Very nice place, very friendly and helpful host. We were 16 (8 adults and 8 kids), had enough space for everyone and we felt comfortable. Walkable distance from the beach, that was a great highlight for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent accommodation, especially for rest. It is a quiet area, and all the amenities shown were excellent.

The stay was good, except that several bedroom and/or bathroom doors did not close. The pool water was quite hot.

Everything was fine. The only bad thing was not having a washer and dryer. Other apartments in the building do have them. It was a bit dirty, but for the price, it's still a good option.

The house is excellent

Our family had a great time at the property. The entire process was smooth, easy, and hassle-free from start to finish. The host was always responsive and promptly answered all of our questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The community pool was definitely the highlight of our visit and provided a lot of fun for the whole family. We would absolutely recommend this property to others. Our only regret was not having enough time to enjoy more of the local food and activities. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay, if you’re traveling with a big group having two kitchens is ideal. The host is very flexible. Would 100% recommend.

Fabulous house we had 15 people stay in the house with a baby and there was so much room . Plenty of places to relax and enjoy family meals together. A nice walk to the beach to watch the sunset . Played mini golf and used the pool in the community. This is my second time staying in this community and we love it . Our hosts were amazing responding very quickly with any questions I had and was very helpful . Would stay at the house again. Perfect perfect perfect

We loved our time here. We had a total of 15 people, a mix of adults and kids. The house is 2 sides that have a conjoined first floor that consist of 2 full sized kitchens, 1 large living room and 1 large family dining table. This was a surprise to me as the photos didn’t really show this well so we were pleasantly surprised to have a very large area to all hang out in. The AC worked well and was a must in the Jaco heat. Also, this house is about a 3 minute walk to the community pool which is massive and clean. They have a smaller, shallow pool too which is great for toddlers. The pool has a huge overhang for shade and grills you can reserve. Would deff recommend and will be back!

I had a very nice quiet restful stay before my flight

It was such a great stay for a week. It's close to mall and it's walkable, there's a bakery and convenience store nearby. Airport is 3mins away!! Everything is amazing and secured. The only thing is on the small bedroom, window can't locked, looks damaged. But as I said it's safe and security is 24/7. Thanks for the stay and would love to go back!

We had a great time in Ciudad del Mar. The place was very spacious, safe, and comfortable in every way. The service was excellent, and the house was very well maintained. We highly recommend it.
