that they take care of every detail. The bed is super comfortable, which ensured an excellent rest, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals without any problems. The location is another strong point: it's in a quiet area, but very close to public transportation, shops, restaurants and attractions. It was very easy to get around the city from here. It's definitely an ideal place for both leisure and business trips.

Amazing place. Private lagoon area and very responsive host

My family and I had the best time. The place is a dream. We had a little rain and a little thunderstorm, which disturbed our dogs a little (a lot). I really apologize if we left some sheets dirty with dirt. Our dogs were scared and jumped all over the place. We traveled with them and we haven't had any problems. It was just the thunderstorm. If there is any extra charge that you have to make, I will be aware of it, but the house is incredible and the hosts are always attentive to any issues. Totally recommended.

Excellent place to stay. I stayed with my family, and they loved the house. Just as it appears in the photos. A 5-minute drive to downtown Bacalar and the Cenote Azul. Great view.

The place was beautiful and very accommodating to our large group. The backyard view to the lagoon was breathtaking. The inside of the main house could use some updating but overall it was a great stay. We really enjoyed our time there.

The Zamia house is very nice and has excellent access to the lagoon, it is also very close to downtown Bacalar, about 10 minutes by taxi and 30 minutes on foot. There is a convenience store nearby as well as restaurants. It has 2 kayaks and life jackets. It is very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host was always available and accessible for all my questions and requests. My family and I were very comfortable and highly recommend it.

The house is very comfortable and warm, it has everything you need to not leave if you want, its areas such as the gardens, dock, terrace and furniture are very good, plus access to the lagoon makes the stay very pleasant. Very attentive hosts

Casa Zamia in Bacalar was a good option for our group, it had direct access to the lagoon and the hosts were always very attentive to resolving the issues that arose, we are considering coming back again.

We had an amazing family vacation in this beautiful place. It is a very spacious place, with many different options to rest, relax and enjoy the outdoors. I recommend it 100% Zamia always responded quickly and was very friendly, she gave us good recommendations. She was attentive to our arrival. Raul the co-host was always very kind and attentive, he helped us with many extra things in addition to getting us a pontoon ride through the lagoon that we really enjoyed. We hope to return soon.

Zamia and Raul were fantastic. The whole family had an amazing time at the house and in Bacalar. This is an absolute gem of a spot. I highly recommend staying here. Raul gave us fantastic tips, restaurants and get local activities. He was even kind enough to take us to the train for free. The house and outdoor area is very beautiful, clean and a great place to host people. The outdoor bar and private dock as a huge hit. 25/20 min walk into town, Raul can help you with taxis as needed. Would absolutely rent again .
