Beautiful location! Well maintained condo in a beautiful building . Esther was a Responsive host that made us feel right at home, and our stay enjoyable.

This place is incredible! Exactly as pictured. The host is extremely attentive and responsive, had wonderful recommendations, helped us get settled with a golf cart, travel to/from Belize City. We felt right at home! The house itself is amazing. Plenty of space for everyone and privacy when you want it.

This property was perfect for our group of 7. The home is located in the far south of the island, away from a lot of tourist traffic. Esther was extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. We are so thankful for her!

We stayed 3 nights of an 8-night reservation and ultimately decided to leave early. The property itself was clean, matched the photos, and communication with Ester (host) was good. The location required traveling a long, rough road to reach most restaurants and activities, which significantly impacted our experience. During our stay, there was significant sargassum, heavy mosquito activity, and limited opportunities to enjoy the water near the property. To be fair, the host did offer us two alternative places to stay, but we were informed of those options after we had already changed our flights. We had specifically booked a house and were not interested in staying in a condo. We appreciated Ester’s efforts and hospitality. We understand some of these conditions are seasonal and outside the host’s control, but future guests may want to research them before booking. Overall, the property was as advertised, but the location and environmental conditions were not the right fit for us.

We had a wonderful time in San Pedro. The house and pool area were beautiful and very well taken care of. The BEST thing about Pristine Cove though was Ester. She was amazing. She sent recommendations and instructions before we traveled and help us set everything up that we needed from golf carts waiting for us when we got to the house to shuttles to and from the airport. We even decided we wanted to go snorkeling one day and within an hour she had a boat picking us up at the dock to take us. She went above and beyond for us! The only downside with the house was that the furniture wasn’t the most comfortable.

This place is a total gem. The view overlooking the Caribbean Sea is absolutely amazing, and the overall peacefulness of the spot made for a perfect stay. The property was clean and well-maintained. The host was also fantastic—very professional, helpful, and incredibly easy to deal with. Everything was top-notch, and I can’t recommend this spot enough!

This was a beautiful condo on the south side of San Pedro . The condo was very clean and had amazing views and plenty of space. The pool and grounds were very well maintained with maintenance staff on site each day till 4pm. They’re were kayaks, cornhole and volleyball to play . We rented a golf cart to get to town which was about 30 min drive and then 1hr10 mins from secret beach . There was a great veggie fruit stand about 10 mins up the road going north from condo toward town . There is one bar across street with limited menu but amazing pizza which helped with first night after travel . I recommend the condo and Ester (property manager) was very helpful with bookings and small medical emergency with family member . We were very happy with our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Ester was a top-notch host and concierge, helping us with anything we needed. The location is beautiful and quiet, about a 30 min golf cart ride from town, but there are some nice restaurants a lot closer. We did lots of fishing, snorkeling and diving and came home to relax by our private pool. Highly recommend!

There were five of us staying at the place all five of us loved the location love the pool. It was so peaceful so beautiful. Ester who was our contact person for Pelican Reef was amazing. Answered our questions. Whatever time it was she got back to us. She was awesome. I would recommend staying there for anybody.
