Thank you very much for your stay, James. Very sorry for your experience with the water. Our underground reserve water tank collapsed due to excessive rain, but has since been replaced with a new water tank. The trail and road can be difficult during rainy season in November. Unfortunately, the fiber optic internet line on the street was cut but fortunately the provider fixed it quickly. I hope you can come back and enjoy a better experience.
