Excellent, very close to the main square, restaurants, beaches, shops, a coffee shop, etc. An excellent place.

I highly recommend this beautiful AirBnb! It is such a fresh, beautiful, and bright space that immediately feels like home. The clean and tastefully decorated space was even nicer than portrayed in the photos. Very spacious common area, and a nice pool area to use as well. The hosts are so friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is nothing but the best experience, including a very informative list of top activities and restaurants throughout Sayulita. And don't forget to check out Thao's icecream shop, "Rollado Ice Cream" for the most delicious ice cream tacos. It's just a short walk away. A highlight of my trip!

We had a great stay at Thai’s place! Great location, easy walk to beach and center of town but still pretty quiet at night. Only issue with the stay was that we unfortunately didn’t have hot water during our stay but Thao was very responsive and apologetic and I’m sure will get it running for the next guest. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay!

Jacob’s place was perfect for exploring Sayulita. Truly a modern paradise apartment with everything you could ask for, well stocked kitchenware, very comfortable beds and living room in a peaceful building all within walking distance of the main square and beach. Highly recommend.

The location is perfectly situated in Sayulita as it is both close to stores, restaurants and the ocean. Thao and Jacob were amazing hosts as they were very responsive and helpful, both with recommendations and any other communication. Would definitely stay again here in Sayulita!

Ideal location in Sayulita for the money. Just close enough that you don’t need a golf cart at all to get to the beaches (if you don’t mind getting your steps in) and city square/restaurants/bars, but just far enough that you don’t hear the party scene of the center of town.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. Condo was very close to the main square and walkable to everything. Host was extremely responsive when we had questions. Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family.

A wonderful spot and a quick 5 minutes walk from the center of the town. The town is packed with restaurants and bars, lots of great options. The apartment itself is spacious and beautiful. Host was communicative, flexible and kind. We had a lovely stay. Would recommend!

There was a few issues with checking in but the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive and fixed the issues quickly. The house was great for what we needed. The kids had fun in the pool and it was really close to the square and the main beach. We were able to walk to everything right there even with kids. The AC was amazing and we had what we needed for cooking.

Very nice and comfortable condo with everything you need. Great location because it was only a few minutes to town and the beach by foot, and close to very good restaurants (La Petite Boheme literally next door serving great breakfast and coffee, and the famous Yah Yah Cafe serving incredible breakfast and lunch a half a block away. Dinner and drinks at Punto Escondido just around the corner and in route to town is SUR 38 a beautiful and delicious restaurant). We loved staying in the South end because we were so close to everything yet far enough away to have some peace and quiet at night. It was Sayulita Days while we were there, an annual town birthday festival of music and celebration throughout the night, including the carnival, and none could be heard from the home.

Excellent spot close to town with all the amenities someone would need to have a great time in Salyulita. The location is a 2 minute walk to the main plaza, 5 minutes to the beach, and easily accessible to most amenities. The unit was comfortable with comfy beds and AC units in every room. 5/5 would recommend

You won’t be disappointed if you book this condo. It is a very short walk up an easy incline from the downtown, literally 3 or 4 minutes to the town centre, and 5min walk to the beach so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of things. The beds are comfy, the linens and pillows are nice, the kitchen is well stocked, and the dining area is beautiful. Our kids really enjoyed the high tech TV in the evenings. The only down side is there is only a small balcony for hanging out outside, but there is a table and loungers down one flight of stairs by the pool. Yah Yah’s is an amazing coffee shop and brunch location literally 50m down the road, and SUR38 is new and is also amazing.

A great place to stay with amenities beyond what you usually get in Sayulita. Was actually cold once or twice, that’s how well the AC works. The owner lives there part of the year so the kitchen is fully stocked. Very responsive hosts. All around, a very positive experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent place to stay A little far from downtown, but if you're used to walking, it won't be a problem for you. The house is very comfortable, so resting is easy.

Awesome hosts! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and close to the core of activity but not so close that you could hear everything. The hosts were super accommodating, and responded quickly to my messages. Getting in was simple, and overall the entire experience was wonderful. Overall, I would definitely stay in this place again - it had the mix of location, amenities and plenty of room to be really comfortable while we were staying in Sayulita.

The apartment is impeccable, with large and super well-organized spaces. You can easily walk to Sayulita Beach, Playa Los Muertos, and downtown Sayulita. Super comfortable and practical not to use a key to enter the apartment.

What can I say. This place is tops! We booked last minute, and the place was ready within a few hours. Jacob was responsive and kind; thank you for the ice cream at Rollado, our favorite ice cream spot in town!! The space is made for a family like us. We all had space to ourselves, and also relax together. Gas stove, great wifi (handled zoom calls and remote calls without a hitch), comfortable beds. The southside of Sayulita is more lively, particularly this time of year; this building is new and blocked out almost all of the noise outside (still some street noise this time of year, totally fine). Could not hear the clubs and bars downtown! We love coming to Sayulita, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a most wonderful stay!
