The condo was absolutely perfect for our 3 generational family vacation. Plenty of space to hang out together inside, outside on patio or poolside. Easy access to beach too.

This place is wonderful. We were two families with 5 kids total, and everyone had a great time. We had plenty of room to spread out, but also the seating areas are arranged so we had plenty of room to be together, too. Being on the ground floor was great. It was sort of loud one Saturday night because of a wedding, but otherwise it was peaceful. We used the private pool a lot, and the resort pools and restaurant were very close and easily accessible. The views were fantastic. We had an easy time getting cabs and ride shares. It is walking distance to a few restaurants and the mall. It is a couple of miles to Malecon, so not exactly walking distance, but the runners in our group went there a few days on foot. We cooked most breakfasts and two dinners in the apartment, and we had plenty of plates and utensils and pots. The gym was very nice and there is a pool table. I cannot say enough nice things about this place, we had a wonderful time!!

I wish I could write a whole article about this place. It was just amazing! While it is connected to the pool and to the beach it is still pretty private. The rooms have lots of space and the common area feels very homey. Instructions are clear and easy and even then, they will answer any question right away. Probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at so far. You got your own swimming pool and jacuzzi, that alone was worth it for me. Well worth the price I would 100% recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay with our family at this place! The beach was right outside the door, and all the restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit were just a short walk away. The host Joshua was very responsive, and we made so many great memories together with our family. I definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location close to public pools and beach. It is a pity that the private hot tub did not work. Other than that all perfect.

Amazing stay! Dolores was a very gracious host and very accommodating to the many requests we had for our multi generational family reunion to celebrate a 50th birthday. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a big enough place for your large family or group of friends.

From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience! Upon arrival we were met by Rafael, who was friendly, helpful and always responsive. The unit was very clean, bright, airy and the photos online did not do it justice! Ot was very well equipped, clean, with a nice breeze that flows through the unit - the ac was rarely needed. The private pool and seating area was perfect, lots of space to ourselves. The bigger public pools were beautiful as well. Beach access and you can walk you ways, ocean is swimmable and warm. Gym is big and well equipped. Everything is within walking distance - restaurants, shopping, pharmacy. The staff keep track of your whereabouts so it was very safe. 10/10 for everything, we will be going back again and again!

We thoroughly enjoyed Dolores rental for our family vacation in PV. The rental was spacious, had everything we needed, great amenities, and amazing beachfront view. The kids enjoyed the private pool and we enjoyed the lounge chairs and outdoor furniture to keep an eye on the kids while they swam. There was even pool and beach toys for the kids to enjoy! AC in every room was a plus as well. One of the large infinity pools near the rental was under construction which was unfortunate, but there were other pools to enjoy, staff advised us the construction would last two months. Both Dolores and Josh were responsive and extremely accommodating, they even assisted in hiring a private cook and cleaner. My only advice with the cook/cleaner is to provide a detailed menu. There was a language barrier between us and the cook/cleaner so some miscommunication happened, but overall her food, especially Mexican dishes, were delicious. We would recommend Dolores rental

The place was fantastic, perfect for our family holiday, private with an amazing view. Joshua was always responsive and helpful when we had a request, Ofelia was attentive at all times. Beautiful place, we did enjoy our stay with magic view and acces to the beach, we wil be back for sure. F&P :)

One bad thing about this trip.... Check out day ..... (: We had an amazing family vacation in Puerto Vallarta do not hesit ate to come here. We wish we could have stayed twice as long. We will return to Puerto Vallarta we fell in love with this place the people and the amazing food. Try LaMadelena the crab tacos, yummy LaCappela the homemade ravioli was paper thin and delious and The Iguana this is Elizabeth Taylors old home here and the shorts ribs in hibiscus Jalapeño sauce is to die for. Pack stretchy pants for this eat drink beach sleep repeat vacation. WE LOVED IT

The location of this condo is perfect! Everything we wanted was walking distance or a short cab ride away. The on site restaurant was excellent. All the staff were very friendly. Seven adults and two children and we had plenty of room. Definitely all good-thanks again! Jeff & Andrea

This spot is awesome. Joshua was amazing and tended to all my questions and request. The area itself is amazing. You have everything nearby and transportation is accessible. The house is what is described as, very very spacious, nice private pool. Would definitely reccomend it to anyone if they are having doubts.

Wonderful condo, lots of space, it exceeded our expectations. The ground floor unit is perfect for a family with small kids with easy access to the pool and the private plunge pool was an extra bonus when you need a break and some privacy. Joshua and Dolores were extremely communicative and helpful. We would definitely recommend this unit and we would gladly stay here again.

The apartment's location is excellent. It's so much nicer in person than what you see in the photos. We had issues with the air conditioning but Dolores took care of it as soon as possible. Communication with Dolores was very good.

We had such a great time. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Its in a great location. We found a service called PigOut Groceries that will deliver to the condo. Just contact them a couple of weeks ahead of time to get them your grocery list. Dolores is very quick at responding to any issues we had. Also Nacho is the best. Made sure we had drinking water when we arrived. I also forgot my blowdryer and he brought on over for me to use. Would defiantly stay again.

Great location in the complex to accommodate going and coming with my 2 year old and a wheel chair, big enough for us 8+child. Great communication and attention to detail.
