Condo in San Pedro

There were five of us staying at the place all five of us loved the location love the pool. It was so peaceful so beautiful. Ester who was our contact person for Pelican Reef was amazing. Answered our questions. Whatever time it was she got back to us. She was awesome. I would recommend staying there for anybody.

When we arrived and saw the breathtaking ocean view, we knew we’d picked the right place. The property is peaceful and perfect for anyone seeking quiet mornings and gorgeous sunrises. Traveling by golf cart was a little bumpy at first, but after a couple of days we were used to it and it became part of the island experience. Our contact, Ester, was fantastic — always available, quick to reply, and full of helpful suggestions whenever we needed anything. Overall, a lovely, relaxing stay that we’d happily return to. Highly recommended for travelers who want calm, beautiful mornings by the sea. 🌊✨

The condo was perfect for our travel group of 3 couples. From the day of booking the accommodation until the moment we departed, our rep Ester was the BEST!! First time to San Pedro, Ester was more than helpful with all of our questions. AND she looked after hopper flight from mainland to island - so helpful. The listing itself is spot on with details. Only suggestion - main floor could use drapes on all patio doors. The evening has a security guard on site, but he sat at the pool and could see inside our condo. Such an amazing experience - we will definitely be back.

We had a very relaxing time at this condo! Overall, it was plenty of space and the management staff were super friendly and helpful. Some things to note - The dirt road to the condo was very rough and got worse as it rained. It was about 2 miles of this road to the condo from the grocery stores, restaurants, etc. In two of the rooms, the AC went out twice but they promptly fixed it. Overall, it was a great time and would recommend this place.

This was a beautiful condo where we as three siblings and their partners were able to relax for a week. Ester was incredibly helpful with booking excursions and giving advice.

Ester, the manager was fantastic! She was very friendly and extremely helpful. The Ocean’s Edge condo was beautiful, very well equipped and quiet! It had everything we needed. One suggestion would be to have some dish towels out for drying dishes. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Oceans Edge was a lovely place to stay. Esther was so responsive and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. The condo was so beautiful and we were able to walk right out onto the beach. There is a fun bar right across the street but otherwise it was such a nice location away from the hustle and bustle of the town but a short golf cart ride away. We absolutely loved it here!

Very clean and spacious. Ester is very responsive and helpful. The area where the condo located is around 20-25 minutes golf cart drive from the town. The view and facilities worth the drive.

Thank you for a wonderful 8 day stay at Oceans Edge. The condo was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was larger than it appears in the photos. Stax restaurant/bar across the street was fantastic and Hazel (the owners dog) was SO sweet and even visited us on the porch of the condo. Ester, from Pelican Reef, was responsive, so kind and helpful. She gave us great recommendations and arranged multiple excursions, golf cart rental and air & taxi transportation for us to the mainland. This was our 3rd Annual Friends Trip (3 decades of friendship) and we were all so thrilled with our stay in Belize. Our best trip yet! We definitely would return and highly recommend this booking.
